Expert care Our maintenance crew always provides excellent care for the property - they treat the residents with much kindness and respect!

This complex is cared for on the outside and issues inside are almost always dealt with and solved the same day we report them. The amenities are inviting and the guidelines for everyone are an expectation we have too, so this is a perfect fit for us. They celebrate everything from hot chocolate day to all holidays and invite everyone to the commons room for food, sweet treats and drinks along with the coffee bar that's always there. We love living here. The office and maintenance staff go above and beyond for us.

Continued History of Friendly and Efficient Maintenance Light fixture repair and replacement handled quickly and efficiently. .Fluorescent lights in laundry rewired for brighter LED bulbs. and stovetop light replaced day after request. We noted that one of the three bulbs in an overhead light was not working. Maintenance offered to replace it and chose to replace two bulbs when he noted that a second bulb was dimmer than the third. Very satisfied!

Above and Beyond The maintenance crew were here within 5 minutes of me putting in a maintenance request on my air conditioner. They weren't able to fix the problem so they installed a room air conditioner for overnight. Then the next day they came with the air conditioner company and got it taken care of. Awesome service and they're just great people.

Any time my villa needs any kind of repair or maintenance work, the staff at the Villas always does an excellent, professional job.

I was only temporarily in Lincoln for work and needed a furnished apartment. The Villas worked to get my place fully furnished for me. It is truly a beautiful place to live with wonderful staff. The location is near a lot of shops and restaurants and the area is quiet and peaceful with several ponds and wonderful walking trails. If you are willing to spend more money, then it is a great place to live. It is definitely on the pricier side but it is pretty nice.

I have lived here for the past 5 years and can honestly say this property is great and a wonderful place to live after selling my house of 20 years. The Villas at Wilderness Ridge are quiet, well managed, and in a gorgeous location overlooking the golf course that's minutes away from dining, shopping and entertainment. Most importantly, The Villas at Wilderness Ridge have a terrific, friendly and positive staff that go above and beyond the call to administer and maintain this upscale apartment community. Whenever I have needed help or had an emergency, Abby, Billie Jean, Steve and Kyle have always responded quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner. They also do an excellent job keeping everyone well informed about issues concerning the property. During the recent bout of bad winter weather (-27 degrees), the administrative staff alerted us immediately to LES rotating power outages and the maintenance techs were out as soon as possible to clear the sidewalks and driveways and plow the roads that all of us who live here depend on. They deserve a round of applause for all their hard work, especially under such daunting conditions. I love living at The Villas and so will you! Sheila Roberts

An upscale apartment community away from all the commotion yet just minutes away from shopping, entertainment, and dining. A golf course next door. Dogs and cats are welcomed. Beautiful grounds that are kept in pristine condition and plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Friendly neighbors and frequent functions at the clubhouse so you can meet them. An office staff and maintenance crew that are personable, friendly, efficient, and second to none. They attend to your every need and will at all times make you feel like you are their only resident. Sure, there are plenty of choices when it comes to apartment communities in Lincoln, NE. You could live anywhere, but why would you want to?

Finally an upscale place to live that is pet friendly! It seems like most places in Lincoln that allow pets are completely rundown--but NOT the Villas at Wilderness Ridge!! Gorgeous inside and out! Best Maintenance Guy in the business. Office staff are very knowledgeable and friendly as well! My move-in experience was great. The area is quiet and the grounds are immaculate!! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful, well maintained, quite place to live. Love living in these apartments/villas. Great response time by their maintenance person. People are very nice and caring about keeping the property clean. I would recommend these villas to anybody.

I love living at the Villas. I have lived at the Villas for the past year and a half. I feel that living at the Villas is like living in your own personal neighborhood. People are friendly and I feel very safe. I would recommend living at the Villas to anyone... married, single, children, or the elderly....it is for anyone and everyone. You will especially love the Christmas lights and the peaceful environment:)
