Vivo acá y lo que odio y me fastidia ha que tengo un bebé es que,hay una infestación de cucarachas no se mueren ni se acaban con nada y mensual nos cobran lo de plagas pero eso no funciona para nada,sería bueno que la administración se haga algo al respecto ya que yo he comprado de todo para contrarrestarlas pero es imposible,deberían enserio tomar cartas en el asunto y fumigar para erradicarlas,ya que por aseo que se haga nunca desaparezcan,hagan algo porque así no son condiciones para vivir en un complejo bastante popular.

Apartments are infested with roaches …. At first when looking at the units I couldn’t see many but they are definitely there and overwhelming amount … you turn the light off for an hr an come back to your counters and floors covered inch by inch they are everywhere!! They eventually made their way into our car as well from where we park ….. pest control does come out every month and it’s still so bad …

I have lived here twice in the last decade, and there is a reason I’m back! Karin and Tana have been so helpful and generous to me and my family! They always go above and beyond to make sure my home’s needs are a direct priority, and have worked well beyond office hours at times to make sure they could be here for me when I’ve needed it! It saddens me to see the negative reviews here. This is my second time living here. The first time I had no problems whatsoever. Sadly, I had a family emergency had to move back to Florida. I decided to move back here because of the great experience I had the first time. It's a place I love to call home. The staff is pleasant and the technicians know how to tackle the work orders and get you back to normal. The wait times are shorter than any rental experience I have ever had. Its quiet and drama free. This makes for a warm and inviting atmosphere. My experience has been nothing but the best here.

Just moved here about 2 months ago. This is an older property however, it is well kept. The staff Taylor and Tiffany are the best, professional, friendly and ready to address any issues a resident has, the maintenance crew especially Chad are fantastic he gets the job done right. The units are upgraded with modern fixtures and appliances. The rental rates are awesome and you couldn't ask for a better value. I love living here.
When I first moved into The Shore I honestly have to say I was extremely disappointed in my apartment and the management running the property. Since then Keener Management has taken over and turned this place around. The new Manager Leota is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She has the BIGGEST heart and truly cares about each and every tenant at this complex. Leota and her staff have gone above and beyond for my family and so many others here. I highly recommend these apartments. They are beautifully renovated and I mean really renovated. They didn't just slap on paint and put bandaids on the problems like the previous owners did. They went in and completely redid the units and they are gorgeous. The gym here is very nice and the pool is beautiful. It's perfect for relaxing with family and friends and they even have grills to bbq while you enjoy the sunshine.
When I moved here I read the negative reviews and I shouldn't have disregarded them. The buildings are all dilapidated and in dire need of repair both inside and outside. Some of the building are actually caving in or falling off of the foundation pillars they've been placed on. In my apartment the corners of my bathroom are falling in, there's always roach infestations, tenants leave their garbage by their doors for days, the sidewalks are so filled with mud after it rains I can't walk on them without slipping. Maintenance is a joke. I've put in work orders that have never been repaired or even looked at only for the work order to be closed and then labeled complete. The tenants disregard the rules because management doesn't enforce them. The grounds are littered with animal feces, tenants leave garbage bags around the dumpsters instead of in it and no one cleans it up. The tow company has towed cars for being improperly parked supposedly for being on the line or too close to it. When it rains hard the parking lot turns into a pond and the sewage line backs up spilling raw sewage, toilet paper, tampons, and a variety if other things flushed down the toilet onto grounds and the walkways. It's scary that there are places like this and people live here. I'll be giving my notice to move the end of this month. I'm surprised the complex hasn't been condemned. Reconsider your choices before moving here.
The location of my apartment is perfect. Its in the quite and calm part of League City. The area has so much to offer. Now the complex itself is a different story. The office staff is very rude and with no customer services skills. Maintenance work orders take 30-45 days to complete. I mean does it take 30 whole days to fix a sliding door or change out a door knob? The is always debris outside the apartments ( around the stair ways and hallways.) The fire hose has been remove and the fire alarms do not work. The apartments are older apartments but the management of the apartments is what makes the whole situation worse. I have to call corporate if I need anything done, because when I enter the work order online or in person it never gets looked at. For instance, in May my bedroom ceiling fan was hanging from the wires. I called the office and they said the would look into it. I later went into the office and they said they show the order as completed. When I showed them a picture of the fan they were speechless. When I explain that it was a safety concern and that if i or my children were be injury due to the neglect of their work I would be suing them, they had someone in the maintenance fix it right away. Like I said the apartments need sever work or at least update them, but most important they new management to run it. I am positive they had more than 15 apartments move out in this month alone.

I've not lived here a full year yet, but in the last few months, things have gotten a bit shakey. My a/c has been a chronic problem, even after they replaced it; the parking is non-exististent if you get home any time after 5:00; and there hasn't been any consistency in the front office as of yet. Hopefully that will change soon.
