3/10. Location is great, prices are too high for what is offered. Community doesn’t feel safe. Staff is forever changing. It has gone down hill quick in the past 2.5 years. Will be moving as soon as I get a house, if not sooner.

For a temporary stay, it is convenient. Has Food Lion and Harris Teeter right across the street but there is only fast food joints in this area.

Amenities are well laid out to the multiple dog parks, convenient car wash area, reality city peaceful and located nicely across the street from the newly built costco with no negative effect to traffic in the area to get out of the complex

McCullers Walk Apartment complex is a safe, family-friendly place in which to live. The maintenance and front office crew are friendly and quick to address issues in a timely manner. McCullers Walk is convenient to all areas of the Triangle. I highly recommend this place.

Management is terrible. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t acknowledge your issues. There’s a mold infestation in the building I live in. Neighbors downstairs from me getting into fights. Drugs deals everywhere and smoking weed openly. Amenities are always closed. Don’t live here

Quiet, well keep grounds and most of all, location
The management here is very good and Ashley the Manager is excellent and goes out of her way to help in any instance. The apartments are nice and maintenance is here when you need them. Grounds are nice in general, some problems with dogs and inconsiderate residents. Residents, at least in our building, are friendly and some even offer assistance seeing that we are much older then them, and in my eyes this is a very kind gesture.

The apartment is nice and it is quiet but the since moving here in 2018,the management has changed and the the issues and concerns of residents fall on deaf ears. We will not be renewing.

The end of April 2021 we will have lived here for 3 years. The majority of things are pretty good, or we would not have stayed this long. Selling our house in 2018 was sort of hard as we looked around for what we thought might be a suitable place for renting. My sister passed by here all the time and suggested we look here. I was glad she did because upon coming to see them it didn't take us long to decide this is where we wanted to live. Most rental apartments were pretty much the same monthly price, but there is so much more here to be found as far as lovely apartments with nice features and nice amenities.

Office personnel are very helpful, professional and kind. For example, I had a rather large non perishable food drive donation recently. Someone from the office was kind enough to pick it up from our ground floor apt door that day-which was very helpful to us. I appreciated that very much!

We have lived here for a year now. Moved in Sept. 2019 and in Jan. 2020 Bell Partners took over management and the decline started. Our indoor pool has been out of order since Feb. At first it need a part they couldn't seem to get, then Covid hit and they couldn't find and pool companies to work on it. Then it had mold and needed to wait for insurance to decided what to do to fix it. Now we still need 7 weeks before it will be ready. We can't use any of our indoor amenities because of covid but now that gyms can reopen we can only use it during business hours. I asked if they could stagger office personnel so people who worked during the day could use it and the said no because of the cost of the personnel would be more. I pointed out that we haven't received any rent reduction because we couldn't use the amenities we are supposed to have. Now come to find out the security camera system is not working.which explains why we have people who do not rent apartments their using the basketball courts. The apartments themselves are great but the property owners and managers are only good at making excuses about whats going on.

Beautiful place to live. Love the amenities and staff is great. Problems are always handled by the staff and they take care of everything quickly and efficiently.

This property has way to many issues to be a new development... the water pressure, the sink falling in door knobs not in the correct place, just appears to be thrown together. Some of these things have not been corrected at all.. the floor in the kitchen was sunken by the island when i moved in and i honestly don't know how the will fix that short of tearing it out... smh lots of work needed for the price of this apartment and can't even access the amenities!

We have been residing in the villages at McCullers walk for a little over a month and our washer, fridge, and stove have all malfunctions. Maintenance has yet to come fix any of these problems. They came once to fix the outlets 3 days behind schedule and know one was home to let them in. I never seen maintenance again.
LOVE THIS COMMUNITY! It was one of the last communities I looked at for my search of a new home. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are great! Great place to live.
Disappointed and disheartened. I LOVED this community. It was fun and inviting and the homes are gorgeous. However, when repeated contact about a non-functioning shower has resulted in virtually no response and no action (going on day 5), my feelings quickly changed. A gorgeous home does not make up for lack of responsiveness to your tenants needs for basic hygiene.
Our 2 years living at The Villages at McCullers Walk on the most part has been good. All management personnel have been exceptional from both the former and the present. Amenities are exceptional and even though I don't go in the water, there is nothing I enjoy more then having a relaxing evening at the pool. Also in cooler weather nice to relax by the fireplace.

This is my first year at the villages at McCullers walk and myself and my partner love it. The staff at the office are very kind & they respond to emails extremely quick. Amenities are also fantastic!

The community offers one of the best amenities for a rental community in the area. I chose this The Villages for location, floorplan & amenities. I have no security concerns with the neighbors, positive experience.
