My family and I have lived in the Tenzing Apartment for over three years now and we love the community. The staff are super nice and profession in their job. They take time to address all your concerns politely. The Tenzing is a peaceful community with excellent amenities. Maintenance wise is very good especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Just send out an email requesting maintenance. If it's something easy to fix such as light bulbs replacement, they send you replacement bulb(s) same or next day. And if you cannot fix the problem, the maintenance men show up same or next day. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

They get to maintenance issues quickly. After the staff changed in the office they are much sweeter. I wish they had cameras around as the complex is right next to one that houses low income or people who are out of rehab or jail. We have had bunch of break ins. People walking around throwing alcohol bottles around the park. Tenzing has great apartments, great maintenance staff, and generally keep surroundings clean, but it would be amazing if they had cameras around.

I love how clean and friendly the Tenzing is. The office is professional and responsive! I love our apartment layout! Recommendations would include: checking to make sure appliances work before a tenant moves in and follow up from maintenance to ensure that the issue was actually fixed. The firepit has never worked even though we have notified the office. I also asked the office to share communication about our lost cat but they never responded to my email which was a disappointment. The office allowed my handicapped relative to park in the parking lot during Thanksgiving weekend which was extremely considerate!!

I do not live in these apartments and had never been inside one until we took a tour a couple weeks ago. There is no question that the units are very aesthetic and modern looking. They have a great space & the units with attached garages offer plentiful car/storage space. The grounds seem to be very well kept & overall a quiet spot with convenient location. Our disappointments were with the leasing agent we worked with. I’ve met plenty of leasing agents and they are usually pretty chipper and offer plenty of information. Unfortunately in this situation we felt like we were more of a bother to the person assisting us. They didn’t explain many things and when it came to going to look at the actual apartment we got lost due to a lack of direction. You would think for the kind of prices they are leasing for the service would want to be top notch at all times. I understand people have tough days, but just something to keep in mind. Other thing was that we explained which apartment we wanted and at the price we were hoping to secure, only to find out (when we got home and attempted to apply) that someone happened to apply a few hours prior. I wished that the leasing agent would have mentioned it to us sooner. It was just a let down.

This place was the most uncomfortable place to live due to the poor management. Never have I ever felt so disrespected and unvalued in a residence. I will Never live in a Graystar residence again.

The Tenzing Apartments were built on a swamp and have incredibly low-quality appliances and construction. As with all Greystar properties, these apartments are over-priced, under-staffed, and terribly maintained. Greystar serves to profit their investors, never their residents. Please avoid this property, and any other Greystar locations.

The unit is so nice, and we felt really great about getting to tour the exact unit we would be getting prior to move in. The staff has always been so helpful and responsive, made the leasing process so easy even though we moved so fast. My puppy has a clean area to play and go to the bathroom around the complex, and the apartments are so quiet! I never hear my neighbors using their appliances, walking around above us, playing music, anything! It is very peaceful and makes living in even a small apartment feel very nice and luxurious.

The Tenzing is a quiet well maintained and well lit property. There are plenty of safe places to run or walk and there are doggy poo stations everywhere which makes it very convenient to throw away your dogs waste. The apartments are spacious and the rent is agreeable for what you get in return. Ive had to park far away from my building a few times because I get home really late from work and all the parking is gone but other than that Ive had a great experience here so far.

We have the most beautiful apartment with an attached garage! It is like living in a private home! It is modern with lots of windows, wood floors, and huge living/dining/kitchen area. Plus a gorgeous patio with beautiful view. You have to see it to believe it!

Id recommend the staff to be more hospitable. One of the gentleman who works there is very nice. So is Darian. The others are super rude and off putting. We chose to live here because its a beautiful community, weve always paid on time, and we Lee a very neat and tidy apartment as to take care of the property. It would be nice to have a more hospitable staff and more experienced maintenance staff. Our utilities have also increased by $20 since this staff took over and thus is our second year here. Really disappointing. Hopefully our rent isnt raised as much as weve heard other residents since we really dont want to move, but after asking multiple times no one has an answer as to when our renewal will or arrive or what the pricing will look like. So I guess we just have to wait and see!

DONT LIVE HERE! It used to be great until greystar bought it out and made it horrible like all their other properties. Office staff not friendly or caring. Grounds not kept up. Amenities closed without any financial compensation. Take your money elsewhere.

Amenities were temporarily closed, as we were required to follow local and state health guidelines due to the recent pandemic we are experiencing. We take pride in our community and have a full-time grounds keeper. If youre looking to live in a very recently built apartment with pretty nice appliances, decent layout, and cheap construction, this place will work. Dont expect master craftsmanship - Ive literally taught my 8 year old cousin to do better tile work and faux flooring. But other than the lack of ample parking, the need to retrieve almost all deliveries from a remote office, and the noisy garages under 2nd floor bedrooms, this place is OK. 6/10 overall.

We’ve been here about three weeks , it is a great place cause everything is new . Most ppl that live here are nice but my experience living on second floor and listening to a few others talk to me while at the dog run is that if your on a second or first floor your screwed because most ppl are so inconsiderate and don’t care or realize ppl live under you .. ppl above me make so much noise I think they’re wearing led shoes and stomping on purpose. Also what the deal with having a dog and locking it up in a bedroom all day and listening to it cry .? The lady at the dog run said the ppl above her have a toddler that runs all around all hours of the night and they can’t sleep - how horrible!! I just wish maybe front office ppl could relay to new move ins to keep it down and remember that 9pm to 9am are considered quiet hours . Ppl need to be more considerate it’s terrible. .. if I had to do it over I’d get the third floor in this apartment building or any other.. I just didn’t think ppl would be this rude . So now that I’ve vented , the pool is great , staff is friendly and easy to deal with . I wish there was assigned parking but whatever .. and as mentioned in another post no drawers in bathroom just big cabinets so you’ll need bins.

Summary: Move here! It is a great place with outstanding people. I moved in 1 month ago. Experiences so far: Staff: 10/5. Leasing agents are friendly, intelligent, professional, and all around good people. Maintenance manager, Eric, and his assistant, Pedro, are two of the most helpful, efficient, and hardworking people on the planet. There were a few hiccups with the move since the apartment was new, but Eric and Pedro were the right guys for the job and got everything straightened out immediately. Thanks guys! Location: 5/5. Easy access to Ft Collins (1-1.5 hr), Denver (20-40 min), and Boulder (25-45 min). Complex Grounds: 2/5 for now but will be 5/5 once the construction is finished. Construction starts by 8 every morning including weekends. There is so much dirt, dust, and debris that I can't have my windows open at all. Nonetheless, construction crews are working hard each day. It will be a beautiful place to live soon. Amenities: 5/5. Gym is well equipped. Pool and Foosball tables are in perfect condition. Grills by the pool are large and easy to use. Fire pit works with plenty of seating. Hot tub is clean and hot with functioning jets. Conference room is spacious and perfect for board games. Pool is clean and warm. Eric, thanks for your hard work keeping the pool clean after the hail storm! Internet: 5/5. BUILT IN FIBER OPTIC. The internet is outstanding. Built in modem/router in the unit. Literally all I had to do was plug my computer into one of the built in Ethernet ports in the wall, open a browser, and pick an internet plan that I wanted. 5G and 2.4G WiFi signals reach anywhere in/around my unit. Garage: 5/5. Garage is so spacious I can fit my car, motorcycle, skiing equipment, camping gear, desk, and more. I highly recommend getting one of the garages if you can. Unit Itself: 4/5. The room is nice, but there a few quirks that earned it a 4 instead of 5. Pros: Kitchen -> Plenty of cabinet and counter space with new appliances. Quartz counter-tops and island are great. Bathroom -> Luxurious. The bathtub is huge, shower rod is curved, lots of counter-top space available on the double sink vanity. The front door to the unit is in a covered hallway. Washer & Dryer are new and high efficiency. Large, walk-in closet. Cons: Quartz can't handle heat like granite, make sure to use pads for hot pots/pans in the kitchen. Bathroom has no drawers. Lots of cabinets, but no drawers or medicine cabinet. The washer and dryer are small and loud.
I just moved in here and absolutely love it. The management team, including maintenance, is fantastic!! It's new, modern, and has a beautiful Colorado style that has everything to offer at a decent price. I looked at a lot of apartments in the area and none of them compare to the Tenzing!!
Recently checked out the Tenzing and fell in love with it! Brand new community w/tons of amenities.. outstanding staff which are very patient to answer all your concerns. If your considering moving then definitely check the Tenzing.. You want be sorry you did ..
Brand new apartment complex with mountain views and quick access to Boulder and I-25. Great overall design with very nice clubhouse and gym. The staff has been super helpful and responsive. Area is quiet and peaceful and close to local open spaces.
Absolutely beautiful brand new apartment complex in Westminster with an amazingly helpful staff. I would recommend The Tenzing to anyone looking for a luxury apartment.
