Property Ratings at The Villas on Eastview
Extremely poor communication during application process. Property manager does not follow back up with you regarding status of application. They accept your application fees and you no longer hear from them. They never have a direct point of contact. I understand they are new but they need to make improvements. There’s no reason why they take several weeks just to respond or even give you an answer regarding your application status and you don’t even hear back from them most of the time $50 in the garbage decided to rent elsewhere..
