Elate Rancho Cucamonga - 55+ Active Adult ...

All I can say is we’re very comfortable living here.

Elate Rancho Cucamonga is great. The office team is great. The maintenance team is great. The grounds are very well kept. The community offers a lot to do. Very happy here.

My concern is overall the rent increase tht seems to constantly increase tremendously every year now & no consideration for how long a tenant has resided here & the fact tht no personal upgrades are done while living here.. I understand the cost of living can increase but until Elate took over ownership, it's never ever been such a high increase every single lease renewal.. many people are upset about it & moving out because of this main issue..

Elate Rancho Cucamonga is a very nice community to live in. It is very clean and quiet. The team members are excellent.

I have only been living at Elate Rancho Cucamonga for a little over one month, and had no issues to date. I find it thus far, to be an excellent place to reside. I look forward to many more enjoyable experiences living here!

Elite 55 plus Rancho Cucamonga is an extremely well-kept maintain manage well maintenance excellent they work hard to make sure that the residents received number one care attention to any needs or suggestions and making the community better on this property management is excellent

As of March 8, I have lived here for two years and never had a complaint about the office staff or maintenance . They are always very kind and professional and they are always trying to make Living here a fun and happy place. This is especially important for seniors. Our community at Elate is like family and everyone looks out for each other. I am very happy living here!

I have lived here for 10 years and am very happy with the overall experience and the responsiveness of the staff.

As a residence of ELATE Rancho Cucamonga since July 2024 I find that the property is very well maintained management and maintenance or excellent and superb any especially in addressing any and all problems issues or concerns of the residence I thank them for being such a attentive respectful team of front office people in management and maintenance.I love living at ELATE Rancho Cucamonga

The maintenance team at Elate is consistently quick and efficient considering the amount of residents. Friendly and professional on a daily basis.

I love my apartment but the lack of a dog park is ridiculous with all the available areas one could easily be installed with a fence and a few benches. My 10% renewal fees alone would pay a good portion! My opinion and feelings do not matter to management. I am a joke to them.

This being said I am very happy here. I have made great friends. The staff and your maintenance crew have been kind and cater to all our needs.

The apartment is lovely but the amenities are really sub-par.

I would definitely recommend Elate as a place to consider if you’re 55 and likes the peace and quiet of the community. Great management and staff and reliable when help is needed. Although I do not get to take part on the many activities and events they offer because of my work schedule, I’ve heard good feedbacks about it. They have enough activities for everyone to enjoy

I've been living here almost 1 year and can't think of a better place to reside. Everything about the community, management and residents are positive. I've made a number of friends and look forward to living here in the future.

Lived here since 2006. Love the location, anything you might need or want, is no further than five minutes.

I have only been here 2 weeks but would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a senior community.

Amenities are not good here. Dog park is not used by anyone...no grass or play space for pets. Pool is kept way too cold. Only 5 women attend exercise pool class bc it's too cold. Classes used to be full when pool was warmer. Gym equipment is often broken and not geared for seniors. Most of us don't use amenities.

Great place to live and interact with other residents. Very comfortable apartment style living that is well maintained.

Excellent living conditions and peaceful atmosphere

I moved on this property July 10th 2024 and even though it's only been a week and a half I have been so impressed with not only the property Aesthetics but the management and maintenance team is phenomenal caring respond quickly respectful and their professionalism is outstanding I am so glad I made the choice to move on this property and I would reach out to any and all 55 plus seniors to come and experience ELATE Rancho Cucamonga as their new home or come and take a tour.

Elate is a pleasant and friendly place to live. The maintenance of the grounds and buildings are well kept up. The staff is helpful and provide us with very nice events to participate in. I feel secure living here.

As long as I and my husband lived in this community, we have been very comfortable here. Also, stores are close to us.

Too much spending of money on vanity projects vs things that would truly help the residents, such as... still installing grab bars in showers & installing electric or auto doors to assist the handicapped in entering their respective buildings.

Elate Rancho Cucamonga is a very lovely and tranquil community. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very attentive. The floor plan and amenities of the apartment and community are excellent. The location provides easy access to shopping areas and major freeways.

Wish someone would of told me how thin the floors and walls are in this apartment building, every little noise bothers someone!!

Beautiful apartments and landscaping . Very safe and secure. But, the assistant manager and manager seem apathetic to residents concerns. Emani at the front desk is wonderful and very helpful. And, the maintainence team is the best .

Maintenance technicians have always been courteous, timely, professional and easy to communicate with.

Moving here was the best decision I have made. Everything about my experience here has been positive. Staff are very helpful and patient.
