I’d lived at the Villager Studio Apartments in Reno for one year and 9 months.The studio itself was spacious for a one-room apartment, with plenty of natural light, and the kitchen area had everything I needed. One of the best things about the Villager Studio Apartments is the location. It’s in a great part of Reno, close to downtown, shopping, and public transportation, but still maintains a peaceful vibe away from the bustle of city noise. Whether you’re a student or a professional, it’s incredibly convenient. The management team was fantastic – always professional, quick to respond to requests, and friendly. I recommend the Villager Studio Apartments for anyone looking for a convenient, well-maintained, and affordable living space in Reno.

I was overall pleased with my time living here at the Villager. It's a good place to live for students who don't intend to party. The remodeled student rooms are quite nice, with simple yet elegant Ikea furniture, and the kitchen appliances are good. Office staff is friendly, and maintenance comes pretty quickly once you request them. You get $10 rent discount for paying early, which is pretty nice. 10 minutes walk from UNR, and right across from a park, although you wouldn't wanna walk the area alone at night.
I just moved out of these apartments in October. Received a BILL instead of my deposit back. Took pictures of the entire apartment before I left. I gave my 30 days notice, never made a late payment, never had any complaints. They are trying to charge me $235 for CARPET CLEANING. Literally one room 8x10. They use Stanley Steemer, so I looked up how much it would be for a single room, for the full clean, protect, and deodorize package and guess how much they charge? $86. And apartments generally get a discount for using them so often. The other charges are completely legitimate, I mean $2 for a lightbulb, $39 for apartment cleaning, and $12 for maintenance labor. I will absolutely give them that, it's pretty standard. But $235 for an 8x10 room? FORGET IT. Calling HUD on Monday. Great place to live if you don't plan on moving out.
I lived here for about two years. It's quiet and nice. The rent is reasonable, and they have parties from time to time. Good place for a student like Myself. It's close to UNR, and the buses stop right there. The people in the office are always very nice, and take good care of You. The maintenance people are really friendly, and always take care of stuff real quick. I really liked living there and would again if I needed a place.
