Property Ratings at The Standard
I like the community of the standard apartments. The geographic location of the apartment is in the heart of the Cleveland downtown. So all the happening places and the game arenas are walkable distance.
While I do enjoy being so close to W25th and the aesthetics of the building/apartment, the amenities are lackluster, the walls are thin so we hear everything our neighbors are doing and they probably hear everything we do, and parking is atrocious.

Great staff, and very nice clean apartment. Big improvement over my past downtown apartment. The mail system is impressive, it notifies you when a package arrived and keeps it in an individual secure mail box.

The parking situation in unbearable. The closest parking is a surface lot costing 200/mo. The list is also kind of a far walk. Neighboring buildings have options for the same or less amount, but the parking is a garage. The building is well maintained and the apartments themselves are quality. The management team is okay. The resident portal is awful. You email management to request a ledger in order to view charges. We are currently paying by check ( Yes! The piece of paper) due to a transfer of ownership. They’re pricing model changes daily and with the seasons. Generally, not worth the expense to live here

still a decent place to live. i’ve been here for over 2 years now. things i like: apartments are very quiet. there is generally always a security person on the first floor. the location is perfect for my job. the building is always clean and well maintained. recent changes i’ve noticed - office hours have changed to no longer be on the weekends, the art throughout the building has been removed, the community table in the community space has been removed, and the building recently changed ownership. hoping the transition is seamless and is only a positive impact to residents.

Great place to live just noisy! Staff is amazing they help out a lot! Neighbors are friendly the only downside is the noise at time Area is always busy as well.

I have loved living here. The location is great, easy and convenient to my job. The food options outside the building are great. I love the market downstairs and it's so convenient compared to ordering online for delivery or going to pick something up.

I love my apartment, the only thing i dislike is the parking situation here, $200 for ACROSS the STREET parking is insane to me. Besides that, no complaints at all.

Pretty decent property. The common area always helped my 16 month old to move around more as she is high on energy. The amenities are great, till now have not faced a major concern.

It’s been an incredible experience here! The apartments are incredible here and at such an incredible price, it’s totally worth staying at the Standard. The staff here is also amazing! Highly recommend anyone who is looking to move downtown to go to the Standard!

It’s a wonderful stay in here. You’ll get the best view of downtown Cleveland, as well as sunrise and sunset views from here. Best customer service. I was never worried a day about my mails and online orders too.

Very unfortunate that the standard increases resident rents so much at renewal that you basically have to leave. My rent went up 15%, and for what? The doors and elevators are always broken and the street can be so loud.
It's been an amazing year with you guys. The staff are the best, the maintenance team is excellent. I hope the gym improves and fixes the broken machines, but overall, it's great.
I have been here almost a year now, it has been very nice for the most part. Quiet, updated apartments, the heart of downtown. But my biggest complaint is the elevators, every few months or so, one set of elevators will be out of order. Sometimes management will leave note on the elevator, sometimes send out emails, sometimes there will be no communication at all, you have to find out for yourself when you have to wait for the single elevator to get you at 5:30 pm when people are getting off work. It can be very annoying not knowing why it is not working, is it planned maintenance? Or is it broken? We have no idea since there is no communication from management. Is there an ETR? No idea either. Very frustrating.
Love living here! Staff is incredible — super helpful, accommodating, and reply to your requests very quickly. Amenities are great too. My only complaint is the lack of an attached parking garage, but the apartment building is getting us access to a nearby parking garage for parking.
I really like the building, location, and apartment. The leasing office folks are super nice and helpful. The common room is very pretty and spacious as well. A rooftop would make this a full 5/5 for me!
Only just moved here however everything so far has been seamless! Joe the leasing agent is absolutely amazing - prompt replies, helpful answers to everything and just overall a very nice person. I arrived out of hours after a long flight but the process of moving in was really smooth and easy. Everything is clean and modern and the area is pretty nice. So far no negatives at all!
We've been here a month now and have been so happy! The apartments are so lovely. We have a really spacious floor plan with lots of windows with beautiful city views. The lobby is beautiful and the concierges always greet us. We've been really happy with it so far!

It’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a unit. The island counter has to be my favorite compliments the kitchen so well I wish I had a balcony if I didn’t get a good view but I love everything else
I like the Standard Apartments because they are very attentive to the resident making their stay comfortable and pleasant. All the staff here is nice n friendly. The building always clean and quiet, that's a plus for me. I love ?? my apartment so much I renewed my lease another year... Keep up the great work and you will have long-term residents....
Love the location its so close to everything. The people in the leasing office are so helpful. Only minor issue is parking since the building doesn’t have direct parking you have to find a lot or garage to park at.

renewed our lease for year 3. still happy to live here. any issues that come up the management office relays quickly and has sincere apologies.
Great experience thus far. Going on almost 3 years and maintenance is quick to fix anything needed and management is very helpful with any needed assistance and questions.

I love living at The Standard. The location is fantastic and I love my unit itself. In the summer it's in the perfect spot to walk to the park or to the lake!

I love staying here. We didn’t want to change this apartment, so we are living here for more years. I love the views to lake eerie from my window. Services are top notch. They arrive as quickly as possible to help us. Locker experiences are also great. The valet and receptionists are very kind and friendly and greet people when they enter. The building is often cleaned and sanitized. We love our apartment building.
Everything about The Standard is above par. I looked at multiple apartments prior to moving in and they didn't come close. I am so glad I chose The Standard!
The apartment is in a great location and is well priced compared to other apartments. I would definitely recommend anyone I know looking to move downtown to at least check The Standard out
I would recommend it because it is clean, safe and the staff in soo attentive and friendly at a fair rate. The overall living experience is clean and they respect privacy. The maintenance is awesome, too!

The management of the building is the best I have experienced. I would recommend my peers/friends/family for the following reasons: -Responsive Office and Maintenance Team -Common Areas are well maintained; cleaned regularly -The Building itself and amenities are very nice. - Management manages the COVID regulations well - signs are posted and when regulations change, management ensures residents are notified via email in a timely fashion.

The office manages this property so well. I came from a building that lacked base level management skills so this is so refreshing to be able to not worry about the building and the place I live, I know I have a great team that is timely and takes their job requirements seriously. Its a service I cant get anywhere else
Apartments are beautiful for a great price. Very quiet and infrastructure is fantastic.
Over all just an great staff, and friendly community.
