Easy and fun living Villas at. Falling Waters is a great place to live. We have lived there twice in transitioning to move away and back to Omaha. The staff were very accessible to help answer our questions. Very friendly. The apartments are spacious and well kep. The property is quiet and the dissents are friendly. Amenities are great- the gym is well organized and has everything we needed. Pool is always clean and Inworked on the patio in the mornings- it was peaceful and quiet. Great experience!

I LOVE my home. Everyone is friendly and professional in leasing and maintenance and the turnover rate is incredibly low. Jeremy and Landon have been fantastic landlords and Jared is always so kind when I have maintenance concerns (which hasn’t been anything crazy in the two years I’ve lived here - fixing the garbage disposal, changing the bulb in the recessed light, fixing the doorbell). I would definitely recommend these homes, and would stay if I wasn’t moving out of state.

Clean, updated, super nice, great service, friendly and safe area. Complex is new and continues to invest in amenities etc, really enjoying the oversized sidewalks without having to drive anywhere to exercise outside.
