Property Ratings at The Townhomes on Three
I have lived here over seven years. The property has had two owners/property managers since 2014. The new management is AWESOME.
The staff is friendly and professional. I enjoy living here, the property grounds are clean and there are pet stations throughout. I like the fact that there is a fitness center on the property so I don't have to drive somewhere to go workout. The garage and/or covered parking is a plus for those rainy days.
