All this is just outside your door. Around the neighborhood, you will find nearby daily conveniences such as Trader Joe’s and Walmart, as well as many restaurants and retailers. Our community is ideally positioned next to the campuses of major tech leaders, Microsoft and Nintendo. Just outside of our community you will find that the beauty of the Pacific Northwest surrounds you. Spend weekends on Lake Sammamish or escape to hike Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park.
