Property Ratings at The Timbers
This property has been an excellent place to call home for the last few years. The apartment itself is spacious, with high ceilings and accents that bring the floorplan together from corner to corner. Every appliance, lighting, plumbing, heating & cooling fixture have worked wonderfully during my time here. The generous amount of electrical plug-ins offered is an underrated amenity as well. The community itself is quaint, with many varieties of landscape as well as natural features that welcome wildlife to roam free through the neighborhood. All of the neighbors are quiet and everyone respects eachother's privacy, and noise afterhours is essentially non-existent. Shopping for essential needs is rather easy here with many of the retailers operating within walking distance. I would recommend this community to anyone who also values being close to all of the major roadways in every direction. From an administrative perspective the property management is outstanding here and the emphasis on tenant satisfaction is paramount to our property manager. She communicates with us all very genuinely and is considerate of the diverse upbringings of others and their perspectives of how the community is operating; she is very receptive to adapting services to meet our safety and privacy needs. Lastly, the tenant portal is so easy to navigate. Putting in maintenance requests is as easy as you could imagine, seeing cost breakdowns in the tenant ledger keeps every expense transparently calculated and it makes forecasting for the upcoming month a breeze. There are also many ways to pay rent, even accepting FLEX so the tenant can really find the flexibility in their budget to make ends meet as life circumstances evolve and not be hancuffed to relinquishing an entire paycheck to cover the monthly overhead. I encourage anyone moving to Hazel Dell to consider Timbers at Towne Center!
Management was amazing! They were very accommodating and that was everything to us as my mom is elderly and English is not her first language. Ann, the property manager, went out of her way to help her get approved until she had to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the area. The apartment was big and the vault ceilings were a huge plus. All in all, 5 stars!
The Timbers is an excellent place to live. The apartments are extra spacious and have a lot of amenities built in. The on-site manager is extremely helpful and makes sure the property maintains its high standards.
