I saw the updated pictures online and took the day off to go and view the apartment and sign a lease. I was informed that only 2 apartments are upgraded like the one they show online. The apartments inside & out looked old.

I hate it here, roaches are everywhere, when I called about leaks the after hours support must not have told the front office the full story about the mold in the air vents, and behind all of all our appliances, and over 700 dollars of property damages. The people in the front office do not care! When me or my neighbors bring things to their attention the office people get snippy and snarky, we have had packages and car parts stolen. All they care about is the money, and what you have to pay versus how you are treated as a tenant is atrocious. The first few months were fine and we had no problems but after that living here is like has ruined my mental health and I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy.

Do not rent here. Management is terrible and they let shady people move in. There have been burglaries as well as vehicle breakins and rims stolen. Domestic disturbances are common and there’s even people with ankle monitors walking around. It’s hard to tell who is in charge here because management and staff seems to change faster than the seasons! Roaches are always going to be a problem no matter how often they spray and how clean you are. We wash dishes every single night and don’t leave food out and there are still roaches! We had a drugged up guy pass out right outside our window. Law enforcement and EMS showed up and carted him away! The lady across the parking lot broke windows and threw clothes out on multiple occasions before she was finally kicked out! There’s late night drug deals that happen by the dog park. Law enforcement was called but they were gone before the cops showed up. I called to report some shady people digging in the garbage in the middle of the night and my concerns were brushed aside. They do not care about you! So glad to have finally moved out!
The floor plan is nice, the workers are the location is nice, but… the roaches are everywhere and the company they use said they came out and never did, and I don’t keep a messy apartment I clean everyday and the dishes and the trash are always cleaned and taken out. The stove we got with the apartment is pretty bad, took a shower the first day we moved in and the water doesn’t drain all the way and I’ve done everything I know how to try and fix it. Been here for 3 months and the trash service still doesn’t always get our trash. Valet trash is also NOT OPTIONAL so you have to pay that money for them to maybe take your trash. I’ll be happy when the lease is up for sure!

The floor plan is nice and the AC is cold, but that’s about it. With all this pandemic nonsense going on I had to relocate for a job and instead of working with me I was forced to pay 2 months rent for the 60 days notice then a huge fee. I understand paying for the extra month I was packing, but I had to pay a full month rent for a week in July when I won’t even be living there. And the large fee, I understand the lease break but we are coming out of a pandemic and I took a job I could get. The management has no care for the tenants, we are just a commodity. Oh and the fact that there has been many nights I wake up to 4-5 police cars in the complex for god knows what, people running around the complex all hours of the night, and let’s not forget the roach problem. This place has a nice cover but once you’re in they no longer care. Just fill the apartment. Looks good on paper for them. Never coming back here!
German roach infestation in 713, moved in and out in less than 42 hours. The office staff was very kind and apologetic except the lexus she kept lying to me and telling me I should stay cause I'd have to pay $2000 plus a few for breaking the lease. We left and got all of our money back. She was standing on roaches while telling me "it's not an infestation". Loud neighbors and all the dogs we saw were pitbulls. Everyone speeds through the parking lot.

Lived here 2 years with my ex gf. Very clean place, very car reliant though. Some loud neighbors but it’s few and far between, at least where I lvied. Lot of maintenance fixes on move in, ruined any chance of my deposit coming back. Dog friendly, have a park and a bunch of space for them to run around. Some neighbors are cool, others are very sketchy, but that’s any apartment complex. Parking is absolutely horrendous if you work late hours, basically no way you’re parking by your building after 8pm. Gas Station in walking distance is awesome for convenience and late night snack runs, little sketchy though. Dan’s Pizza is a hop and a skip away, good for a cheap dinner or late takeout and Whattaburger is down the road if that’s more your cup of tea. Would definitely recommend, if you can afford it.

It’s centrally locates between Galveston, Baybrook mall and 45! It includes a washer and dryer, plus a peaceful community! Hands down one of the best places to live!

I’ve been living at The Veridian for about 3 months now, and I can say it’s been SUPER pleasing! Very cozy and peaceful. The pictures do not give this place justice. I love how everything is very convenient, and anything you need is pretty much down the street. I was also super surprised with how great management is, and how quickly they are to get things fixed. My dryer stopped working and i was worried that they wouldn’t fix it fast enough, but I let staff know of the problem and in 30 min somebody came out to take a look at it. Took them about 15 min to fix! From past experiences this hasn’t happened at most apartments. Best front office! Staff is great and very welcoming. I’m so happy to feel like I’m at home and comfortable! Plus the price for this updated complex is too hard to pass up. All around this place is fantastic!! Would definitely recommend!

I've lived here since the beginning of November, and the staff, especially Tayler and Alejandro, were very helpful with the whole process and made it super easy! So easy in fact, the day I came to look at the apartments, I signed a lease a got the perfect apartment! I love the convenient location, it's only 15 minutes from my job and even closer to great restaurants and shopping. The new designs and colors of the apartments are very modern and appealing. Anytime I need anything, the staff has always been super friendly and willing to help me with any questions I have. I would most definitely recommend living here. I'm currenrly a resident and have been for the past 5 years. I've lived in their smallest one bedroom and now live in the largest 2 bedroom. The grounds are kept clean, neighbors are quite, no issues with maintenance. Pros: Washer & dyer in all units Front office staff is nice & helpful Maintenace issues addressed the same day Valet trash Rent reflects the area Large Balcony Cons: Parking Dumpster are always over flowing with trash

Ive lived here for over a year now and i dont have any solid complaints. The management has always been nice when ive spoken to them, and theyve been considerate when it comes to making their residents aware of procedure changes. Overall, i recommend this complex.

I really enjoy living here. The office staff is nice, and maintenance request get filled in a timely manner. My favorite thing about this place is the Floorplan of my apartment. They're reasonably priced and in a nice location.

I have lived in the Veridian for almost 2 years and we absolutely love it. It is very quiet and private. The amenities are amazing (gym/pool/billiards/coffee machine at the lobby). The pool is very relaxing and has nice seating areas . The management is always hosting events for us to enjoy. I would highly recommend calling the Veridian home!

I've been in my apartment going on two months now and I love it. I moved to Texas from Atlanta. I did a blind lease, not really knowing what I was going to get. I trust Alejandro; one of the office staff, and he took care of me. Not only is my apartment completely newly-renovated but it completely exceeded my expectations. It's extremely modern but cozy at the same time. My neighbors are very friendly I love living in such a social community. Making friends has been easy. The rent is mind-blowing I would have paid twice as much for this apartment in Atlanta. I love the fact that the staff is quick to deal with any concerns I have. I am 3 miles from my job and shopping! It's a perfect location for a family or someone single. My transition to Texas has been really smooth and it started at The Veridian at Bellevue.

First of all, I love the staff super friendly, welcoming, always happy to help. Honestly always doing there best to make the place like home. LOVE IT! Slight problems here and there but nothing they can’t fix. The maintenance team are on point when putting in a work order, getting things done in a timely manner, and detail work. It’s the residents you have to watch out for, they don’t have much respect for vehicles. In the mornings you’ll find a scratch or a dent in your vehicle because of how compact the parking is. If you don’t mind the dents and scratches then this is the place for you. But all in all this place is great, they have a nice size gym which I take full advantage of, the pool is always clean especially during summer.

I absolutely love living here! The new community colors are refreshing and really make the complex pop! The office staff are always genuine, understanding, and friendly. The pools are nice, big, and always kept clean, the gym is quite spacious with plenty of great equipment. Maintenance is efficient and arrives in a timely manner. We love it here at the Veridian of Bellevue!! The staff is super friendly and helped my family and I make an easy transition from our house to our apartment!! With a 24/7 fitness center and 4 pools we have lots of things to do!! Not to mention the connivence of being close to the grocery store, mall, banks, parks and more!!

Such a nice quite place to live, this is my second time leasing at this complex, once about 6 years ago and now at the start of 2020. The office staff is extremely nice, most Maintenance issues are resolved same day. Great place to stay at a reasonable price.

The place is amazing. Even though we’re right across from the railroad tracks, you don’t hear nothing. Apartments are spacious, big walk in closets. Washer and dryer are a big plus for me. Maintenance is always around, staff is wonderful.

March 2020 will mark my first year here, but, I'll make this real simple: The grounds are clean. I can barely hear my neighbors. There's not a ton of noise on the grounds. It's close enough to I45 to be convenient, but far enough away so that traffic is not an issue. The staff and maintenance are excellent! Any and all issues I've had are handled quickly. The exterior of the buildings are in great shape. There's no torn up window blinds. People are out at night, walking their dogs, so the safety levels feel pretty high. I couldn't ask for much more.

I highly recommend living here. We have returned after being flooded out when Harvey Hit. They are super nice about moving after the flood and when returning. The office staff is always willing to help whenever needed and the maintenance is very fast at replying to request. Taylor has been an amazing help with every thing and always willing just to learn more about you as a person and not just someone living at the apartments. I highly recommend checking out the apartments because you will not be disappointed at all.

Ive lived at this complex for just a few weeks and so far I really do love it. The location is perfect. The apartments are well upgraded and LOVE that they have W/D for free. The community is usually very quiet and I haven’t had any issues finding parking close to my unit. Love that it has 2 pools on each side. The only negatives that I have so far are: they closed the hot tubs in the complex but haven’t done anything with them. There’s one right next to my unit that is full of water and is GREEN. Secondly, people take this horse dogs around the complex for walk and let them poop where ever and don’t pick it up. Even though the complex has bag stations throughout. Lastly, i live in side one and i has a friend who’s been there since July. Not once since July has the gate worked. I don’t really mind it because they do tow if someone is not a resident but I constantly see people going out of the in gate. Very dangerous. Overall I do really like the complex and community. The pricing is fantastic compared to others. Would move here again.

These apartments are so great! The staff is wonderful, nice and helpful, the maintenance fixes things very very quickly. The apartments itself is very quiet and so nice looking. I have been here almost 2 years and I wouldn't change it for anything as long as the price is right. I absolutely love it!

we have lived here since last July and haven't have any problems with anything or anyone. the staff is amazing and friendly Taylor is the girl who helped us when we first thought about moving in and 'm so glad that we did! i would absolutely recommend anyone to move here 10/10!!

This is my first apartment and I really love it! The view from my balcony is amazing and its absolutely quiet, no noise whatsoever. The price for my 2 bedroom was amazing as well and the staff are very friendly. I also love how whenever there is a maintenance problem you can submit it online and they are out to fix it within 24 hours.

My fiancé has lived her for about a year and a half now, the apartments are old and do show the age a little. The 1 bedroom apartment is a good size and allows for room still with all the furniture. There have never been any problems with unwanted people in the area, or crimes. The biggest thing that has happened the entire time would have to be the naked man that ran through the complex. The property is divided into two parts, with one being older then the other. He lives on the older side across from one of the pools. There are only a few things that he really has a complaint about, which are the lawn people that usually come around 7:30 during the week, the slight flooding that happens when it rains at the corner of the building. (They did try to fix it by tearing up that part of the sidewalk and redoing it.) And the biggest is the parking situation, if you come home any later then about 9:30 good luck finding a spot in the complex. Everybody and their brother park inside the complex leaving a few spots on the street. Currently the complex is very empty after Harvey, the entire bottom floor apartments had to be emptied and redone, which is about 200 apartments. So the parking has been fantastic, but a warning that if there is a hurricane or a large amount of rain don't park in the parking lot or on the street. Your car will flood, both he and I had to get new cars because the water got above the wheels. The front office has been fantastic the entire time though, they have helped with small problems and have been great about letting you know if they need to do maintenance or turning off the water. He has never really had a problem with noisy neighbors, everyone is very nice.

When I walked into this property I had been burned by 2 different my complexes that had taken my deposit and application fee and continuously delayed my move in or did not have the apartment I requested available for for my move in date. When I called this complex Alejandro answered the phone and gave me the exact details that I needed to make a decision. He listened to my needs and offered me only what would fit for my price range. I immediately traveled to the complex and was further wowed by his customer service and enthusiasm. I ended up leasing that day and will be moving in the next week to a brand new apartment. I can't even explain how relieved I am to be off the market. I had been looking for 30 straight days while living in a hotel. I was beyond tired, all of that is over now!! Thank you Green Oaks!!!

I lived here when this mgmt company first took over. Decrease in customer care and increase in disturbing neighbors that create uncomfortable atmosphere in pool / gym. Difficult to find good parking. Floods easily. One BR apt has BR wall that separates neighbors BR from yours. I could hear my neighbors constantly arguing / carrying on. Also, the apt. that I had had a window right next to the front door, so anyone could easily access your apt if they wanted to.

I have been living in this NON luxury living apartment for 8 months now. Still haven't got a gate code due to the 346 not being a local number. When in the office I had the lady look it up and it is in fact a local Houston area code. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you want to keep your stuff. Every time you water the flowers it floods. Can you imagine if it rains? The workers are rude and will walk in your house without knocking. My wife was getting out of the shower and the guy walked in... No knock... Nothing.. It is an over priced ran down apartment that has been band aided due to the recent floods.
My wife and I were incredibly dissatisfied with this property. Our roof leaked starting in November and remained that way until our lease was up in May. When we brought it to the attention of the property manager and head of maintenance they were flippant and condescending. I strongly advise against moving in to this complex, the office staff is indifferent at best and combative at worst.
