The staff at this community is top tier! The staff has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light and he amenities are top-notch. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, which is a huge plus. The community feels safe and friendly, with events that help neighbors connect. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming living environment!

I have been a resident for about a year now, I have had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay here so far. My apartment is very big and spacious I couldn’t find a better one! The apartment complex is close to many things that are walking distance. Wonderful and clean amenities! Anytime I have any issues with appliances or anything that needs adjustments maintenance is quick to respond and fix the issues. Property manager Tierra is very professional and is always sending out emails to keep us residents updated to any changes or events going on. She is alway very effective and quick to solve any issues or complaints. Leasing agent Erica is also very helpful and courteous as well. I have reserved parking and one afternoon someone was in my reserved parking spot. Leasing agent Erica offered to give me her parking spot so I didn’t not have to park so far as someone was in my parking spot. The staff here really does put residents first and make sure we all have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend staying here to anyone.

First year here was great, until the new management took over. Residents on top floors are permitted to blast subwoofers at all times, dusk till dawn. You cannot live in your own home in peace, you cannot sleep, even hundreds of feet away, and management does not address or even acknowledge the issue. Not to mention this level of low frequency noise is well beyond the legal limit in the county. Worst apartment I have ever had, and I've had many. Don't make the mistake I did and avoid this place like the plague!

I absolutely love This apartment complex. Starting from the amazing leasing staff Tierra and Jeanette. They are always so helpful and friendly! Never had a problem while living here. I also always get safe living here which was big for me! Love that there is always something going on at the field and around the location of these apartments. Maintenance requests are answered and fixed within a day. The maintenance staff really maintains this facility. There was never a delay!

Convenient but busy location. Parking is annoying unless you never leave home. Unit was accessed without my permission, items taken. I contacted management but no one returned my calls, twice.

I absolutely love it here. I live the city feeling without actually being in the city. Tierra is awesome! The communication with the front office is amazing! The apartments are really clean and it’s actually really quiet here. It’s gorgeous and I am on the skybox floor, so that’s a plus and it’s a beautiful view of the field. I highly recommend this community.

I have enjoyed living here for 3 years and have renewed for a 4th year. Maintenance issues have always been resolved within 24 hours. The only negative is the monstrous buildings allowed to be built in front our formerly beautiful location.

My wife & I moved to The Views at Coolray Field in July 2021. Everything from the start of the leasing process to moving in was handled quickly and professionally. We love our apartment and the amenities.

I absolutely love living at the Views! The staff is simply amazing, its a convenient location, and the community amenities are to die for! I couldnt have picked a better place to move if I tried. Jeanette and Trina are always friendly and answer all questions with a sense of urgency. The maintenance staff is the best Ive ever dealt with. My service requests dont ever stay open more than 24 hours. Seems like they dont stay open longer than 12 hours tbh.. anywho you wont have the problem for long lol I can go on and on, this place is pure paradise.

The Community here at the Views at Coolray Fields is second to none when it comes to apartment renting. The onsite manager and her staff are excellent Im every regard.

I absolutely love living at the Views , Everyone is very friendly and courteous, and my wife and I very much enjoyed the Stripers kickoff get together , looking forward to many more get togethers .

Living at the Views at Coolray Field has been wonderful. A dream come true for a baseball lover, pool junkie, and a girl who likes the security and safety of a gated community. I have lived here for over 5 years and the quality and service is unlike any other property I have been a resident of in the past.

Its nice ans in a good locations. Parking is a little annoying and unless you're on the first floor the hallways are a bit of a mess but the units themselves are worth the money.

Everything things has been great so far. I am excited for my stay here. Jeanette was more than helpful through the entire process and very responsive to all my concerns.

We have lived here for awhile and the new management is awful. We have been getting text messages that are written in a unprofessional tone,they only want cleanliness when they have someone in a high position coming in. The hallways always smell like weed. No one enforces rules but when a higher person is coming to visit then they must want to threaten us with penalizing fees. Gate is always broken.

I NEVER write reviews online. As a licensed real estate agent and former Property Manager for nearly 20 years in the Apartment industry, I am extremely particular. Like most people, I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and where I live. HOWEVER, I recently moved here from out of state and needed to find a nice rental while I get acclimated to a new town. I was reading some of the reviews online on other social platforms, and I am finding them hard to believe. My personal experience has been EXCEPTIONAL. From the moment I walked in the door, Angela, my leasing agent was friendly, attentive, and thorough. She was very professional and answered all of my questions about leasing and the lifestyle here. Upon Move-In my apartment was spotless, had been professionally cleaned including the carpets. I had zero complaints at move-in. A few days after move in, my gate code wouldn't work for some reason. I went to the front desk and met another leasing agent Shaquala. She was ALSO very friendly, attentive, and professional. She immediately took care of the issue. SO, several times this team had an opportunity to give me poor service, and not one time did they let me down; I am impressed. If you are looking for an apartment in the area, and want a change of scenery, you need to check out The Views at Coolray Field. Let them give you a tour. The community is beautiful, the apartments are clean and well taken care of, the customer service is great and the views are incredible. It's definitely worth stopping by.

They take out all the bad reviews. This place is horrible. It's like living in a dog pound. Parking isn't very fun either when the games are playing. Management and maintenance are very nasty with you as well.

The Views is the absolute best apartments I have ever lived in. I am in college and live with my sister and can assure that this place is perfect for both people around my age and older singles and families. The rent is high and the apartments are small, yes, but the management/neighbors/amenities and convenience of location make it so worth it, especially compared to apartments around the area. People are generally very friendly here and it's extremely safe, with having to have a key to get access into the parking area and apartments. ALSO, can I just add that if you wanted a noise-free environment, WHY would you move into an apartment overlooking a baseball field????? That makes absolutely no sense. Disregard the negative reviews on here stating that this place is overpriced or overrated. Out of every college apartment I've been in thus far, The Views is the most luxurious and the safest. I recommend it to anybody.

If you’re thinking about moving into these apartments, Beware!! Here’s why: I lived at The Views for almost a year, paid All my bills on time, and kept my apartment Clean! I had to move out a few months early because I found a home for me and my fiancé. The staff told us that we would owe a fee since we were breaking our lease early, which was fine. Upon move out, we had paid All our debts, asked the girls at the front Desk 3 times if we were all squared away, to which they replied “Yes, you are all good!” We even had them print out a ledger stating that our balance was “$0.00” as of our move out date! Fast forward to 6 months later and I randomly got called by a debt collecting company saying that I owed The Views $324! I went to The Views Office in person to see what the issue was. They said that I still owed them for the early termination fee and had not paid everything that I owed! I was shocked! I showed them the copy of the ledger that they printed out for me when I moved out, and they just said “Wow, that’s strange, because our Ledger here in our system shows that you still owe us $324.” They wouldn’t do anything to help clarify where specifically that charge was coming from. I went ahead and paid it, because I didn’t want a collections dinging my credit. Well, my credit was still affected by it. And I was pretty disappointed by the way it was handled. They knew I was a good tenant, and as I said, I paid All my bills on time, so why wouldn’t they have just called me or emailed me to let me know that I still owed them, instead of just quietly sending it to a debt collecting company? As said, if you’re considering moving into The Views, then you might want to Re-consider it! To me this situation was deceitful, felt like a borderline scam, and was handled very unprofessionally.

You'll come here and you will be wowed! Granite counter tops, awesome views of the baseball field from your balcony and staff calling you by name. Game days are a hassle to get home. Non game days when the parking lot is rented for other activities is a hassle too because you'll be awakened early on a Saturday morning with noise, try high school band playing at 7:45am noise. Now for some, it can be fun to have all this stimulation right at your front door but it gets old real fast. You will not have peace and quiet here but you will have granite. Oh, and the fire alarm is guaranteed to go off a couple of times in the month, meaning at 5am you will be forced to leave your apt with your pet all while the siren is blaring. David, Cynthia, Sheena and (on occasion) Angela are overall friendly and have somewhat of a warm welcoming demeanor. Destiny the manager and ruler of all, does not. Destiny's sole purpose is to cut corners, make the owners rich and sell you her stuff. That's right! Destiny has her vendor friends come to the property to solicit their products to the residents. After all, we do pay an exuberant amount in rent, we must have extra to spend on Destiny's causes. This place is not home and people move in and out every weekend. I guess, once you're in you want out. There are a few people who have been here since the beginning but Destiny has managed to start clearing them out. There is no concern for resident retention, people have complained since Pinnacle took over but no one cares. It's sad but true. If you don't take my word for it go to the surrounding properties and mention The Views. All the other properties in the area know what's happening here. They know all the staff by name and they know most of the people living here don't stay. Some people are even breaking their leases to flee! This place is going downhill fast!

Awesome view of the field, Skybox with entertainment & games, Dugout with computers, Saltwater Pool & 24/7 Gym! The new management team Destiny and her staff are amazing. David the maintenance guy is knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend for anyone.

The property is beautiful, but the front desk leasing crew and management are absolutely horrible !!!! Please for all means take my advice and do not waste your time nor your money over here

Yes, the apts. are small and the rent is high! You have to be willing to think outside the box especially if you're considering moving into one (insert humor here.) So, let me help. The views from some of the apts. can be breathtaking and others are just, meh. The convenience of getting to places from here is impressive since I85 and 985 are literally down the road. If you want great schools, great neighbors, and want to be close to shops/ entertainment...this place has it! It's an apt, will I hear my neighbors? No! Get this, depending on where your apt. is, you might not even hear the fireworks after a Friday night game... unless of course, you open the door. Yes, you'll pay more for a smaller living space but when something happens in your smaller space all you have to do is call maintenance. On top of all the entertainment nearby, management also plans community gatherings sometimes, with door prizes! All this and no pesky HOA fees! No more property taxes, no more lawn/ weed control service, no more gas bills, no more buying air filters, no more repair bills and NO MORE DRIVING TO SEE FIREWORKS!!!!! If you want simple living, aren't afraid to downsize (or get a storage unit) and pay a little more....you may have found HOME. Think simple, think comfortable and think vacation living! What started as a temporary move for us is turning into a we're-more-than-comfortable move and that's a good thing!

We bought in, baseball season overlooking the stadium, luxury sky-box, infiniti pool - you name it, they sold us on it. We were in just before the season started... O-M-G!!!! What a mistake! Memorial day was one of the worst experiences ever, we saw drugs used openly, fights, gang signs - certainly MOT what we were sold. NO Security, people throwing things from the 4th floor Sky-box - Think college Dorm, NOT "Luxury Flats". Dog urine on the hall carpets and stairwells - we're trying to get out unscathed - this is ALL about making the numbers so Brand bank can make a profit - steer clear - season tickets are far cheaper than here. ~ Outnumbered

Nice Staff, GREAT Maintenance people... Sucks to be here. NOT an apartment 'complex' Think "HOTEL". Loud place. Party people. Not really for the over 50 crowd... Manager can't handle enforcing the rules... When you go to the "Skybox" and watch 30 people ignore a baseball game? Not for baseball lovers... We moved in last October, can't wait for THIS October to get here... Brand bank is selling, we are too... Party place.

I toured the Views several times towards the end of the baseball season since we were unhappy with our current property managers (Woodward Management Partners), and heard nothing but great things RAM Partners. I signed a lease and found out Woodward Management Partners took over following Monday, Eeek! Upside: If you love baseball you're going to love it here. Although the units are smaller than the market in the area, everything is new and amenities decent. Higher rent to face the field, there are 2 beautiful clubhouses for game days, patio, saltwater infinity pool overlooking center field, and much more. Downside: It's a "dog friendly place", with minimal dog stations-2 for the entire 120 unit complex and zero enforcement. Finding dog poo in the courtyard near eating areas, in the pine straw, ON sidewalk areas and worse, urine and poo in the building stairwells is common. Some non-tenant visitors have passed out in stairwells after parties and visits more than once. NOT my idea of a secure place. Propped outside doors and fire doors are not uncommon and creates a less than secure environment. Woodward needs to reel in those that believed that a new management firm equals no more rules-it hasn't occurred yet. We are hopeful as the permanent people that finally arrived seem professional and businesslike. AT&T is your only option for cable or internet-watch for hidden charges, especially during installation. It's ALL wireless - NO coax or RJ-45. Calling the AT&T number is not necessarily the best deal, high installation fee - check your options at the store across from the Mall. Building construction is still being corrected. A neighbor showed us where window areas weren’t sealed properly allowing wind come in around the window AND through the outlets in the walls. That's potentially HIGH heating costs. Although we were told that several building repairs will be taking place. Their website is not current on bills until the 1st so you can’t see what’s due the week prior to the 1st. The office folks do not know what is owed (add water, valet trash, pest and rent) until the day it's due. Work orders can be made on the website. You get a confirmation and ticket number. Unfortunately, It has glitches. It's best to put in work orders currently in person or by calling the desk - The maintenance staff here is 5 star and beyond superior. Hopefully the baseball season will overshadow the Woodward arrival, which hasn't been very good at all.

I love living in such a new, modern and unique environment. Sitting on my balcony, or in the infinity edge pool, I can watch up close the home team Gwinnett Braves play baseball. Stadium is also used for concerts and even an upcoming BeerFest. The amenities and property staff are awesome and the surrounding area is Mall of Georgia. Love it here! Come take a look and you'll fall in love too!

The Views is a great place to live for both families and singles. Overlooking the Gwinnett braves ball field my family and I enjoy fun time together and the boys get to have that father son time they need without going far to do so.
