The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The View at Cedar Park
The property is part Airbnb so you will have strangers coming and going. Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear everything your neighbors are doing from flushing toilets, walking around, coughing, full conversations and if they’re young and immature enough they will be louder than normal intentionally (out of spite?) One of the two maintenance guys have felt comfortable enough to call me an idiot to my face because I let them know on a maintenance request that I didn’t feel comfortable letting him in my apartment after he randomly and out of the blue told me while laughing to himself that he has copies of keys to all the apartment units. People move out constantly and you will hear it. Property manager is a 30 something yr old that likes to avoid any interaction with you and ride around on a hoverboard all day in the summer. Maintenance is his dad and his dad’s friend. They are of a particular religion so expect boys of a particular religion to walk around either sticking their noses up at you with smug looks on their faces as they did to me or being asked if you’d like to have scripture read to you. The maintenance guy that isn’t family has been caught by myself and other tenants intensely glaring at little children walking home from school and getting off school buses. They tack on small unlabeled fees after you move in. The guy that stares at little kids while smoking cigarettes on the property hit my dog after my dog reacted to not liking how close he kept trying to get to me in the halls. They have zero respect for women and if they show you any it’s because they are desperate to meet a quota. If they don’t like you, they go around the property and tell other neighbors lies about you. I’ve been deterred through various ways from using the amenities like the rec room on site, made to feel uncomfortable by staff with micro-aggressive commentary and strange behavior, which detracts from the price I pay to live there. Everything seems to have been done quickly and cheaply from messy paint jobs to warped unleveled floors, zero insulation… Their landscaping crew have sexually harassed me on a number of occasions from honking at me to calling out “mamisita” at me on the property. When I reported the incident I was told that they would be talked to. (That’s all that was done) The property is right on a main road and you will hear everything going on outside from trucks passing through, cars with loud engines, as plenty of ppl love to go for joy rides on this road…
I recently had a frustrating experience with the management at The View. Despite the appealing location, the overall management left much to be desired. Communication was consistently poor; requests for maintenance often went unanswered for days, and when they did respond, the service was subpar. Additionally, the manager seemed unprofessional and dismissive when I raised concerns about the living conditions and noise issues from neighboring units. I expected a more supportive and attentive management team, especially considering the rent prices. Unfortunately, my experience has made me regret my decision to move here. I would not recommend The View to potential renters.
Pros: The head maintenance guy is great, every time i see him he is working extremely hard. Comes in super early and stays late. Cons: * A lot of bugs, Very dirty and non-maintained property. They charge you pest fees but the place is always crawling with bugs. Dog poop is everywhere. * The trash dumpster is frequently overflowing. * Cars have been broken into, Light Poles do not work at night. * The appliances may seem nice but are lower models so they tend to break often. * The apartments use cheap 3rd party companies that will cause you frequent headaches. (Example, they hired a company to redo the breezeway and told everyone they won't have access to their apartment until 5 PM, The guys were still working at 7 PM and the cement still needed to dry) (Another Example, They use Firetron to test the fire alarms, you can hear the alarms going off from the shopping center down the street, I'm not sure why but the Firetron agent went into my bathroom to verify the alarm was working and walked in on me naked....) * There was a HUGE leak in my apartment which caused water to come in through a light fixture. It caused a lot of damage to my things. Very dangerous situation. Was told to file an insurance claim and they get to it when it stops raining. Process took over two weeks. At the end of the day i have hundreds of dollars of damage, a bedroom i couldn’t use, and a high electric bill because of machines that were brought in.
