I love my little oasis I call home. I moved in a couple months ago and I love everything about it here. Honestly. My pup and I love the dog park and going on long walks around the complex, the neighbors are wonderful, and the location is great being in in my mid 20’s. I feel very safe and welcomed at Marquee and I have a feeling I’ll be here a long time!

Very seldom do you see a quality of excellence that begins with administrative and in this with maintenance. Most apartment communities have a weak link. So far, I have seen none.
Marquee station is the best second time living here and I very satisfied.

If you're not a big fan of animals this is not the place to move
Fantastic apartments on the north side of Fuquay. Convenient to Raleigh with all of the amenities you could need within a close drive. Well built community! Great management staff and very comfortable apartments. The community is nice and quiet with a sense of safety.
I am enjoying living Marquee Station. This is nicest apartment I have lived in. I enjoy the amenities, and hope to be able to live here a long time.

From the get go I was met by wonderful staff who made sure the application process was quick and painless. Great location and amenities, it truly feels like upscale apartments. Very well appointed units, great overall safety and nice clean and modern look.

Office staff is always helpful and oncerned. Maintenance staff is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I have had only few reasons to call for minor problems, but response is always prompt.
If you are looking for an apartment that feels like a home, Marquee Station is the place for you. You will always feel they security of a responsive team here at Marquee Station.
Marquee Station is a great complex. It is quiet and family friendly. People tend to keep to themselves but are nice to talk to on occasion. The office staff are nice and knowledgable, if they don't have the answer immediately they get it to you when they can or find someone else to help. The maintenance staff is great, they work quickly and are good for a nice conversation.
marquee station is a very nice place to stay, whether it be long or short term.There is no stress living at the Marquee, all is handled very prompt if we need anything.The staff is great.
Excellent place to live!
My apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable! The location is great - just 25 minutes away from downtown Raleigh and only a mile down the road from stores (Walmart, Home Depot, Kohl's, Big Lots, Staples, etc), restaurants (Bellini's, Ruby Tuesday's, Applebee's), and every fast food restaurant you could think of. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are lots of extra amenities included with the rent like a pool, gym, business center, and valet trash service. My favorite part of my apartment is the screened in porch!
