The Social Edwardsville

The Social Edwardsville is a great place. From the residents that I have met thus far, they have all been super nice. The staff here is amazing as well.

I love living here, lately there have been some issues with loud neighbors which is unfortunate but overall I love living here! It's cozy and is perfect for all my needs

Living here’s been great there’s been good vibes all around, friendly neighbors, and management actually gets things done. Feels like home!!

I like living at the Social. The best part is the community engagement within the complex, and management is very nice. Overall, the experience is great.

I don't have many feelings either way. I think the quality for price is exceptional, but if I had any criticism, it seems some of the rules are more formalities than useful.

I have loved it so far! I like how it’s tucked away and it’s not on display. I feel proud to bring my family by. I can walk my dog safely at night.

The Social is located in a great prime location in Edwardsville. It’s close to anything you could possibly need. However, upon move in, the apartment was far below expectations. First impression when entering my room was this weird smell that I can only describe as smelling like a hardware store. There was dog hair everywhere, the floors, walls, baseboards and cobwebs. It clearly wasn’t cleaned prior to move in. The paint job in the room was done very poorly and I’m not even sure any maintenance was done prior to moving in. This complex does throw a lot of fun resident events, but first move in impression really tanked the stars.

Love the amenities here, like the pool and gym. The best part about living here is how close everything is, like the SIUE campus, grocery stores and restaurants.

I have only been here just about a week. However so far I am loving the community there have been a few hiccups but nothing that detrimentally hinders my experience here

Loved meeting new residents and connecting with everyone—great vibes, food, and fun all around! The social was amazing! Got to meet friendly faces and feel part of the community. Had a blast at the social! Great energy, laughs, and memories made with awesome people. Fun night! Loved connecting with other residents and making new friends.Such a welcoming and lively event—great way to kick off the year with the best community!

I love it, nice pool and apartments, and it’s really go for people who is moving out for the first time and want to move into a good area. Come and view them!

I really like the unit and my roommates. The things that the property includes like the volleyball court, the basketball court, and the pool and social lounge are really additions that I feel is worth the rent.

I love my new patio and apartment however there definitely should have been more attention paid to detail in the apartments before move in because all of my carpet squares are gross and there is like rust stains on my kitchen and bathroom counter and i don’t think there is one trim that isn’t busted in here. also had a broken shower as soon as i moved in and it still makes this awful scream noise.

I’ve have a great experience here. They do give away all the time and always host the best events!! The maintenance team is great and tbh always have my requests completed in a timely fashion.

Ever since being here I have made tons of new friends, learned the campus, and enjoyed living at the social edwardsville. I would 1000% recommend!

Love it!! Staff is amazing. Supplements weekly activities to boost resistance morale. They are so fun and the office staff is quick to respond to any problems I have encountered.

I enjoy living at the social. The resident events and give aways are always very fun. I enjoy living so close to all the stores too, the location is very convenient.

Great place for college students!! When questions are asked the employees always have an answer and explain it very well. The employees make living there fun with things do to.

It’s been a good experience. Staff are amazing, the place is always clean. The leasing office is responsive. Although I had a bad roommate experience last year, this year I really like my roommates.

I really enjoy living here! The apartment is spacious and well-kept, and the community offers so much—great swimming pool, grill area, and a fully equipped gym. Parking is always easy, and I feel safe and comfortable here.

Maintenance is great, quick and efficient. Rooms were clean and functional with minimal issues. Parcel Pending is easy to navigate as well as the Resident portal app.

Move in went very smooth for me. The social was also pretty good with communication and sharing how everything works. All of the staff are nice and has good amenities.

It is a very upbeat place with a lot of things come with the apartment! It is very cute and you get your own bathroom! Overall I like this apartment complex with it being so close to campus.

The Social - Peaceful and friendly surrounding to live here! Good amenities, Good environment. Place Near to SIUE, Bus stop is near by. Many near by coffee shops and restaurants to visit.

Being a resident at the Social has been one of the best decisions ever. Not only do you get all the accommodations, but they also plan fun activities for the residents. For instance, the first day of school they handed out to-go breakfast, they also hosted grocery bingo, and so much more. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!!!

I think that the social is a great place to live. The location is ideal for going to campus, because it is right around the corner from the apartments. The amenities such as the study room and gym are well kept and are a great environment.

I love living at the social. I love the resident events and the amenities most of all. The fact I have access to a pool and coffee bar is an absolute dream.

So far so good! I feel like the community here is respectful of others, my current roommates are well-known from back home so i feel comfortable!

I lived at The Social for a month now and overall my experience was amazing . The apartment itself was clean, modern, outdated, spacious, etc.The management friendly and kind and maintenance requests were handled quickly especially asking questions and asking for help! The neighborhood is quiet and close to shops which made living here convenient. Rent was reasonable for the area, and amenities like laundry, parking, gym, etc. were useful and I honestly anyone would be happy living in these apartments! A place to call home:)

There were some problems when I first moved into the apartment but the maintenance crew quickly repaired and got rid of all the issues in a timely manner.

my resident experience has been really good actually. The staff is very supportive and welcoming and I like all the event they have. The only thing that was a bummer was that I had lots of hair in my drain that was not mine that I had to clean up just to use my shower.

Really friendly here. The Social is very attentive to all of their residents needs and I wouldn’t want to live elsewhere. First day of school they were outside giving us breakfast at 7 am in the morning! That shows they care.

I enjoy the games and events here. It's fun, and I get to meet people as well. I love that the rooms are spacious and convenient for me. My roommates are fantastic and have made me feel welcome since I arrived.

So far, I love living here. It's been a great time being here. I have a few friends that already lived here and that's been great seeing them. I also like the giveaway and the events that has been happening every night of the first week living here.

The apartment is going to be a work in progress. It looks very different than the apartment we were shown when we toured. The trim and walls are in bad condition, a lot of things in this complex need redone/reminders

I love living at the social. I enjoy the big room, with a walk in closet, and having a private bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful and the amenities are great!!!

I love the community here. I have never felt like I have belonged somewhere more than I do here. When I moved in and met my roommates we instantly clicked, and I haven’t yet had a bad experience. Everyone in the office is lovely and welcoming and overall service is above and beyond.

All the staff and residents are very friendly. The place is very clean and updated which is nice. It is in a perfect location, close to campus and all other edwardsville/glen carbon activities. I would definitley recommend this place.

So far everything has been pretty good. It was very nice and clean when we got here. The biggest complaint is the noise, but I feel like eventually I will get used to it.
