The View Apartments I like the layout of my apartment. Because I enter from an outside entrance it feels like a small house instead of apartment. I like the view of the river and think the landscape is well tended. The trees in the yard are very beautiful. I do wish more of the outside lamp posts worked at night.

The three request for repairs was taken care of in three days. It only took maintenance less than 15 minutes to do a good job.

Prompt response to the maintenance requests It’s been a month we just moved here and the response from property management is awesome. We have been treated with utmost attention and I believe this is for almost all residents in the view apartments. I have lived at Parkshore Apts for 16 years. The management team and maintenance team are the best yet. I renewed my lease in May. They actually called me to ask if I wanted any upgrades because I've been here awhile. They redid my bathroom....I love it!! Amy and Louis are the best....

Rental process was quick and easy. Unit is very nice. Updates are well done. Grounds are beautiful and well taken care of.

I would recommend the community as it is in a great location, is a good sized apartment and is well appointed. I would be wary as I have had quite a lot of bugs in the unit though getting in under the baseboard.

It was the perfect place but the rent is so high. And it increases every year. I don't u see stand how anyone could stay there a long period of time if over the course of five years, rent was increased by 250$ and no drastic improvements were made to an individual who's rent keeps going up.

There is dog poop and cigarette butts everywhere and parking is not as easy as it was when I first moved in.

Bit pricey, but the location is nice so I get it. However I don't believe the staff is worth the extra money I have to pay. Won't be renewing my lease.

I am completely satisfied with everything here and have been for seven years. Great place. Well run.Bravo.

As I said, the apartments are small for the price being paid. Otherwise, its all good.

Pros: -Close to downtown -Close to park and bike path -Apartment quality is fine. Cons: -Apartment was uncleaned for our move-in day. -Management is incompetent and failed to handle safety issues with our neighbor. -They have a D from the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org). In other words, if you're looking for a safe apartment with competent management that you'd like to actually like to live in, this is not the place for you!

Would: location, quietness, upgrades Wouldn't: value for money, lack of covered parking

Renovations are very nice, apartments are clean and feel new, beautiful and safe area, great location.

It was a leap of faith moving to a new town in a new state--and a new apartment sight-unseen. From the day we signed our lease, we've had only positive interactions. From info about the community, to recommendations about the area, our property manager was friendly and welcoming. Then our landlords delayed our move-in date so they could have our home renovated top-to-bottom--and we wouldn't have to live in construction. And it looks beautiful. The apartment is great and the quietest I've ever been or lived in. The maintenance staff is friendly, competent and immediately responsive. The setting is gorgeous and woodsy with hilarious chipmunks to entertain our cats. And the location couldn't be better: parks and paths everywhere and walking distance to the main streets of 2 charming villages. The rent is very reasonable for the area and a good value for the money.

These apartments are newly remodeled inside and are located right on the fox river between downtown St. Charles and downtown Geneva. Within walking distance from downtown St. Charles so you dont have to worry about being to far from the downtown area. There are a good amount of bugs because theyre located on the river but nothing to outrageous. The front desk personnel are polite but it does take a day or two for maintenance to come and fix problems when reported.
