It wasn’t on apartment listing sites that many units are income restricted. Also to note there’s a firehouse directly across the street and it is noisy. Before the tour they also tell you of all the add on fees to live there, so take the base pay of what it says and add at least $200

Our keys were swapped at move in and we were given the wrong ones and were locked out of the apartment on day one and the management refused to help us even though they’re the ones who made a mistake. We had to call the police to help us late at night. Very distasteful and bad move in experience not much organization and respect for us as tenants form the one maintenance guy.

This place has been through 3 owners since I got here in 2020. Living here was not terrible until a few weeks ago when the new owners took over. If it was not for this issue I would’ve left 4 starts. But because of this one thing, it’s going down to 2. My dryer broke 2 months ago. I made calls to the office, did a few maintenance requests and nothing. I’ve had to pay to wash and dry clothes for 2 months for a family of 5. So happy Im leaving in June.

The appartment is very nice with no defects. The parking spots are insanely tight and I scratched my car on my first try. Flexible leases are a big plus. No fitness center is a downside, but there's a local gym that's not too expensive.

Maintenance sucks. Apartment was lease in bad condition for the amount of rent we paying not only that they claim to come to repair the damages that was at the place when moving in and never came. Honestly I will not recommend this residence at all.

Pros: The View on Nob Hill is a residential community that offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in Elmsford, NY1234. The apartments feature air conditioning, granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances. The community has a reserved parking, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. The property is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and has easy access to New York City and White Plains via Metro North stations and major highways. Cons: For whatever reason, Sometimes the leasing office goes unresponsive to calls and emails There is very limited guest parking. It is always occupied either by the residents or guests.

The worst place to live in so far. The bedroom is close the highway. The neighbors keep music/TV very loud all night. I have complaint to the leasing office so many times but the noise is still constant. The bedroom is close to the highway.

Not good at all moving soon. The rent is to high and the people in the office is very rude and never answer the phone. The don't fix things they just do patch up jobs.

The area is very quite and peaceful and relaxing. it is easy to get to the high way. There is lots of eating establishment and entertainment around the area. The atmosphere is good.

The community is very welcoming! The dog community is just as inviting! We truly enjoy the fact that there are a lot of families that we are able to interact with and so is our 6 year old! It truly is a new beginning to our new chapter in life!

Terrible management, very neglectful to residents needs, poor communication. The units all have extremely outdated appliances, also Do Not come with a microwave. The washer & dryer are super outdated & you basically have to beg maintenance to do anything. The closet doors fall off the hinges bc they’re old and not properly attached. Nothing is ever replaced just fixed and patched. The AC are extremely old and have mold inside of them, It took over 6 months for them to change one Ac, still waiting currently on the second one. The amenities, small areas for bbqs is poorly kept, & the community It self is not looked after as It should be. The very small dog park is rarely maintained, there has not been one email sent out for sanitation day. Several leaks on the covered areas of the parking lot which eventually falls apart bc material is similar to dry wall & usually damages your vehicle. Not to mention you are not guaranteed to get a parking spot near your unit.Not worth the price we pay!

We have been here almost 7 years. We love it here. Lately with the change of management there has been some disconnect and miscommunication with our service needs. The staff are friendly. The neighbors in my cluster are cool. I would recommend.

The apartment is very nice however I had to call maintenance numerous times within the first weeks of living here. The maintenance requests were for things that should have been addressed prior to me moving in after the previous tenants moved out. Maintenance responds quickly but takes a long time to complete the requests .

Nob hill is great but rent is a bit high for what you get. Amenities include a BBQ grill. Cozy community. Mostly clean/safe with a few exceptions. Nearby White Plains and Tarrytown.

It’s pretty nice and quiet here. I’ve noticed people staying to leave trash , empty cans bs soda bottles on the ground throughout the property. Also , maintenance is slow to fix problems . I have to call and call with no answer.

A great place to live, quiet, peaceful clean lots of trees. Waking up to birds chirping. Management always entertain the residents, giving barbecues and all types of get togethers for the residents. Nob Hill is a great place to live.

Rent is to high. The office never answer and the people in the office is very rude. You pay to much money and the apartment are small. The should do better with the rent prices.

Wish there was a gym, but the area is clean and quiet. Would love to have more common area amenities. The apartment looked really new during move in. Cabinets were small due to the middle bead so opening are smaller, needed more shelf space. Lots of storage. My unit looked different than the model so I wish they let me know beforehand

The community is Very Dog Friendly! There’s poop bags every couple of feet for the neighbors to clean up. It’s a nice community and there’s very friendly people!
Nob Hill is a great place to settle. A good and peaceful community with friendly and welcoming residents is a perfect way to describe NH. Accessible to all major transportations in a area that also fulfills all my shopping needs. Also great schools for the kids, plenty of eateries and entertainment not far away for the adults. We have lived here for the years now. We like the community. I don't like how the community don't use social responsibility and clean up their space. The rent keeps going but we have the same amenities. The maintenance crew are amazing.

I enjoy the very friendly neighborhood. Everyone seem to stay to themselves but also will speak. The staff/maintenance workers are very helpful. They keep the area clean.
Ever since the day I moved in, all staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Community is nice and like new. I love living here so far. Neighbors are friendly as well.

It has been a pleasure residing here at Nob Hill Drive . It is Lovely property, to live and it’s very peaceful. My view from my bedroom is beyond beautiful, the sun raises over the mountain and the scenery is exceptional I feel the presence of The Lord in this place, and he is definitely present. As for maintenance it is always a speedy response to repair my only complaint is that if I state I want to be present for visits or I request a call before a visit it is always followed as requested.

Recently, we moved into this apartment, and the transition was good. The leasing office team of Cathy, Ashley and Calgren was welcoming and super friendly. The maintenance team is doing well and is very responsive and helpful to requests. Calgren is especially supportive and delivers awesome service.
