I have a unit that faces the lake, and it is gorgeous. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the sunset every night is breathtaking! I love watching the wildlife, the boaters, and being able to pull my kayak right into the water and explore the chain of lakes. The lake is quiet, as is the community. Any maintenance issue I have had (very minor stuff) is handled fast, never an issue. Have I mentioned the views, literally, can't do better....
My wife and I moved in almost 1 year age and have enjoyed the community very much. This is a clean quiet place with many families and professionals. The townhome designs with attached garage and modern building designs gives you a home that no apartment can offer. We have enjoyed our time here with so much to offer with the amenities and surrounding area. We have lived in rental communities in the past but this one makes you feel like you own a home. If you are having a house built or looking to rent long term you will not find a better location to call home. The community is located on the lake bringing nature to your backyard along with pool and dock to enjoy.
