The historic neighborhood of Old Town is located in the North Side of Chicago, adjacent to Lincoln Park. Its buildings date back to the Victorian era, but the pace is anything but old-fashioned.
Old Town is lively both day and night – residents enjoy the cool, eclectic shops as well as rustic taverns along Wells Street. When you first step into the community, you’ll probably notice the iron “Old Town” sign. You’ll also discover the diversity here, both in food and culture. The comedy zone is a great place to go for a good laugh – check out the Second City or Zanies Comedy Club for weekly shows.

The apartment is well located and has new facilities. Washer/dryer in unit apartment is a plus. Apartments are spacious and building is very clean. Great community and friendly staff.

A few appliances required maintenance assistance, but they have all been taken care of and the staff has been extremely helpful! The other residents we have run into so far have been very friendly as well, we are feeling very confident in our decision to move here!

The staff is amazing and made my stay feel special. Once I arrived in their guest suite, I was welcomed with snacks, champagne and a birthday message in the refrigerator. I also loved the amenities floor and all that they offered. I would recommend others to live here :)

During a weekend stay for a birthday celebration the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond and provided complimentary champagne along with free parking. The amenities were enjoyable and would recommend others to move in.

I love this community! But I would like to see vegan and vegetarian options at the community events! Also some more alcohol free options along with the booze (because definitely keep that!) for those that do not drink.

Moved in August 2024 and love it! Very convenient location and has restaurants, gyms, grocery stores and bar all around it. The building also has great amenities and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming.

I moved only 3 weeks ago and I already love living at The Sinclair. The staff is wonderful, always available when you need any support or questions. They are very personable, professional and always ready to give you a smile and welcome you. The amenities are great, a well furnished gym and a great business center to work in. The apartment is perfect to my needs and the view is spectacular!

Really enjoy living here! We’ve been here for about 3 years now. The front desk staff is always friendly. In the summer, this is the best place to be. The pool deck is unbeatable.

This is an excellent amenity building in the Gold Coast/old town area of Chicago. Incredibly friendly staff and security, care for the residents and amenities, and wonderful maintenance program. Highly recommend this space if you’re looking for a modern apartment with gym/pool/etc access.

The building and amenities are pretty good for the price, although, just like everywhere else, the rent continues to go up. The staff is amazing though!
