Beautiful neighborhood. Lively at all hours... the only noise you hear is mostly from the restaurants/shops outside. Everyone is friendly and there's a lot of nice dogs. Walkable and comfortable.

I have really loved living here and I felt super welcomed. The only thing that’s not as desirable is the new policy making it more difficult for deliveries. I wish there was a way to allow delivery people to use a fob for elevator access. Maybe if they are allowed to leave their drivers license while using the fob And come and retrieve the drivers license after. I’m not sure what the solution would be, but it definitely creates an inconvenience, especially for folks who may be ill on any given occasion and are unable to leave their apartments. Other than that, everything has been quite wonderful and staff has been attentive, including The maintenance crew.

Great community and staff. The fun atmosphere here is not like any other complex with all the stores around the area. Neighbors have been great as well.

It feels like I'm living in a palace. High ceilings, great view, elevators, friendly staff, and lots of easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Right off of the 202 is also a big convenience.
