The Tower on Piedmont

The Tower is conveniently located with all of my major needs (grocery stores, nail salon, gym, and restaurants) within walking distance. The leasing team and concierge staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Tower on Piedmont is in the ideal location, and the unobstructed views can’t be beat. But the team, Tavia, Clinton and Devin, is what makes this place my home.

Devin is an amazing leasing manager at this property. He made my moving in porcess really smooth and adrressed every concern within no time. Also, after my move in this apartment whenever I raised any request to fix few issues at my apartment, Price has addressed them within no time. He is an excellent technician and alrounder. Thank you so much Devin and Price for making me feel this apartment as my new home ...Definitely recommended.

I’ve moved into the tower on Piedmont recently and I must say that the management team have been knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond in ensuring that my move in process went well and smoothly. The maintenance team responded quickly and with easy to any maintenance issues that may arise and work swiftly to make sure that any issues are handled promptly. The staff and crew are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and they keep the place secure and clean and it well managed and ran. I am grateful for this great team. Please continue doing all their great work that you do to ensure that all the residents living here are safe and sound to this wonderful community that we all call home. You guys are an amazing team.

The only thing that I can say about TOP is that this building is nothing but a very large family! From leasing, who always ALWAYS makes us feel welcome and covered, to our 24/7 concierge service that continuously makes sure any of our needs are met. Our maintenance team is also a 10/10 and any issues we come across are taken care of almost immediately. Luxury and Vibes is always found here!

Placed right in the center of all of the great walkability! Building is quaint, quiet, and super private which makes me feel super secure! Renovations are beautiful! Definitely recommend living here.

LUXURY! That is the overall vibe and theme when it comes to T.O.P.! Devin was so awesome, very pleasant and responsive - he helped me tour various units and decide on the one that I wanted to call home. I also worked closely with Clinton after bringing my family to see the property and he was so warm and welcoming; everyone here is so pleasant. I absolutely LOVE calling Tower on Piedmont home.

The Tower on Piedmont was one of the last places I toured and I can honestly say I saved the best for last! I looked and leased same day.

It's my second year living at the Towers on Piedmont and it's been a really good experience overall. The Management and leasing staff is amazing. I have to give a special shout out to Clinton, he's always friendly and professional and makes you feel like no matter what, everything will get taken care of. Everyone is welcoming and it's so appreciated. The property is clean and the renovations are beautiful. And you're in the heart of Buckhead with beautiful views.

Living at the Tower on Piedmont has been nothing but an amazing experience. From the management staff, to the concierge, to the maintenance department. The cleanliness of the property is top tier. I would highly recommend living here to anyone that wants a great community to live in as well as walkable access to everything Buckhead has to offer.

I visit this property often, I love how attentive the concierge is to everyone that walks in the building. I spoke with the property management team and they are truly very helpful and such awesome personalities. The maintenance team keeps the property in order and are very friendly and kind. The building is always very clean and smells amazing every time I walk in! They have amazing amenities and the views are TOP NOTCH! The residents seem to be very acquainted with each other and just an awesome atmosphere to be in! I would someday love to call this place my home :)

I visited this property with a friend and loved how secure this building felt from the front desk concierge to the fobs to get on the elevator. The rooftop amenities are stellar and the views were spectacular! If I didn’t own a home, I would definitely move to this community!

A family member is in the market to find a new home. I really appreciate Rickey for recommending The Tower on Piedmont. It speaks volume and lets me know that he takes pride in where he works! This location would be less than 5 minutes from the job so definitely a plus! The spectacular views from the balcony and bedrooms are breath taking! The layout of the apartments are spacious, lots of counterspace, nice appliances and I can't say enough about the open windows and great lighting they provide! The amenities are a "cut above the rest" my favorite is the outdoor theater! Thanks again, Rickey for shouting out The Tower on Piedmont!

Maintenance and office is great! My first request got fixed so quickly, I didn’t even realize it. Been here almost 3 weeks and it is amazing! Overall great building and atmosphere.

The maintenance team as absolutely terrific; they’re professional and work quickly. The leasing team is welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a million questions, and all were answered patiently and with understanding. The Assistant Director Tavia is absolutely fantastic and Clinton provided we the a thorough walk through and mini tour of the surrounding area. Application and move in process were seamless, and the views are to die for.

I just moved in and didn’t know how to make a service request for an issue I had in my apartment and the management team ensured that maintenance came right away. Rickey helped me my sink within minutes and was very pleasant. So far I am very pleased with my decision to move at The Tower on Piedmont. Everyone is exceptionally pleasant.

Rickey and Sam are always extremely responsive with maintenance requests. The entire staff at building always treat their tenants like family.

The best part of this building is Janel & Sam plus the convenience of location.

The staff here, especially Mr. Carlisle, are caring and attentive to anything that should arise. They are prompt, courteous, very reliable. There are none better!

This community is awesome for me and my family! The views are incredible, the staff are always so friendly and willing to help which is a huge must have when looking for somewhere to call home. The renovations look amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

I recently viewed this property and it is absolutely beautiful after all the renovations that have been made. I had a lovely lady named Lori show me around couldn’t have asked for a better experience, she was a huge help and very informative!

Great staff! Tag at the front desk is a great guy and always helpful. Sam and Rickey are also wonderful and make this a comfortable place to live.

Pros: All staff members are absolutely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lori is ALWAYS a breath of fresh air and accommodating. You will enjoy living here!!! The resident events are one of the greatest compliments to the property, outside of beautiful landscaping, modern amenities, apartments, and surrounding accommodations. I looked at this property some years back when I first moved to Atlanta. The building was nice but the property looked dated. Fast forward to 2023. When I entered the building there was a different vibe. I was invited by my Realator who was there for a networking event. The Concierge was at the desk greeting people, he showed us to the elevator and sent us upstairs. When we got upstairs we entered the club room we were met by the property management team. They were great… they were telling us about the difference in the property now vs. when they took over, I could definitely see the difference. Everyone was so relaxed. They had refreshments catered. I was expecting finger foods but not hot fresh foods they really went all out. You can tell they really care about the residents because of the time they put in. Every resident that came in it seemed they knew. Overall they were what I enjoyed the most. They wore all the hats at the event. Host, DJ (real DJ lol) and bartender. The plans for the common area are great, I can’t wait to see it. I’ve got a couple other places I want to check out but if I can get a higher floor this is top of my list

I had my tour with the lovely Tavia and they have some amazing apartment spaces! Large open spaces with all the views you could ask for, affordable pricing for Buckhead and plus they’ll be doing renovations soon that’ll make it even more top notch on top of what it is now. They definitely made it challenging to view other spaces.

I want to give a shout out to maintenance, Rickey. He came in and fixed my issue in less than 24 hours. He comes in with a great attitude and very easy to talk to. He fixed my issue effectively and efficiently. Thank you Rickey. This is another reason I love living at The Towers on Piedmont!

The whole team is always ready to offer whatever supports residents need to relax at home. With Clinton sitting there in the leasing office, we feel like there’s nothing to worry, as he’s always helpful and comes back with right solutions. Ricky in the maintenance team was so responsive to maintenance request, and he’s taken away all of our concerns before it’s getting an issue. Perfect team in fabulous apartment!!!

I was looking for an apartment in the Buckhead area and was totally impressed by the layout and size of the floor plans. Renovations are looking great and I look forward to becoming a resident in the near future. A super bonus that the staff was very helpful and informative.

Been here 1.5 years and have never had a problem! Maintenance and leasing office are quick to respond and efficient and super helpful. Big thanks to Rickey & Sam at maintenance 5 star service all around. The building gym definitely needs an update and remodeling (machines are old and broken and lacking lots of stuff, went in today and someone recently even stole the 5lb hand weights) but that’s the only downside given there’s an LA fitness in front.

Property is excellent! The services provided are all anyone needs for a location such as this. Management, Maintenance and Concierge make the days easier for anyone located in this property. Great team!!

The layout of the property is immaculate. It has all the amenities you would want in this area and not that far from most of the entertainment in Atlanta.

After over 3 years living here I still really enjoy it: There are days I never have to get in my car - everything I need is in walking distance. The building has nice, large floor plans with great views. The monthly social events are fun - good food and drink and a great way to meet my neighbors. The maintenance team and leasing office folks are very responsive and friendly.

The staff is impeccable! Every question was answered with the upmost professionalism and patience. Smiles are worth a lifetime. Thanks Mr. Ricky, Samuel, Clinton, and Miss Tavia for everything!

I can not say enough about how much we loved the space, beautifully updated and best of all location! These are amazing! The team was informative and welcoming and we greatly appreciate not being rushed! Cannot wait to make a decision on which will be the best fit for us!

Out of all the places I've looked at, this one was by far the best place. I would recommend them to anyone.
