Depending on your perspective, North Creek is either a commercial center, a technology hub, a recreational gem, or the place you call home. Built from the pastures of an old dairy farm and bounded on all sides by established Seattle suburbs, North Creek boasts an industrial park, ample sports fields, and greenbelts, in addition to numerous apartments and houses available for rent.
The area is considered the northern edge of the technology corridor on the east side of Seattle, containing many corporate offices, the production headquarters of the Seattle Times, and the University of Washington Bothell campus. Equidistant from the cities of Seattle and Bellevue, which are each 15 miles away, the North Creek area has grown quickly in recent years, adding many housing, shopping, and dining opportunities to the region.

Property Ratings at The Villas at Beardslee - Inactive
Great community with friendly staff. The leasing office staff is generous and professional. Kimberly was very helpful during my move in process.
I have had a pleasant experience here at Villas at Beardslee. From the first tour with Kim, who has provided exceptional service and care throughout the move in process and beyond—to the quiet, cleanly and safe apartment community and surroundings nearby. The apartment is also spacious, cozy and modern!

Thank you so much! We're thrilled you've had a great experience over the years. Hailey will be so happy to hear your kind words—we’re lucky to have her on our team!
I moved into the Villas at Beardslee in 2022 and continue to renew my lease because it’s such a convenient and nice place to live. For the most part, the units are relatively quiet (well insulated) and the staff are so friendly. Hailey Markham, a Sales Associate at the Villas is our favorite. She is always quick to help when I need something, is friendly to my dogs who love visiting with her, and she is always such a friendly face to see if I’m walking through the leasing office. 10/10 recommend living at the Villas at Beardslee if you’re a renter that wants to feel safe, respected, and heard. Thanks Beardslee team for taking such good care of this place and your tenants. My dogs and I appreciate you!

Thank you for the kind words! We're glad to hear the community and staff, especially Hailey, have made such a positive impact. We appreciate your continued residency and feedback.
Be careful after move out, they consider the large sums that we allegedly owe and put us on a collection!! Our bikes were stollen, 10 cars were hacked, 1 was stolen. I would never recommend these apartments!!!!
They may tell you that you’ve paid up and are good to go, but they don’t mean it!! Three years after moving out I’m in collections for a cleaning fee they never ask to collect. Never called, never contacted us. Straight to collections. Not a good look! Renters beware!
The management will lie to you with a smile on their face all the while trying to convince you that they are trying to help you. They don’t care about the needs of the people and just collect rent.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am happy to talk with you about any questions or concerns you may have and am sure we can find solutions together on what you may be experiencing at your apartment home. My name is Katie and I am the property manager of the property. You can reach me Monday through Friday from 10AM to 5PM at phone number 425-970-9477. I look forward to hearing from you.
I live here 1 year, office need you pay for everything! I rate three parking spots and office did not record one of my car, once I am out of town and my roommate told me that there is a warning notice on my car, my roommate take the notice to home and take the photo of notice send it to me. Second day when I came home, my car was towed away on my own parking spot!!! I was so angry and office told I need to pick it up by my own and pay the fee until manger came back to work. I went to find manger on Monday and manger told me "We already post your car on our community website and write you a notice, it was your problem that your car towed because you did not pay attention on our notice." I was shocked by those arguments, I asked them"I park on my own spot! You guys did not record my car on the document and turn around blame me? Who have so much time to check community website every day!" Manger said that is not their fault. Second day, I find my lawyer ask about this. I find office again and manger notice I find lawyer and said they willing to pay half of the bill. This is a awful experience! Moreover, they can miss up on the package that I find my package for four day!! Office also check our room without any permission just told us that they are gonna come to check your house; however, my friend lived in same apartment did not receive notice that office gonna check home. Office try them best to earn money from each person. This is an awful living experience! Never came into this apartment!!
We currently live here and had signed our lease earlier this year. The staff was extremely friendly, always willing to help and was a big part of the reason we decided to move in. Since the apartment complex got bought out, I now dread going to the front office if I ever have a question. Never once has any of the new staff attempted to introduce themselves or try to make it feel like home. If anything they avoid eye contact. Their lack of professionalism and their lack of customer service is not worth the amount of money you will pay to live here. The new maintenance staff/guy is not nearly as efficient as the old one and the cleanliness in the halls has gone extremely downhill. Unfortunately we're stuck here until the beginning of next year or else we would be out in a heartbeat. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere if you're looking for a higher end community run by a welcoming professional staff.
I have been living here for almost 2 years now, and here is my list of pros and cons. Pros: 1. Location - I love how it takes less than 1 minute to be on I-405 and it takes 10 mins to get to Bellevue downtown. It is the primary reason why I moved here, as UW Bothell campus was in walking distance. 2. Modern interior - Being a new building, kitchen, floor plan, appliances and all the things inside are nearly perfect and I am very happy with this. 3. Office and management crew - People working here are very professional and they do their job well enough. 4. Shops near the building - I like having Starbucks and restaurants in a walking distance. 5. The apartment looks good. - As it says, it looks neat from the outside. Cons: 1.a Construction noise - Most of the day, I start my day by waking up with the construction noise. For 2 years, almost non-stop. 1.b Noise from upstairs - I've lived in different apartments for over 30 years. I suffered the most from the noise from either upstairs from neighbors. I reported this issue at least 5 times, but there isn't much that management can do. I think it is more of the problems of building itself. 2. Stinky hallway - I do not know what's wrong with the garbage chute. It was fine when I first moved in, but lately, the entire hallway smells like garbage, especially during the night time. 3.a Security - First of all, someone stole everything inside of my car while it was parked in the garage. I was not the only victim either. Someone stole near $1000 worth of stuff in the car. A video quality from CCTV from the apartment was too bad to be helpful. 3.b Security - My wife's bike and multiple other bikes were stolen from the apartment garage. Once again, CCTV was pretty much useless. When I itemized pros and cons, they seem pretty balanced. But I got significantly less stress from my older apartment (which was much older and had worse location). Needless to say, this review is very subjective and maybe I am just more sensitive to noise than others and I might have been just unlucky with the security. However, I have to say the overall experience has been sub par for me.
this apartment is new and has a very good price. very modern look and lots of amenities such as underground parking, gym, bbq area. The cabana is very nice. There are there are two. They have both pool tables, one has ping pong. no swimming pool though. The management is ok, but one of them is very good, Aaron.
My home is where I want to be! I enjoy living at the Village at Beardslee Crossing in Bothell, WA as it is the perfect location. It is just off of I405 with easy access to Lynnwood, Woodinville, Kirkland, Redmond and Bellevue. It is a new community with upgraded amenities in the home and there is a nearby trail to bike, run and walk. I also enjoy the cabanas as it is a wonderful perk to have where I can host celebrations and BBQ's with family and friends. I am excited and looking forward to more retail and restaurants opening soon. What I like best is the bus stop which is within a five minute walk and can take me to downtown Seattle, making it an easy and stress-free commute. The community is safe and people are friendly and a joy to talk to.
Apartment is nice with good amenities (no pool). However, is extremely expensive. Construction is not at its finest. Don't live on the 3rd floor(top floor is hardwood). Garage is not secure (broken and wont fix it) and is over priced. Food is close. Menchies and Starbucks is extremely convenient in your front yard.
This is a great place top live, everything works as it was supposed to. The gym is a bit small, but it is comfortable. The common areas a great and well administrated. Noise is a problem sometimes. The buildings are well located, next to several bus stops and they are pretty close to UWB.
The Village at Beardslee is great, has a fantastic pet policy, great perks like a 24 hr fitness center and a lounge. The employees are great and there's a Starbucks in the parking lot. I'm young and don't have a credit history, and they accepted me anyway.
