Property Ratings at The Sarah at Lake Houston
I was recently in the hospital for 14 days I came to my apartment everything was gone I called them they said the apartment was abandoned because there was nothing but a mattress in the apartment on the floor. There was over 300 dollars worth of groceries in the freezer. There was a brand new tv. I’ve never been late on my rent but the month of April I will most definitely not pay my rent now due to this. All of my nephews brand new clothes are gone. They were in a bag still with the tags. I had brand new purses at the top of my closet… GONE. I’ve been in the hospital due to kidney issues and come back only 15 days into April and ALLL OF MY BELONGINGS ARE GONE. Then had the nerve to say because nothing was in the apartment and the maintenance man determined and he was just in my apartments prior to this situation because my refrigerator was making noise. I’m going to tell all my friends to leave a horrible review.
Overall the community is well maintained and quite place. Need to improved on staff communication when leasing an apt.
I have enjoyed being a resident here at the Sarah. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very good. My only complaint is that the trash pick up could be better.

I experienced very nice representatives in the management office. Courtney and Eric’s level of professionalism exceeded my expectations! The floor plans are spacious and very appealing. The appliances are good quality and energy efficient.

Beautiful and relaxing . Its feels like a mini vacation in my opinion rather than just blocks of Buildings put together with a pool . Speaking of the pool is absolutely amazing!! The whole pool area is amazing!

The property is absolutely stunning. I love this complex. My floor plans are spacious and well maintained. The amenities are amazing. If you are apartment shopping, I highly recommend checking this place out and speak with Cortney! She is awesome, really dedicated to the job, and will find the apartment you need. Her tenants love her because she goes the extra mile for them. I appreciate the office staff finding ways to make Covid bearable (as possible)
I have lived here a few months and love it! Cortney, Eric & Kristen are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The maintenance staff is also quick to handle things. Overall, this is a great place.

The Sarah has 5 star amenities, the units are also spread out and not clumped together like most apartment homes. The ambiance at night is breathtaking, the neighborhood get together are a great way to get to know everyone!
Words don't do this place justice...you have to come see it for yourself! Eric, Courtney, Natalie, and Kristin in the office are fantastic people! All of them bend over backwards to make sure their residents are happy. And talk about the community events! they host at least 1 per month! This month was wings and beer! great time socializing with neighbors and eating. I also have to give major praise to David P. in the Maintenance Staff! We were having an issue with the air conditioned in our unit to where it was reading 76 when the thermostat was set to 60. In past apartments, the maintenance staff claimed it was our fault because the TV was hanging above the thermostat. But David actually called me and texted me numerous times while investigating the problem, and even called the original installer out for a warranty call. Turned out our unit was overcharged by about 10 pounds, and thus why it was not working. The very night that the fix was done, our unit got down to 64, and we were finally able to get a decent nights sleep! And on top of everything, they have a private social media page only for residents and future residents. So if you are looking for a great place to call home, want to be close to shopping, food, and the airport, but still feel like you live in the country, then you need to come to the Sarah!
I love this community!!! They are always having something fun in the clubhouse going on. This past week we had free wings and beer My son and I love the pool. Elevated eats with Eric is always exciting. The manager Kristen is always very helpful!

The front office staff are amazing and really work to create a welcoming environment. While it is a new construction it is really quiet and the construction crew are respectful. Everyone from maintenance to the staff in the office, went out of their way to make things as easy as possible. The quality of the materials used in each unit make it worth the price.
