Went to bingo night with my mom and has so much fun! Also the dog park is the best. My dog loves it and runs towards it the second we get outside. She loves playing with all the other dogs.

I've been living here for seven years and seen a lot of changes. Although there is a large turnover in tenants and management, I feel this community is a safe and pleasant place to live. I'm very comfortable here and love my apartment.

The staff has been incredibly helpful getting me all moved in. The plumbers (from the maintenance staff?) were available on my second day and they were very personable, professional, understanding of the moving chaos, and respectful. I’ve also met multiple residents who have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Overall I am loving the sense of community here and extremely excited to have chose The Sylvan. Oh and my apartment is amazing - I really lucked out with this unit, absolutely perfect.

The Sylvan overall is really great, but the rent is insane. The staff are awesome, especially the maintenance staff. Always prompt and really nice. The buildings are clean with some minor complaints about trash sometimes being left in the stairwells but nothing major. It’s a quiet property overall, walls bleed slightly especially with higher-pitched noises. The door to the hall is the worst, you can hear every word said by people walking by. Parking is adequate, the grounds are clean (of course there’s always issues with people not picking up after their dogs but Sylvan does try to stay on top of it). Trash is good but they need to get a bigger recycling bin, it always fills up fast. Overall a great place to live, but the rent is far too high!

Just moved here and love the place! The neighbors are great and it’s not noisy at all. The dog park is the best and the dog owners are too. Have not been to the pool yet but it looks very nice.

Too many pitbulls, trash and drugs on premises. The bus stop area is a hangout for the migrants and drug smokers. Truly has gone down hill with landscaping, trees all overgrown, etc.
This is my second year here and I still love it. It’s a nice quiet community and everyone is friendly although you don’t see your neighbors too much. Also the pool is never crowded and always clean.

I love it here, the playground and the pool are great for my children to keep busy during the summer. Also the get togethers for tenants and the movie theater. Oh and I can’t forget the gym looks amazing hopefully one day I actually go inside and use the equipment .

I love The Sylvan at Foxborough! I need the elevator due to medical conditions. Also the pool outside has helped me tremendously gain strength in my legs and feet. The pool also is where I have met several great people. I am friends with them all!!! The people in this community are very friendly, caring, and helpful. The maintenance dept. is great, friendly, and very helpful. The management is always there to talk to and very helpful!!!!

Moving in was super easy and everyone you run into is very nice. The walls are thick so you cant hear your neighbors. It's very early on but I am impressed. Ceilings are very high as well.

I think I would be considered an older stateswoman here. Moved in when they opened 6 years ago and still think it was a great move. The apartments are great, the grounds lovely, the office personnel accommodating and maintenance very responsive. Made some great friendships here and hope to continue making new acquaintances.

We are so happy living in the Sylvan. Many friendly neighbors and numerous activities to participate in. We are so happy that the pool is opening this weekend and that the heat is working again in the pool. The grounds are looking lovely with beautiful flowers and mulch. We especially love the dog park where Milo can play with his many dog friends.
Very nice. Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is extremely fast and good at their work. Entire complex is very quiet and polite. Really an exceptional place to live.

It has now been five years living here and I just love it! I truly do not see myself being anywhere else as I have everything here that I need. The office staff is fabulous and will help in any way possible! Same with the maintenance staff- just the best!! The facility is like home to me. I love my friends and wouldn’t trade them for anything which is what makes my community so awesome! To Foxborough Sylvan, keep up the great work!??
I still love my apartment after all these years. I normally don't stay in one place very long and am considered quite a gypsy, but I'm very comfortable here and have decided to stay put.
My experience has been great. The community is clean and beautiful. I am looking forward to the warmer months to utilize my balcony and the outdoor amenity spaces. I have used the indoor spaces, which are clean and easily accessible. The gym is accessible and usually has 0-3 other residents there which makes it convenient to accomplish a workout with access to the equipment and machines I need. Maintenance staff is quick, responsive and friendly. The theater room needs a technology update. The package room is organized, however, there is a delay in notifications of package arrival.
I love living here at The Sylvan! The location is beautiful, convenient, and the community is tight knit. Also, everyone at the office is very helpful and accommodating. Such a great place to live!
