Very nice front office staff and maintenance fixes things right away. Any issues that I've had that may have taken longer than normal, they communicated it well and I felt very informed. Overall, 10/10 living experience so far!

I moved to Birmingham to start a new job. I stopped by this apartment complex on 8/18/2022. I wanted to walk around a bit just to get a good look at the grounds. A woman came out of the office and asked me in a very rude way "What I was doing around there". She then proceeded to accuse me of visiting before and doing something unsavory during that visit. She was very unprofessional and rude.

Great place to live and awesome customer service. I love it here
I should have known better on move-in day (Sept 2019) when we found a live roach in the kitchen sink. I had roaches in my apartment for months, until it was finally cold outside, and they came back when it warmed up. I had to stomp on the floors before entering the kitchen, wear shoes constantly, and check under the toilet seat every time I needed to go. There is dog poop all over the ground, and I’ve never seen another resident clean up after their dog. There was actually a resident’s porch that was covered in dog poop from the time I moved in until I called the Health Department in February 2020. I figured it would be addressed when I moved in and saw it, but when it wasn’t six months later, I got sick of seeing it. Also, if you do move here or already live here, do NOT forget anything when you move out because they do not care what it is, they will just throw it away. I had to move out by myself, and I was so exhausted by the end of the last day that I forgot all of my coats in the coat closet. A lifetime of high quality coats, one of which my late grandfather had custom made that’s irreplaceable. I have worked in hotels/hospitality for over five years, and I always contact people when they leave things behind; I have never heard of such a thing as not taking 30 seconds to call and say hey you left ALL of your jackets here. No, they just said they put them in the trash compactor and they were gone. Couldnt even donate them to someone in need... I am so glad to be out of there.
Very nice and helpful staff. They will do anything to help. Only people putting bad reviews are the ones who don't like to follow rules.
This place is full of criminals. My car was stolen while parked at my apartment and had a drug dealer across from me. When police arrived they ran plates from a couple suspects that had felonies on their record and known thieves. This was relayed to the property manager Ariel and they asked if we wanted another apartment but never did anything about anything. That's ok I've got a lawyer and they will be surprised.
DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! The last few weeks of my life has been discombobulated because of this place. The apartments they show are renovated with high ceilings. The day of move in wasnt the initial apartment we were showed and they changed the apartment number in the resident portal. This apartment was filthy and had roaches. The property staff is unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....i could tell yall more but I rather not....
The landscape and lay out is awesome. Upon entering into a vacant apartment we take a look on the inside. I look inside the kitchen inside the cupboards/cabinets low and behold dead roaches. Total turn off. Then we read reviews about roach issues. No thanks! 1 star rating is for the landscape. We took a tour right before the end of 2017.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! DON'T SIGN A LEASE HERE. THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND A BIG LAIR ONCE I SAID IM WRITING A REVIEW SHE SAID IT WAS AGAINST THE LAW!!!! I WAS PROMISED THINGS WOULD BE DONE WITHIN 1 WEEK ITS BEEN GOING ON 3 MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING! SHE HAS VERY POOR Customer service skills the only thing good about this property is the assistant manager be prepared for bugs Lazy maintenance man who do nothing but ride around All day on golf carts I had numerous issues since signing the lease Do not let the office fool you the apartments look nothing like it my floor has caved in cabinets have fallen apart bugs are horrible and the outside appearance is a hot mess dog poop everywhere not to mention the parking I was late to work because there is not enough parking so people just park wherever even behind you the property manager lies so much it’s hard to believe what is true and what is a lie do not waste your time on this dump the rent is way too high and the renovation that looks like a child done them so please please please please please don’t move here

The assistant manager is one of the nastiest women I've ever met. Working in a professional setting and being the age that she is, I was very surprised with the poor service. She honestly needs to be fired. Any "manager" that can see someone waiting for her services through the glass walls of her office and leave the building without acknowledging the person who was sitting waiting for thirty minutes should not have their position. She literally laughed and giggled all while I was waiting just to walk or without speaking or acknowledging me. Very poor service from the management to the staff.

I am currently experiencing alot of unresolved issues from leaks, mold, unprofessionalism from staff, not able to reach the staff during working hours,I really want my maintenance work orders fixed and not to be belittled by the staff. Currently Bethany is Property Manager. At this time I would not recommend anyone to move here especially with kids. I would advise anyone seeking a apartment wanting their money worth to avoid the renovated units at this time.

These people are the absolute worst management team ever.
Run don't walk from this place!!! The management is extremely difficult to work with if and when they reply back to you. Place was treated for bugs and the same day had MORE roaches then before. On a plus side the maintenance employees are great.
If I could give less than one star I would. Riverside Parc apartments are in a convinlent location. That is the only benefit of living here. They have recently changed management and it's safe to say the new management might be worse than the one before. They had the bright idea of renovating the outside of the apartments so they can looking appealing to customers coming in to look for apartments. Little did they know these apartments are falling apart inside. (In order for them to be able to afford renovations, every resident's rent was raised, mine went up about $60 more a month and that was low compared to some people that have been living here.) My apartment has had a ceiling leak for over two months now. Every time the apartment above me takes a shower, their dirty bath water falls down to my room. Two months of me letting management know that I needed this fixed. Has it gotten fixed? Of course not. Now my ceiling is on the floor and a wave of mold and mildew has consumed my apartment. Two months of me inhaling moldly air has taken effect to my lungs. Bottomline is, if you move into these apartments, you will be miserable. Great location but terrible living conditions, management that is not concerned about you, only concerened about pleasing their boss. For the amount of money I'm paying ever month to this company, and it makes me sad because I am being treated very unfairly and I know I am not the only one going through the same thing right now. As far as staff, the one two people that I can say have done their job effectively and happily are Amelia and one of the older maintenance men whom I fail to remember his name. As far as the other employees who work there, do not expect a warm greeting when you walk into the office because it will not happen. Instead they will look annoyed and not welcoming. I work with people every day. This is not how people who pay to live here should get treated. I am not the type of person to take the time to write a review or complain about much but I have been pushed too far and this just simply not fair. If you've manage to read this far, I plead one last time: PLEASE do not move in these apartments. Don't make the same mistake I did. I feel like I am throwing away my money by investing in Riverside Parc and I am miserable. There are so many other more options to live in the area, please do not make the mistake of living here.
This place should be condemned. Im almost 100% sure the two good reviews I just saw on here were written by management. This complex is dirty, filled with roaches, and trash. Shannon the manager is an airhead and says that all bottom level apartments and apartments near trees are always gonna have roaches. They do nothing here, it's so bad that I'm getting out of my lease now in December even though I just moved here in July. I am going to spread the word to everyone in the Birmingham area about this roach infested property.
I have only lived at Riverside for about 4 or 5 months, but I have never had a management company try their best to make our homes fantastic. I have had my A/C go out a few times, but they are out to fix it within 48 hours. The community is fairly quite and the grounds are immaculate. These guys do a fantastic job of maintaining their community. The only issue I have is that I would like the two bedrooms to be bigger. I feel like I am getting what I pay for, sure, but I also want more room! 10/10, would recommend.
Spacious floor plans, affordable and convenient to everything! Friendly staff and awesome maintenance make living here very pleasant.
