Property Ratings at The Signal
The Signal is a beautiful property with friendly residents and helpful staff. The building is accessible to lots of exciting new areas of downtown but is located far enough away to not be disturbed by late night noise. Parking is convenient and secure and apartment layouts are thoughtful, beautiful, and functional. Appliances are high quality and the high ceilings and ample storage make this property stand out in downtown Raleigh. The Signal amenities are pristinely maintained and common areas are inviting and peaceful.

Since the day I moved into The Signal, the property management team has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. One of the best run properties in Raleigh!
We toured The Signal with Ameer a few times before finally pulling the trigger. We were moving across the country and our timeline to move kept changing. They were totally accommodating to our changing timeline and worked with us to help us find our dream apartment. We have nearly double the space of our old apartment, a lot more amenities, and an even better location. Downtown is totally walkable to Glenwood and we’re right by Oakwood. Plenty of space and friendly places to take the dog for a walk nearby. I can’t imagine living anywhere else!

I moved in less than a month ago & could not be more pleased with my decision. The property and units are well-maintained. During move-in, I met several neighbors; all were friendly & had great reviews about living at The Signal. The staff l, especially Ameer, who was my leasing contact, have been supportive. The location is nice & tucked away, yet within walking distance of many retail/restaurants.

I had a Wonderful, move-in experience! Tara and Grady were amazing. They were so helpful and made the moving process the easiest I have ever experienced. The entire time you are here you feel as though you are In a resort. All the residents are very respectful of the property, and everything is in pristine condition wherever you go! The signal has been a wonderful experience so far. My move in was very quick and I’m not settled in yet with a fully furnished apartment but so far I have everything I need here. Having a nice gym on site makes a huge difference and being able to work in the business area the signal has has been amazing due to not having a fully furnished apartment yet. The staff is very proactive in helping in any way the possibly can. 10/10 would recommend the signal to anyone new to the Raleigh area.

The staff do a great job of pitching this place which is top notch in all areas. Excellent apartments with nice finishing touches. Great use of technology for access and security. Special secured parking area for residents. Wonderful amenities and exercise room. Quiet spaces if you need them. And the surrounding area is perfect. O2 Fitness around the corner (but exercise room here is great), Peace University across the street, Publix a short walk/drive, and all the wonderful historical neighborhoods of Raleigh an easy walk, as well as all kinds of restaurants. Work orders are being taken care of immediately. Valet trash services are a nice touch. And….and…..Pet of the Month!

My husband and I are relocating from Texas. We checked out The Signal based on a hood friend’s recommendation. We scheduled our tour with Grady who was in the extremely welcoming and informative. He took care to listen to our needs/wants and highlighted key pieces of the building as well as the surrounding neighborhood. We were more than pleased with what we saw and could easily see our family becoming a part of this community. The amenities are phenomenal and the floor plans are really smart. I definitely recommend checking the place out and when you do, ask for Grady to show you around.

Took a tour of the signal with Sarena and was so impressed by the amenities, touring experience and floor plans. Sarena was very knowledgeable and didn’t ever make me feel rushed as we went through multiple floor plans. The resident events are already so impressive - Sushi & Wine, Hibachi on the Terrace. So excited for what’s planned. I am so happy I now call The Signal home!

The Signal is hands down the best apartment complex in Raleigh! Not only does it have the best of the best when it comes to amenities and the apartment units themselves, but also has the BEST staff! Sarena has helped us through the early stages of touring during the Signals construction, but has continued to ensure our move has run perfectly smooth as well! The Signal already feels like home and can’t wait for what’s to come here!

The absolute best touring experience I have had at any apartment, by far. The staff was more than willing to spend upwards of an hour showing multiple apartments, and going through all of the potential options. Can’t forget to mention that the quality of the amenities is outstanding. Would love to live here.

I toured here recently and fell in love instantly! The building is beautiful and modern but still has a cozy feel. The staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful as well, which is the best perk. I cannot recommend enough!
