The facilities and amenities are beautiful. It feels like an oasis in the busy city. The management team is fantastic and constantly available for any questions or support you might need moving in and at any point while you are leasing. I would absolutely recommend considering the Shipwright to friends and family looking to lease Lynn.
I love living at The Shipwright. The space is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. I believe the indoor parking will be my fav during the winter months. The staff has always been responsive to any questions. I also like that the management is continually improving the grounds. My pup loves the new Dog Park too.
Moved from Boston to Lynn just because of the quality of the living here in this community, couldn’t chose better! Spotless place straight from a movie. Vacation place vibe and great lifestyle! I love the Shipwright! Everything is well designed and calculated aesthetically speaking and the leasing/management staff is so nice, understanding and supportive!

I just moved into The Shipwright and I genuinely love it here. As someone with a background in interior architecture, I really appreciate the use of natural wood throughout — it brings a warm, grounded atmosphere and adds a timeless elegance to the design. The entire building is spotless, and everything feels so well cared for. On top of that, the management has been incredibly professional and supportive throughout my move-in process — they made everything smooth and stress-free. Thank you
