No parking available after 6PM, Elevators problems every week,Cleaning is not existing, multiples families living in each apartments,overcrowding the place. The manager is decent but this place is nasty in short letters..
The amenities are fantastic! New management is doing a great job. Between the soccer field, playground and grilling area, there is no shortage of places to have fun. The renovated apartments look great!
There r still roaches and mices, one of the worst places to live in
Hello Sir/Madam, I’m really uncomfortable about the different problem in my current apartment in 5600 54th ave Riverdale MD, 20737 The following things are exist inside my apartment: Bedbug Mouse Roaches There is too much not less! Also, from my up level, they make too much noise. I have video and audio record from all these problem. Please change my apartment with some another the same one and or one bedroom apartment.
