Property Ratings at The Villas at Setauket
I lived in the villas at setauket approximately one year and I can’t say enough positive things about. The apartments are all a good size, much larger than the other ones I looked at. Maintenance crew has always been receptive to my problems. The office staff are friendly and always try to correct any problems. There are plenty of activities in the community - the garden is a standout. All vegetables are growing in abundance, the landscape is beautifully maintained with garbage pickup x2 a week or more
Beautiful, spacious and clean townhomes. Great location to Port Jefferson as well as parks and beaches to catch some amazing sunsets! The clubhouse and pool are also great. People are friendly and the maintenance staff is wonderful. There are several activities the staff and residents come up with and you can participate if you’d like or not at all. Either way, you get the sense of “family” within the community.
This is a beautiful community. Safe and secure. Staff is great. Speak to Alex. We loved our time here.
The only true luxury townhouses for rent in the 3-Village area. Management is responsive, attentive and constantly keeping up with maintenance and upgrades.
Easy living in a beautiful setting. The condos and clubhouse are very neat, clean and stylish. The train runs next to the property but it’s not loud and you may find the rumble and distant whistle relaxing. You’ll love the property managers and neighbors, they have been very kind and helpful.
After being a homeowner for 40+ years, we were looking to downsize. We fell in love with the Villas at Setauket as soon as we came to look at the model. From the well maintained and manicured landscape, to the beautiful clubhouse and the prompt maintenance, we are happy to call The Villas our home .
the service staff are excellent in responding to clients concerns! They help plan community events and take care of problems quickly! This is why it pays to rent and not worry about maintenance!
We were the first to occupy +2 years ago and have no plans to go anywhere else. Great floor plans, finishes and fixtures. Landscaping is done well and the clubhouse and pool are great. The on-site management are good people and respond to any maintenance needs which have been rare.
A lovely, well managed community on Long Island's North shore. Perfect for empty-nesters, folks who travel, or pet owners. Great amenities and activities. Easy access to Port Jefferson Village, and all major roadways. The on-site management office makes interacting with leasing & maintenance people pleasant and effortless. Highly recommended!

The apartments at the Villas at Setauket are beautiful and spacious! The grounds and clubhouse are lovely! It is like living in a condo! When you first enter the rental office you feel so welcomed by Alex, Lisa and Michael! This doesn’t change once you sign the lease and become a member of the Villas family! The maintenance crew are attentive and professional. We looked at many 55 and better communities across Long Island and we can’t imagine living anywhere else!

From the first moment I walked into the model home, I fell in love with the place! The townhomes have a great amount of living and storage space. There is an ample amount of space to sit outside and the community is nice and quiet. The grounds are kept beautifully and the leasing and maintenance staff are readily available for any of your needs. The location is perfect! It is only a few minutes from Port Jefferson village. This was the best decision we ever made!

The townhouses here are big and great for families. They have high end finishes and they are new construction. Just like living in a house without the hassle of maintenance. All the tenants here are in some sort of a professional field, so they are good people to be around. Well kept property. They have done a good job being accommodating and responsive to our needs. On top of it the club house is stunning and entertaining. I would recommend!
