My husband and I recently decided to sell our family home and move closer to our kids in Madison. We couldn't be more thrilled to be at the Tuscany! The building is clean and well maintained. Lori & Crystal are kind and responsive; and Chris (maintenance) is available to answer questions or lend a hand. This team of professionals truly made the transition smooth and seamless. Not to mention all the amazing amenities. We feel like we're living in a resort!!

The Tuscany on Pleasant View is a great place to call home!! It has the luxury and amenities of a 5 star resort: Community Room, theater, gym/spa, pool, business center, 24/7 package room, underground parking and EV charging stations, outdoor grilling & fire pit, pet friendly! Located only 5 minutes away from incredible shops, restaurants and golf!! The community is well kept and peaceful. The office staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. They are very quick to address any problems that arise. This is a safe, fun, wonderful place to be!!!
