Very convenient and close to everything! The people here are warm and welcoming, being my first apartment on my own I was a little nervous. The staff here is top notch, they go above and beyond. In a word PERFECT. I love it here.

I love living at The Sails. Its very nice having a gym on site with brand new equipment. Its conveniently located and I can walk to the ALDI. The stainless steel appliances are a definite perk to a brand new apartment complex.
The Sails is a beautiful apartment complex with high end finishes. The pool and the clubhouse are top notch. The line of pine trees are perfect for privacy. I work night shift, therefore I sleep during the day and it is so quiet when you are inside your apartment, perfect for sleeping.
The staff is so friendly. The finishes are high quality (granite and stainless steel appliances). And the location is very convenient.
Excellent property in a good location in Ocean Springs.
