Very nice place and the staff is/are very helpful, especially Cloe. The gym is great. Very quiet place. The restaurants below are very convenient to walk to and the surrounding area has everything you need.
They really take a lot of pride of keeping this place clean and enjoyable to live in. Any concern is always addressed within 24 hours and they are great on communication keeps us updated of anything going on the complex. I really do enjoy and love being apart of the community.

Cannot recommend The Tyler. Too many issues of water leaks, drywall repairs, electrical issues and on and on. Major problems that should have been caught during the build. No workmanship, just get it built.

I enjoy living at the Tyler for the location and convenience to local restaurants and bars/coffee shops. The resident lobby has complimentary coffee and workspaces and the gym is super nice! The resident only dog park and dog spa are nice perks as well. If you’re on the Higley side of the building it’s a little loud (traffic-wise) but that’s to be expected with a property like this. I wish the bedrooms were larger.

I like the apartment itself despite the cheap design and materials (i.e. cabinets that fall and shatter belongings). What I dislike is that management has still not figured out a way for the residents to get their packages reliably. I’ve never lived anywhere where the residents are expected to rifle through a mailroom for their packages, many of which may be oversized or even unknown to the resident. This place is marketed as a luxury living experience. It is not. I’ve found packages of mine outside in the parking lot, thrown in the floor of the lobby, and there are others I never found. Receiving packages isn’t an amenity. It’s a necessity and one should expect to receive them reliably when one pays this much in rent. It’s certainly not set up to feel like “home.” It is a holding place for people waiting for home. And the management never lets us forget it. They are always creatively discovering new ways to patronize us like children rather than residents in a space that employs them.

Our community does receive a very high volume of deliveries every day, far more than most apartment communities, and while we do our best to manage and organize them, there are unfortunately factors outside of our control, such as delivery drivers leaving packages outside of secured areas or dropping them after hours. To help ensure the best delivery experience, we always recommend updating delivery instructions with carriers to note our office hours and direct them to deliver during the day. In the meantime, our team goes into the package room daily to organize and place items into the locker system whenever possible to keep things secure and accessible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I love living here it is amazing. It's such a luxurious place to live and everything I need is in my building or parking lot of my building. I can get food dessert groceries workout and shop all in there place that I live its awesome. The amenities here are also amazing I love everything about where I live

Love how the apartment keeps the place clean! Very surprised they changed the carpets. I have never had that in any past apartment. The attention to detail, painting the class, washing the windows , keeping the outside clean. Very impressed!

I love this complex. The main Bldg is well taken care of. However, I feel like Building one is highly disregarded. The common areas are gross all the time. Maybe it's the amount of pets or the people, but the elevator is constantly musty, hot and smells. The floors and wall in the elevators, the common areas off the elevators, and first floor elevator "lobby" are always disgusting. Also, the carpet was "replaced" in bldg 1, however, just in patches and it looks old and patchy. Similar to a motel. I think Bldg 1 could use some care. Also, the pool chairs are all gross and stained. No one wants to sit on them like that. I honestly don't even like putting my towel or belongings on the chairs. Maybe you can add washable covers? As for the parking - Maybe you can issue permits so that one or two cars per units could park in the lot. It is always full. Seems like employees of restaurants and multiple resident guests are taking up spots.

I enjoy living at the Tyler! The staff and residents are friendly. The community is clean and nice. I wish they had more options in the gym but it is enough when it’s not busy. I also wish they would put a sidewalk connecting building one exit to the sidewalk near exit to be more pet friendly! Overall it’s a great place to live!
