Parking lot full of illegal broken down cars. Residents drinking and partying in parking all hours of morning. Apartment exceeding occupancy limits which increases water bills for everyone else. Office staff never answer the phone or emails. Mailbox was broken in to everyday for 10 months and office refused to fix the mailroom door lock. Don’t live here. The maintenance guys are the only good thing about this community.

Do you like living without a functioning heater in the winter, and waiting multiple days up to weeks for maintenance to arrive? Do you like living without air conditioner in the blazing hot summer, living day after day in inhumane conditions while waiting weeks for maintenance to arrive? Do you like paying $600+ for a "smart home system" that breaks every 4 weeks and produces non stop alarm sounds that you cannot turn off, every 15 seconds until the maintenance people finally come after 3 weeks of waiting in pure suffering? Do you like hearing the loudest music you have ever heard clear as day in your living room every single day of your life coming from your neighbors? Do you like a filthy apartment "gym" with broken equipment, only a few machines, and stolen dumbbells? Do you like paying hundreds of dollars for a package system, when all your packages come to your door anyway? Do you like paying for paper thin walls, so you can hear every conversation your neighbor has ever had, or anyone walking past your apartment? If you answered yes to any of these, maybe it is worth overpaying for this piece of trash apartment complex. But if any of this is giving you second thoughts, PLEASE listen to my concerns and understand that this is what you will be living in if you choose to rent here.

When I moved into the unit, it was infested with roaches. Took them a MONTH to do anything about it. Appliances rarely work. Insanely noisy area, especially at night. Occasional gunfire, slow police response time. Just an awful place to live. Run. Now

Never fix nothing my bathroom ceiling fell in took them six months to fix it now my front room ceiling bout to fall in they told me it wasn’t emergency now they take me to court all my cabinets doors done fell off plus rooms doors
No matter how many times the change the leasing staff they always bring the worst people ever. they’ll never answer the phone, open the office when they want to and help you if they feel too. I requested few things to be fixed and try to re-request through out the year I was there, never got them fixed and even then till the end of my lease. If I knew that having an average apartment for a high price was gonna be like going through hell I will never have insisted to have an apartment there?? plus the maintenance guy that lives there’s too, he will always be at his apartment doing nothing like everyone knows. you would only have things fixed if you requested as a emergency ??
They never answer their phones, they don’t care about the tenants living here. Their excuse for not reaching back out to you after several attempts at calling them is to say “sorry it’s because we’re short staffed”. I think I’ve heard that line about 4 times now. And their amenities are all closed.
Not a quality place to live. Had multiple maintenance issues that took months to resolve. Would not recommend living at Versailles
Great place to live! Love the luxury / appliances and amenities. The Washer / Dryer Included came as a surprise and is a great blessing! Also nice common areas!
bad service, bad communication, terrible cleaning, bad maintenance service and lack of attention to the inhabitants.
Run away from Versailles. It's a cesspool. Maintenance is non existent, management is non existent, security doesn't exist. Trash and filth is everywhere. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
The office never answer the phone. They never pick up the trash and I’ve called the company several times. Maintenance take their time fixing things and the neighbors are noisy!
Our truck was stolen from the apartment parking lot within 2 months of living there, without any help or compassion from office too. We had four packages go missing from the front office- after paying $5 monthly for package handling fees. Unanswered/unfinished roof leak for many, many months. Lastly, mailbox was broken into daily after two attempts of telling the front office. Definitely relieved to have moved out.
Overall - I love it here. Couldnt ask for anything better from maintenance. Staff has always been very friendly. (Never got to meet them in person due to COVID) but overall satisfied and would highly recommend Versailles to anyone
Do not move here. They do not take pride in their community, the outside is never clean, they dont communicate and if they do its after the fact. They dont care about the well being of their residence. Im paying waaaaaay too much to live here and getting very little. This will be my last lease here
Apartments are decent, service guys are great, the office is not helpful.
They dont pick up trash anymore. No response when putting in parking violations. Dont respond to emails. Phone calls is a joke. Lights high up on property still not fixed that multiple neighbors have complained about for safety. Asked for multiple light bulbs fixed on gate. Only 1 was fixed. Dont waste your time with this place, the dont communicate.
Please clean up apartment grounds and landscaping. Its embarrassing inviting friends over and there is trash everywhere.

I would not recommend Versailles. The office staff is very friendly and personable, but the neighborhood is not safe. If you need anything done, good luck.
The staff always tend to your every need BEFORE you sign the lease. After you sign the lease, they throw you on the back burner. When I moved in the apartment stunk of harsh chemicals that I couldn't rid of for two whole weeks, my A/C was broken which I had to have a friend fix since the staff didn't care, my dishwasher is broke and they refuse to fix it, there's water stains on the ceilings, the bathtub is stained a gross orange at the bottom, and my ADT window sensor has a malfunction while the windows do NOT lock so anyone can come in through my bedroom window . I've tried to contact the staff DOZENS of times via email or cellphone and I have NEVER once gotten a response from them. Do not rent here!!! They're nice and caring until you actually sign the lease.
The Versailles Apartments will NEVER be recommended by me. Office management has changed 6 times since Ive been here. The current manager seems to not want to be bothered at all. I have left messages for her so many times and have yet to know what her voice sounds like. The Versailles is where you must live not where you choose to live. If I were able to move trust and believe I wouldve been gone years ago.
Left multiple emergency maintenance requests (which I received confirmation were received) about a water leak, and it was not addressed until days later, a few hours before I had to turn in my keys. Great common areas though.
New management company offered a measly $100 for three weeks with NO hot water. Now they’re offering $500 for referrals. No, no, no. Do not rent with Crestmont/BH Management.
I love my apartment! This is the first place I've been at in a while that checks all of the boxes. They are friendly, the apartment is nice and clean. The only negative is that the parking lot gets full around my apartment and my husband sometimes has to park further away, but overall, we love it here.
There are excessive required fees, valet trash isn’t reliable, the staff is rude, limited parking and very real risk of being towed even in assigned parking. Considering that the staff is in the business of people they should be friendly and responsive, which they aren’t. On top of that you are paying for a lot of additional services (covered parking, pest, alarm, trash(?), and valet trash) that aren’t optional.
If you want to talk to anyone in the office here, you better show up in person. We tried numerous times to call and talk to someone about availability and kept getting the voicemail. Left voicemails, but never received call backs. I even tried to get a response by using the contact form on their website and did not receive a follow up email. We even left our information with both office people to let us know when a unit was available for viewing and never got a call back. There is definite lack of follow through and we have since found an apartment that actual calls people back and checks up on them. If this is how they respond to potential residents I would hate to see the follow though, or lack of, with current residents.
We have lived here for about 90 days, and at first glance everything seemed great. Everyone in the office was extremely nice. Model looked great. Price seemed reasonable. However when we moved in the water line on the back of the fridge was not attached, so every time it tried to pump water in the freezer to make ice, water got sprayed on the floor instead. LOVED coming into a giant puddle on move in day. There were various items that needed fixing we wrote on our move in sheet that they never fixed, had to submit a maintenance request almost a month later for them to come do it all. There are so many hidden fees they don't tell you about when you get told a price for rent. There's about a $4-5 admin fee for every utility on top of you basically double paying for trash, because you pay $25 for "valet trash", but you also pay the compex per-resident trash fee. So after everything the number they tell you for rent, add at least $20-30 if not more for all the admin fees before your utilities are even added in. The trash service is terrible. It's a mandatory $25/month built into the rent or so they say, and someone is supposed to come get the trash from your door 5 nights a week. We are lucky if they come get it 2-3 days a week. We were told by the leasing office if our trash gets skipped let them know and maintenance will come get it. Good thing I didn't hold my breath, have sent them multiple messages and no one ever comes to get it. I'd rather take out my own trash and keep the extra $25/month. In comparison to other apartments, the price isn't terrible, but when our lease is up we don't plan on renewing here. Buyer beware and make sure you ask a lot of questions.
I never had issues with the previous owners. I can't wait for my lease to be up now. I will NEVER rent with BH Management again. The staff is completely disorganized and act like they don't care about their jobs. One of the office staff doesn't even know how to properly say the name of the property which just shows how little you care about your job when you can't even be bothered to learn how to pronounce the name of your property. They send follow-up emails on maintenance requests when the requests haven't even been fulfilled. One month they applied someone else's rent to my account. They can't even keep their payments straight. They claimed to not receive my renters insurance notification despite the fact that it was MAILED, EMAILED, and FAXED. I finally had to stay on the phone with the guy until he told me he got the email for the second time. They upped my rent a lot and added on a bunch of fees that you can't opt out of (valet trash, alarm system, parking). I'm perfectly capable of taking my own trash to the dumpster, I don't need an alarm and at least the previous owners just said it was free covered parking even though we all know it was included in the price. Bottom line, BH Management loves to nickel and dime you for everything and the staff is untrained and unprofessional. I will give them a little credit and say that they have at least never been rude to me but they seriously need to get their act together.
Moved in a year ago . New management took over and staff has changed 3 times since being there. Noisy neighbors on both sides. Renewal came up and went up almost $150, added valet trash and must pay carport. Parking is terrible if don't have carport and no option to opt out valet trash $50 for both I don't have. Upgrading on property is nice but it took the rent out of my price range. Disappointing because I hate moving, but now there is no option.
I've lived here for 2 years now and if it wasn't for the price and location I probably wouldn't be living here. The staff is terrible, maintenance is poor and unreliable. I wouldn't refer anyone to move to this complex.
I've lived in several apartments, and all of them have maintenance issues. But in my time at Versailles, I've had repeated problems with things falling apart and being not-quite fixed. From an air conditioner that broke down multiple times in the summer to a burst pipe that leaked into my closet, these weren't minor issues either.
Staff is courteous however caring maintenance lacks.
