Super excited to finally have someplace to call home. The area is ok and they are pet friendly. Buildings clean and maintenance is on point. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience working with JaJuan during our leasing process at The Sidney Mansfield. From our first call to the day we signed the lease she was incredibly patient and thorough. We had a lot of questions as first-time renters, and Jajuan took the time to explain every detail, making us feel completely at ease. We never felt rushed, and she was very responsive to all of our calls and emails. We are so happy with our new apartment and are very grateful for her guidance.

Kaylee has made my over all experience better than terrific. Hands down the best customer service anyone could receive. I would give 10 stars if that was an option. Thank you for everything! If you have to submit a work order for a repair at the apartment it will get completed the same day, which is super rare nowadays. Overall living here has been a great experience. The staff here are super friendly, and are always greeting you with a smile on their face. It is always a pleasure to deal with any of the staff here at the Sydney Apartment.

Have cancelled EVERYONES mail for a week now by refusing mail carrier inside. Property Manager is unprofessional, childish. Coffee machine is always empty. Trash blows around property. Walls are paper thin. Go somewhere you can get what you pay for!

everyone in the office is extremely unprofessional and rude, property is dirty and full of dog poop and loose trash. the elevator always smells like pee or poop. not luxury at all. don't waste your time or money
