Being a resident at the Social has been one of the best decisions ever. Not only do you get all the accommodations, but they also plan fun activities for the residents. For instance, the first day of school they handed out to-go breakfast, they also hosted grocery bingo, and so much more. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!!!

I lived at The Social for a month now and overall my experience was amazing . The apartment itself was clean, modern, outdated, spacious, etc.The management friendly and kind and maintenance requests were handled quickly especially asking questions and asking for help! The neighborhood is quiet and close to shops which made living here convenient. Rent was reasonable for the area, and amenities like laundry, parking, gym, etc. were useful and I honestly anyone would be happy living in these apartments! A place to call home:)

my resident experience has been really good actually. The staff is very supportive and welcoming and I like all the event they have. The only thing that was a bummer was that I had lots of hair in my drain that was not mine that I had to clean up just to use my shower.

Really friendly here. The Social is very attentive to all of their residents needs and I wouldn’t want to live elsewhere. First day of school they were outside giving us breakfast at 7 am in the morning! That shows they care.

The apartment is going to be a work in progress. It looks very different than the apartment we were shown when we toured. The trim and walls are in bad condition, a lot of things in this complex need redone/reminders

Living at the Social is great! I love hanging out with my roommates and neighbors by the pool, or sitting outside on our porch! I frequently use the gym and the study rooms too! I also love the community events!

A great living space for college students. I would not say price friendly at all but everyone is jacking up prices so you can’t blame them. Definitely the best student living place and the dealbreaker for me was it offered a garbage disposal which makes life easier. Community and maintenance staff are superb though! Great spaces and areas sizes for everyone!

Originally, I loved it. As management changed, it has declined heavily. There is only 1 maintenance man for the entire community so things do not get fixed in a timely manner. They keep raising the rent prices, but nothing is getting updated. We went 2 weeks without air conditioning. Just wish things would get better.

The social community is a great place to live. The amenities along with friendly staff make living there a great experience. I love that the apartment complex is off campus, but is a short drive to classes. The only small inconvenience is if you live on a bottom floor it can be noisy by the staircase.

It was okay. There’s one rude person working the front desk other than that it’s been good. Love the pool and the clubhouse. They have nice events.

The social is amazing place and the people and staff here are amazing. There are constant resident events which I love. Maintenance here is amazing and they are always helping to give tips on how to prevent future problems.

The rent is absolutely not worth what you get. I wish I had chosen The Reserves or Parc at 720 instead. Maintenance is slow and unhelpful—our AC was broken and we were told to wait over a week. Our washing machine leaked and they refused to replace it. The dishwasher has been broken for over two weeks, and our sink still leaks. They changed their corporate address without notice and rejected valid renters insurance, forcing us to pay extra. Raccoons and skunks frequently linger by front doors. I also witnessed someone breaking into cars, reported it to the police who told me I should inform the office to inform residents, and they failed to notify residents. Poor management, safety issues, and bad maintenance make this place not worth the price.

Everyone is great, I love living here with my friends. Staff is great, the only thing to improve is enforcing that people are picking up after their dogs and dogs stay on leashes. Also enforcing our parking passes would be great

I love living here at the social! The amenities and distance to campus really make it a wonderful place to live. I love the basketball courts and pool especially! I also think a community flower garden in the center definitely would interest a lot of people!
