Home sweet apartment!

Trails at Sheep Draw has been a pleasant surprise in renting. The apartments are pretty quiet, and the overall look of the complex is very modern. The layouts are open and the deck makes living on the 3rd floor worth the trips up the stairs. The office staff is very friendly and quick to handle anything that may come up. It’s a great location that is convenient to just about everything. Definitely going to call it home for awhile!

Great Place to Live

We have lived here for 2 years and have loved it. The apartments are very nice with all updated appliances, and the community is quiet and peaceful. The rooms, closets, and bathroom are all very spacious. We especially love the community garden and hot tub!

Friendly and Quite Apartments!

My boyfriend and I have a year living here and we are honestly happy with our stay. Like most the apartment had a couple things that needed fixing but as soon as we reached out to the staff they sent out mtc to fix it up. Neighbors are nice, haven’t had a problem with no one. We like that the staff is quick on their feet and always keep us up to date with what’s going on at Trails at Sheep Draw. Like I said we enjoy our living space and will continue for a couple more years. A.A

The Trails at Sheep Draw

The apartment complex is very nice and quiet. They are very dog friendly with play area and dog bath station. There is also a nice gym and swimming pool. The layout of the apartment flows well.

Best Apartment in Greeley

My fiancé and I moved into this apartment last year, with our kids. We love the family friendly community. We spend our summers at the pool. So close to everything between work and shopping and surprisingly quiet neighbors. Looking forward to another year. S Foyle

Great apartments, very quiet and private. Great location in West Greeley. Conveniently located next to the store!

Move here!

My husband and I love living here. The building was still fairly new when we moved in. All of the neighbors we've met so far have been really friendly. The management team is quick to respond to any and all concerns.

Wouldn’t recommend

Cheap construction, dog crap everywhere, management doesn’t respond with neighbor issues- dog barking ALL DAY and EVENING above us . From 7:15am - 2pm and then 6p-8p. Plumbing issues when we moved in/. Had to break master bath floor to fix pipes to use shower - . Took a month to fix and still had to pay rent. I would only recommend to my worst enemy.

Wouldn't reccomend

Apartments are new but seemed like they were in a "rush" to complete. Maintenance requests took forever, my husband and I decided to fix it ourselves. There were several times that I came home to people in our apartment "fixing" things without any warning. For being a brand new apartment, you could very clearly hear your neighbors from each side. No one picks up after their dogs or keeps them on leashes, our dog was attacked once. The pool always seemed to be dirty. Theft in the parking lots happened. You could definitely find a better place to live for the same price or better.

Poor staff, poor building quality, poor maintenance

The staff is very unprofessional. They are also rude to the tenants I will try to tow your vehicle if you make a mistake and park in the wrong spot. I’ve had a hold of a ceiling for over nine months. The quality of the units construction is very poor.

Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.
