Maintenance Request Its been a week since I submitted a maintenance request for a new water filter and to check my non0working microwave. I paid for the water filter - but so far - no one has come around to check the microwave or replace the filter.

Great apartments The Villas at Mahoney Park are very spacious apartments with lot of amenities. Which include: pool, hot tub, fitness room, dog park, playground, nice patios some have garages or you can rent one. There are activities too. Can’t wait to get involved. It’s close to shopping (Walmart is right across the street) resturant, medical & dental, so much to offer. I’m sure you’ll love it here.
The maintenance team did a great job as always! They are very friendly and courteous, and extremely professional. They always get the job done efficiently, and they are great to work with!

Garage repair Garage door unlatched. Request put in and repairs were addressed and resolved within the same day!
Fast Fix My AC started blowing out warm air again. The maintenance men were here within 20 minutes and got it up and running again. Thank you!

It was a quick response to my request. Would have been a five stars but the drain items were thrown away in my toilet and the toilet was not flushed.

This is a newer property with great apartments and awesome customer service. My sister and I lived in the Voyagers unit for 2 years and we loved every minute of it. The unit itself was very comfortable with the new appliances and 2 car garage. If I didn't have to move away for work I would still live here. CIP was a great landlord to us as well, and the customer service at this property was always top-notch. The only time we had to call maintenance they arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We enjoyed all the amenities and walking trail right next to the property. I'd recommend this place to anyone in Lincoln!

The staff is amazing and caring. This is a very large complex, but they know who I am and truly care about my needs. They always have time to answer my questions thoroughly. Love my home. It's quiet, it's very well built. The appliances are top notch and the washer and dryer is high efficiency. Never had that before, but it's a game changer. Also, my utilities are extremely affordable because we have efficient windows and heating.
