I lived at the Seasons for about four years. I would recommend leaving here to a friend. The rent was less than all of the other places in Bethesda. I never had any issues with management, and any maintenance requests were quickly addressed. The building is old but of decent build. I hardly ever heard my neighbors except through doors. The location is excellent. The staff were always friendly and helped me on the few occasions I was in need. There aren't many amenities other than the gym, but that's perfectly fine by me. The only negative thing I have to say is about the air conditioning. They control the switch between heat and AC. While this was switched quicker over the last year I was living there, the first few there were a few weeks in October and early spring that it was like 90 degrees out in the daytime and we had no AC. It was difficult to work from even with a fan.

The Seasons apartments is a celebration of life in urban setting. We enjoyed our junior 1 bdr. located in downtown Bethesda . It was like a command center whose extensions nearby provide for quality food , retail , entertainment, and civic services. Very friendly and interesting people around are of all ages and make the building a city in itself. And yet one has its own privacy as everybody respects it. The management does a great job taking care of all assets in the building and apartments. And, yes, you do feel you are actually treated like the most precious assets of all. Kudos for owner and management. They sell you a great place to live but you end up owning a whole beautiful city. I would go back anytime. GO

My recent experience at The Seasons Apartments in downtown Bethesda was so positive, that I wanted to share it with others who are considering a move to the Bethesda community. First of all, it is a great location right near the center of the Bethesda commercial area, walking distance to the metro, grocery stores and restaurants and many fun shops. The management staff and maintenance personnel are terrific. They were responsive to requests and do their best to promote a friendly, helpful atmosphere. One of the things I liked the best was the friendliness of the residents. People were smiling, said hello when you saw them in the hall, and always willing to help someone in need of information. I believe they would make good neighbors. And, if you are looking for a pet friendly place to live, this is it. Many residents have small animals and their owners are happy to let those who do not, have a chance to pet a furry friend or, are respectful of people who would rather keep their distance. I know one of my best friends who lived there for over 5 years loved living there.

Amazing, attentive and responsive staff, great facilities, and extremely accessible location in the heart of downtown Bethesda. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The row is lively and has everything you may need within walked distance (Metro and Grocery Stores). It is also very affordable for the area with utilities included. It was my first apartment and everything was smooth sailing. The staff is responsive and active to any issues. I can't recommended them enough if you wanna live in Bethesda.

There are too many positives of The Seasons to list in one review. The location off Bethesda row is lively and safe, the units are spacious and bright, and the staff is kind, accommodating, responsive, and attentive. I have been consistently impressed living here. Love The Seasons!

Dear Prospective Tenants, I wanted you to know that I had a client whom I housed at The Seasons for over 10 years who was very challenging in her expectations and needs from her landlord. Brita, Kevin and the entire staff treated her like family, and despite her challenges, they looked out for her in every way. I live locally to the Seasons myself and when I (finally!) downsize from my house to an apartment, The Season's care and attention to their residents make it the only destination for me in the future. Great place! Rent is reasonable (and includes utilities),it has everything you could want in walking distance, staff is great and the building is well taken care of! It was the perfect 2 bedroom apartment to start out in the area and despite loving our new place we are still sad that we outgrew the apartment.

We lived at the Seasons for almost 6 years and had a wonderful experience living there! The staff is amazingly helpful and responsive - shout outs to Nena, Kevin, Steve, and Britta in leasing. Britta deftly managed the building during the pandemic and made significant improvements during our time there - renovating the hallways, lobby, removing old pipes, opening a new, secure package room, replacing all old washer and dryer units in the laundry room, keeping the gym pristine, and there's probably more. She clearly cares about the well-being of the building. The maintenance guys and custodian staff were awesome too. Everyone takes care of the building and supports the residents. The staff organize holiday-related parties and events which was a nice way to connect with the building's community. They have a perfect location in downtown Bethesda with an easy 5-10 minute walk to the metro. They keep prices quite reasonable for Bethesda so you should jump on the chance to live here if you can. We moved out because we were ready to buy property but we are very grateful to have called the Seasons our home!

I lived at the seasons for almost 3 years, and only moved out because I was moving across the country. I lived in a studio which was the perfect amount of space- very well designed and lots of closet space! The staff is the best, really warm and friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Britta the property manager is so efficient and kind. Nena at the front desk is the friendliest face and will answer any questions you may have! Lynn and Kevin are great too. The maintenance crew is quick to respond as well as courteous when inside your home. I also had a beautiful view. Overall great location, staff, unit, and very well run! I recommend the Seasons to everyone and can’t say enough good things

Lived 4 years in a studio and later in a 1bd. Friendly staff. Some water shutdowns at night once in a while. Great experience.

I lived at The Seasons for a few years, and like other people, I only moved out because I needed a larger space. You can't beat the location--you can walk to everything, but the on-site parking garage is also very reasonably priced for the area. The staff members are responsive, helpful, and kind. They make sure the building is taken care of, and I never had any major issues. I lived alone and always felt safe. Also, the units are basically soundproof, I never heard my neighbors at all. If you can, get a South-facing unit with a balcony---yes, there are more modern buildings in Bethesda with fancier amenities, but the sunset views from the balcony more than made up for the lack of pool or rooftop. The only "challenges" were not being able to control the temperature in-unit and the laundry not being in-unit. There were some hiccups in communication with move-in and move-out, but that's the case at every building. Overall, I loved my time here and would recommend to anyone!

I lived at The Seasons for 2 years and only moved out because I got a job out-of-state. This was by far my best apartment experience while living in the greater D.C. area. The apartment is located in a great area of Bethesda with only a quick walk to the metro or really anything else in the city. The building has great amenities including parking, a laundry facility, a gym, etc. And most importantly, the staff is always available and super friendly. If you need anything, they will definitely make sure to help you. I absolutely recommend checking out The Seasons and will miss being a resident at such a great place!

Up until recently, I had been living in the Seasons Apartments for nearly 12 years. I loved the great location and rent price for the area - you're at the heart of downtown Bethesda and just a walk away from the Bethesda Metro and Capital Crescent Trail, stores and so much more. However, what made me stay for more than a decade was it's people! Britta, Kevin, Nena and the rest of the team will go above and beyond for their residents and if I wasn't moving in with my boyfriend, I'd still be living at The Seasons!

We absolutely loved our stay in The Seasons apartments. My bf and I stayed here for a year in a south-facing studio with a balcony. Even though it was a studio apartment, the wall of windows and the layout of the apartment made the room feel open and spacious. The balcony is big, and on the higher levels overlooks greenery and you can see the national cathedral and even the tip of the Washington monument (4th of July fireworks were amazing!). The sun doesn't shine into the apartment during the summer but does shine in during the winter (during the mornings). We really liked the breakfast bar that joins the kitchen to the room, and found the storage very useful. The internet we had was fast and we never experienced any problems with it--and one of us worked from home and had regular video calls and meetings. Also loved that all utilities (minus internet) were included in the rent, and that the parking garage was on the lower levels of the apartment. The surrounding area is wonderful. There are a lot of food options (would highly recommend the taco truck at Bethesda ave/Wisconsin intersection!), the metro is a 5 minute walk (and 20 minute ride to downtown DC), there are shopping options (including groceries) within walking distance, and the best part---the capital crescent trail is about 2 minutes away from the back door. It is also a safe and quiet neighborhood. The staff was always very welcoming and helpful. We had a small leak in the bathroom that was fixed promptly--and the workers that came in were very professional and followed all COVID-19 guidelines. The team also conducted regular filter changes and pest-prevention services. We never saw any pests in the apartment. We would highly recommend staying in these apartments--if we didn't have to move out-of-state, we would have lived here for a long time.

I loved my studio with a balcony. When I moved in everything was so clean and in working order. I immediately felt welcomed by the staff and residents. The location to the Bethesda trolley trail, downtown Bethesda and the NIH made this location perfect for me. The only reason I left the building is because I moved out of state for a job.

I lived in the Seasons just shy of 4 years. The seasons was s a great place to live. Its location is unbeatable, right at the mouth of Bethesda row and a few minutes walk to the Bethesda Metro. There are so many restaurants and several grocery stores within walking distance. I always felt safe (as a young woman living alone) and the staff was always friendly and helpful. In a time where my other friends in the area were moving every year due to rent increases at their building, I happily stayed at the Seasons. The rent increases were very fair and minimal, unlike other places in the area. Out the front door, the hustle and bustle of downtown Bethesda is before you. Out the back door of the building is access to the Capital Crescent trail where you can take a walk and escape the city life. During my time at the Seasons, the buildings across the street were undergoing demolition and a completely new building was built in the time I was there. My apartment faced the construction, but the windows were thick enough where noise was never really an issue. The construction concluded before I moved out. I moved out in the fall of 2020 and around the holidays I found myself missing the Christmas decorations from the lobby, it was always decorated so beautifully it felt nice to walk through it every day. This apartment complex is a hidden gem, I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

The building is located in the downtown of Bethesda, MD. If you decided to live in Maryland you can't find any better location. The building is not brand new but very well run and maintained. Staff is very nice and caring. The rooms are spacious and cozy. Enjoying living here!

We lived at the Seasons from April 2018 to November 2020. The apartments are quiet, you do not hear your neighbours. Common areas are kept clean and maintenance is responsive and on-site in case you have any problems at any time. The concierge and management staff are so kind and attentive. The only reason we had to move is that with a toddler and working from home we need 3 bedrooms, otherwise the location cannot be beaten, everything is walking distance. We truly felt at home there and we will definitely be back to say hi to our friends often. Highly recommended!

You cannot beat the location and affordability of The Seasons. It is located just a minute walk from Bethesda Row, one of the best shopping and restaurant districts in the nation. It is also located less than a minute walk from Capitol Hill trail, a beautiful nature trail that stretches toward Virginia. The metro stop is about a 10 minute walk away, making DC, Maryland, and Virginia also within easy reach. I loved the location of The Seasons because everything I needed was in walking distance, I didn't need a car at all to have a happy, social, active life. Besides the location, the Seasons is the most affordable deal in Bethesda. I lived in a studio, and it was the cheapest studio that I could find in all of Bethesda (from Friendship Heights to North Bethesda) by about $400. Plus, it included utilities in the rent. I felt so lucky to find this deal because the location was so incredibly convenient and safe. Now, for the staff of the Seasons. You will not find better. Their service is unmatched. Any issue I had, from the logistics of paying rent to fixes or leaks in my apartment, they took care of quickly and professionally. They have a lot of little perks, like an incredible gym (one of the best equipped apartment gyms that I have seen), free heaters to keep you warm in the winter if you want more than the regular in-unit heating, and apartment wide holiday parties to build community. Finally, the best thing about the Seasons is that you can tell that the people there really love there jobs. There was not a day that went by that Kevin or Nena did not smile at me. They were always so incredibly helpful, kind, and happy to make the time to talk to me and genuinely ask me about my day or to assist me if I needed it. Most times when I came down to get a package or get help with an issue, they knew what I needed or what I was going to ask for help with before I even asked. They also take the time to learn the names and apartment numbers in the building. So many apartments and building managers do not care to get to know their residents and treat you like just another customer, but as the Seasons they want to get to know you as a person. The Seasons is the gem of Bethesda housing. I loved my experience living here and could not recommend it enough!

I lived at The Seasons for almost 5 years. In all that time, the staff were always lovely and responsive. The location is extremely convenient and the value is excellent for the space and amenities. I lived in a studio but it never felt small. Particular shout outs go to Kevin, Nena, Britta, and Harold. I enjoyed my time there and will always look back on my home and the people there with fond memories.

I first lived in a studio apartment and enjoyed living here so much, my partner and I decided to move into a one-bedroom together the following year. The location is simply unbeatable! Wonderful shops and restaurants with families bustling and hanging out all the time especially on the weekends, with a grocery store, metro and Amazon Books within walking distance! We always feel safe and noise has never been an issue even though we live on the Bethesda Ave side. Service is a big factor for me when it comes rating living experience, and I appreciate and love how communicative and personable the staff are. We feel very lucky to live here because it's a popular spot!

I stayed in "The seasons" for more than a 1 year. Overall I can say that I enjoyed stating there, great location in Bethesda downtown. All the staff member are super nice. The building is well maintained and clean and not too many residents (e.g. never had to wait long to use the elevators, washing machines, or gym). I had a studio, the place was big enough with plenty of room and quite isolated to any kind of sounds (I did not have any issues hearing my neighbors).

The seasons is the best place hands down to live in Bethesda. The location is amazing, the units are large with utilities included. However the thing that sets this building apart is the management. Nena, Kevin and Britta always have smiles on their face and literally know every person's name and unit number in the building. If there is a problem it is fixed the next day. The quality of the staff (Britta, the manager, Kevin, and Nena along with others I am still meeting) cannot be overemphasized as a key to the exceptionally positive and "happy" environment here at the Seasons. Having visited and toured all the area apartments, the Seasons was easily the outstanding choice for location, economy, support services and nearby amenities (again, location, location, location). But again, the efficient and effective staff was what immediately what made the place stand out among the others, and what has made our experience here since outstanding. Bethesda is a bustling, building place, and that obviously comes with its share of outside construction noises and traffic issues at times; however, in my first week or two in the Seasons, I met no less than four tenants in elevators, lobby, etc. who said they moved from other local apartments to Seasons precisely because it offers the perfect blend of location, price, and convenience that minimizes the impact of life in downtown Bethesda. My wife and I initially asked each other if there are really other tenants here as we have never to date heard a noise from within the building; we were happy to begin to meet lovely neighbors in elevators and lobbies and to learn we were not alone. The tenants are very diverse and represent a rich array of age-groups, professions, etc. and all appear very happy to be here. The two we saw moving out made clear that they were moving for professional reasons and would return here in a heartbeat. Trusting that the current experience will continue, I have never been happier with an apartment experience (of many in my career) and am thoroughly enjoying the environment and downtown location.

I moved into The Seasons just over a month ago and I couldn't be happier!!! I love the atmosphere - the staff feels like family to me, I made a lot of friends and met very interesting people. Most residents seems more than happy to help you out or recommend places. The studio I rented is perfect, both in terms of size and layout. The price is also as good as it gets in this area. As other residents have already pointed out, the location could not be any better: in downtown Bethesda, close to the metro, right next to the bike trail that takes you to DC, good restaurants, all kinds of stores for your every-day shopping needs, and across from the Bethesda Row movie theater (renowned for the many top-rated domestic (and foreign!) movies it shows). It is also nice to have a fitness facility in the building and affordable parking! Last but not least, the management will do its best to accommodate any special needs you may have (in my case, I had special needs regarding the duration of my lease and fortunately these could be accommodated). I absolutely LOVED living at The Seasons & was so sad when I had to move out to relocate for work. The staff is incredible - super helpful & treats you like family. The building is located one block away from downtown Bethesda - with grocery stores, shopping & delicious restaurants all within walking distance. You are also right on the Capital Crescent Trail which will take you straight to Georgetown in 8 short miles...& you can rent a bike to do so. The nearest metro is a quick 5-10 minute walk. You literally cannot get better with location & price combined. They are constantly updating the building - with new appliances & the workout room is seriously incredible & very clean. I highly recommend The Seasons - biggest Studio Apartment in town & top notch service from an AMAZING team!

I absolutely loved living at the Season Apartment in Downtown Bethesda MD. It has all the amenities of a high end boutique apartment but at a really affordable price. The apartments are larger than most of the new constructions and still has a lot of that beautiful old world charm that is often lacking in many of the apartment communities in the area. Its' location is ideal for both car and non car owners. It's just two blocks from the Bethesda Metro stop and if you drive, it offers on-site garage parking for all its residents as well. Shopping, dining and entertainment are all walking distance from this location. However the most impressive part of this great apartment community is the management team and support staff. They are extremely friendly and offers concierge level service in a safe and secure diverse tenant environment. Your Dry Cleaning can be dropped off at the front desk and picked up there when its ready. They send email notices when you have a packages delivered and great housecleaning service with an on-site 24 hour maintenance service professional. Upon request, you can even have the staff delivery large packages or furniture directly to your apartment if you happen to be out of town are at work. This happen to me a lot and it was Awesome!!! We moved to the Seasons in 2015. The two bedroom apartment with a balcony was large, the location was very convenient and it was okay. In 2016 Britta became the resident manager and The Seasons became a home! She is caring, attentive, on top of everything and made a difference in how comfortable and proud we felt to be part of the community. Thank you Britta and your awesome staff. Dalys K

I really do love living here at The Season's! The location is super accessible to metro, restaurants, shopping, the Bethesda bars and the general Bethesda Row/downtown area. The staff at the Seasons is the best and the really do get to know the residents and take great care of us. The gym is pretty new and useful...it has nice windows to see outside and isn't in some basement with no natural light.

I have been living at The Seasons for about 8 months now and I could not be any happier. I love the amount of natural light that fills the apartment through the large windows that oversee the area. My 1 bedroom is spacious and has plenty of closet space. While there is construction currently going on, I do not hear anything at all. I’m a Master’s student and spend most of my time studying in my apartment and have never had an issue with noise. The Seasons is within walking distance to just about everything: metro, walking/running trail, restaurants, and more! What defines The Seasons is it’s incredible staff. They are available 24/7, are extremely friendly, and truly go above and beyond to make you feel part of The Seasons community. Best place I’ve ever lived so far!

I don't understand the previous reviewer's complaints. I moved in 16 months ago and find that the building has improved dramatically -- all because of the same turnover in staff that the previous reviewer complained about. I'm on Apartments.com checking out my options, as I do every year. The truth is that if you want the convenience of living anywhere in downtown Bethesda, you will have to deal with construction noise. The building across the street has just been ripped down and there is a new one going up. The noise can be annoying, especially if you work from home, as I do. (If you work in an office, you may not even hear anything: the workers typically start at 8 am and stop by 3 pm.) But I value the ease of living here, not just for the ease and location but for the dedication, pleasantness, and professionalism of the staff. It seems naive not to *expect* a rent increase no matter where you live, and the Seasons gives the required 60-day warning. My previous landlord, also in downtown Bethesda, always raised the rent by 8% despite construction in the lobby and elsewhere on the block. (That's why I moved out.) My neighbors here say their increases consistently fall within county guidance. The apartments aren't cheap, but they are great value. Dogs here are all service dogs, so they legally cannot be forbidden. I never hear barking. I have never had a problem with maintenance. Unless the front desk person is showing an apartment, there is always someone to take a work request. You can also send an email. During a workday, maintenance usually arrives within a couple of hours. The best of the engineers lives in the building and arrives within minutes for emergencies -- even in the middle of the night. But all of the maintenance guys are pleasant, respectful, and competent. And frankly I don't have many problems to start with. This is a VERY well built, well maintained building. The bathrooms seem to have been renovated recently, with good fixtures and some real thought about what matters. I never heard any promise to replace kitchen appliances - not even a rumor via my neighbors. What we have is not brand-new but also not old. Everything is in a neutral color, works reliably, and has no dents or scratches. I frankly don't want the pain of getting all-new everything, and downtown-Bethesda buildings with brand-new, top-of-the-line appliances have thin walls and tiny units for $150-200/month more. (Good luck with that.)

The building is beautiful and located one block away from downtown Bethesda. A brief walk away from some truly delicious eating, and great drinking. Plethora of restaurants, a wine bar, a chocolate bar, and of course Starbucks. It's a quick 5-10 minute walk to the nearest metro. The building is pretty, most of the appliances current but nothing groundbreaking. There are always improvements happening. The amenities are few, with nothing to brag about but a small gym. Laundry facilities on the main floor only, but plenty of washer/dryer units such that laundry is never a problem. Operated by refillable laundry card like most down in this area, so don't bring your quarters. Being the cheapest apartments in the area with such a perfect location makes up for the lack of a rooftop pool. I'm sure each persons experience can vary, but the neighbors have been cordial and never loud. Looks to be mostly professional 20-30 somethings.

This apartment is wonderful! It's in a great location, walking distance to everything that you need (metro, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, schools, libraries, movie theaters, clothing stores, parks, and trails). The building has a nice gym, laundry room, and the staff is amazing. The apartment units are spacious, cozy, bright, and well isolated in terms of noise. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a comfortable and fun place to live!

This is a great place close to everything: metro, a walking/biking trail, children's playgrounds, restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, movie theaters, and a bookstore. The apartments are well maintained, with a lot of light and air. The most important is that the management is doing an excellent job; the manager and her team is very responsive, caring, and friendly. I can go on and on about this place. It really feels like home.
