I absolutely love this luxury apartment. The unit was spotless when moved in. The amenities are amazingly great ! I recently moved in and I moved from another city . I am honored to be a part of this community and I absolutely love the office administrators. They welcomed me from the first initial contact (phone call). The property is clean and quiet. People appear friendly . I would highly recommend this property. This was personal!

Just signed on for year 2 with The Thomas! This property is very well maintained with friendly staff and a great sense of community. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Overall, great place to live!

We are moving from California to Ohio due to work. I had to make a trip to Columbus to find a place to live once. I visited 7 places in 2 days and The Thomas was the last one I toured. I decided in the first 5 min that this is the one simply due to the acknowledgment of Angelis, the property manager. I arrived 2 hours before my scheduled time. She was the only one in the office and with a customer. She excused herself and came out and said she will be with me in 5 min. Now THAT is AMAZING customer service that I care more about than some of the reviews of kids screaming and trains being close by. Moving is stressful, moving across the country has it’s own complications. Angelis worked with me through the process and gave me amazing options for what I was looking for. I applied once I came back to California almost a month ago. I had several emails with the complex and they have always responded in a timely manner. I had communications with Abbey as well and she was great also. I also loved the complex and how new & clean it is. The finishes are great and we are so excited for this new journey. I don’t know if Angelis or Abbey will read this or if it will be read by corporate, but for whoever that is reading it from The Thomas, please accept my gratitude for making a very stressful situation much better.

I love living here! The staff is always helpful and the maintenance supervisor Byron is really responsive. I would 100% recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new place to live!?¨

Stopping at different communities to find the one I want to call home when my current lease is up. WOW the grounds were amazing, from past experience this means maintenance takes pride in their work!! The trip got even better once I went in and was greeted by Abby, she was very friendly and informative. While walking out, the property manager, I believe her name was Angelis, was walking in and she greeted me with a smile and thanked me for stopping in. Outstanding service experience! Thanks for making me feel welcome!

I've been a resident here for the past year, and will continue to live here. This community is so beautiful and well taking care of, very safe, lots of parking and the club house is beautiful. The apartments are luxurious with high-end finishes. And the staff is amazing, they are always ready to help. I love this place! Susie Q

Most of the reviews are 5 star due to them giving out gift cards for good reviews, we lived there for a year, was one of the very first residents in the complex and it had nothing but problems from the start. It is very poorly put together, water issues for most of my lease, had to stay in hotel for a couple days and the water still smelled after they “fixed it”. doors never shut correctly, nothing was hooked up at move in. Some residents aren’t very friendly. Parking was horrendous, apartment was never fully cleaned from the construction. People speed a lot and the complex is not kid friendly at all. Constant traffic and loud from the train tracks, the new leasing manager is rude. All in all the only good thing about this complex is abbey and Bryan.

The staff here is comprised of the most considerate people I've ever met. The property is beautiful thanks to that staff as well. I truly love where I live. The amenities that come with living here just make it that much better.

We moved to The Thomas late April and have really enjoyed it! The staff are so welcoming and helpful! When we have had a problem they are on it! We also love the events that they hold too. It really helps you get to know your neighbors and are a lot of fun!

We moved in about 5 months ago and it gets better daily. We had some issues regarding the internet at the beginning, but it all got resolved eventually. As frustrating as it was, management was very supportive and helpful.

Great place with a great vibe! Good neighbors, great office staff and amenities that you don't see too often for the price! Cant imagine I will be moving anytime soon!

I seriously cant find anything wrong with this apartment, spacious rooms, new appliances, with an over all "new and clean" feeling. I was cautious moving in at first but the office staff seriously put me at ease, other than the act of moving they did all the "heavy" lifting which is and was very much appreciated

The Thomas has been a great place to live! All of the staff have been extremely helpful and prompt with service since day one. The girls in the office are pleasant to work with and ALWAYS happy to address any issues and concerns that may arise. Also, shout out to Byron who makes everything happen behind the scenes!

I have lived in the Thomas since March 2022 and I cannot say how happy I am with my decision! The complex is beautiful and sleek with various amenities and a short commute to my work. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure things are perfect for the residents. Byron has been such a help when it comes to any maintenance issues I have; he is on top of things and makes sure everything is done in an timely and effective manor!

We moved in to THE THOMAS about one moth ago. As with most new construction, there are a few minor problems. The management staff have been great in solving those. BYRON, the very able and caring maintenance person has been super in making those things right. He has gone out of his way, as have the people in the office, to assure that our living here was not only the correct choice, but a wise one. We are extremely comfortable in our apartment. The up to date amenities in our unit are a joy, and as the weather warms, we will enjoy the other amenities as well. In short, Kudos to Management and especially to Byron.

We visited multiple apartment complexes before moving here and this was by far the best 2 bed/2 bath layout. The third floor has vaulted ceilings which makes everything feel so much more open! The staff (abbey and Brittany) are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is super quick at resolving issues. Also the amenities are great in the fire pit, grilling station, gym, and clubhouse. In addition, they are super pet friendly!!

Abbey and Brittany are the nicest people I think I’ve ever met when it comes to leasing. They made sure that we were and still are completely taken care of while we are here. The location of The Thomas is perfect for those who want easy access, but not as much traffic. There’s also amazing amenities that are well kept and clean. I’ve only had one maintenance issue so far, and it was handled to next day (and handled correctly). I am so happy to be here!

My whole experience with The Thomas has been excellent. The maintenance men are very helpful & respond in a timely manner. The whole staff is just wonderful & very helpful.

I have enjoyed my time living here. Anytime I have an issue maintenance has quickly come and solved the problem and informed me on what’s going on. It’s a quiet well kept community and I would recommend living here!

We love living at the Thomas! The staff is amazing. Brittany, Abbey, and Byron are all so helpful and quick to solve problems. It is a fast growing community with great amenities (:
