I’ve lived in this building for over 9 months now, and I can honestly say I haven’t regretted a single day. I live in a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath unit with parking, and the amenities are top-tier. The rooftop is always spotless, the hallways and common areas are impeccably clean, and the building is consistently well-maintained. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What truly makes this place exceptional, though, is the people. The admin team—especially Melissa and Silvana an—are incredible. Melissa is kind, generous, caring, and incredibly responsible. She doesn’t just handle things—she truly helps. Whether it’s addressing a concern, assisting me when I mess something up, or simply being warm and understanding, she always makes me feel like more than just a tenant. Silvana is equally attentive and thoughtful, making sure everything is handled with professionalism and care. The concierge staff are also consistently polite and helpful. Everyone here works together to create a community, not just a place to live. They treat residents like people, not just rent payments, and that’s something truly rare to find. Every issue I’ve brought up has been addressed quickly and with empathy. They’re proactive, communicative, and genuinely care about the experience of those who live here. If you’re looking for more than just luxury—if you want a home where you’re seen, heard, and treated with respect—this is the place. I would recommend it without hesitation. Tamara. M

Donna and her husband, the owners/property management team are just amazing people always ready and willing to help. I’ve lived here for nearly 7 months now and have only positive experiences to share. As other reviewers mentioned, luxury is everywhere: from your home to common areas. All the residents have been courteous and friendly neighbors. I moved from Miami and was new to the area. I received tips and suggestions on literally everything and response was just overwhelmingly warm. It’s a relatively smaller community which is certainly a plus. The staff is just as amazing as literally everything here. This side of the town is very beautiful. Come and check it out for yourself. It’s a rare opportunity so I recommend grab while you can.

Moving back to NY after the pandemic was scary but once I found the Rockwell, an instant sense of comfort fell over me. So excited to start a new chapter in a place where the neighborhood and the people running the property have such inviting energy. The building itself is beautiful with unique layouts and finishes to each apartment. Truly a place worth calling home.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The management staff are so accommodating. While viewing the apartment I expressed that I was surprising my daughter for her birthday with her own room, and when i went to pick up the keys I was the one surprised. They decorated her room with balloons and birthday decor for my daughter. My daughter loved it! Donna and Silvana are wonderful to work with!!!!! The rooftop is gorgeous, the appliances are great, the apartment is very spacious. I'm glad I made the decision to reside at The Rockwell.

I moved in April and have no complaints. My studio is huge. Management is great. Theres still some things being done in the building so I'm looking forward to the finished product especially the Dog Run : )

Pros - Amazing Quality/Construction. The washer dryers are great, not the cheap appliances you see in most new constructions and each apartment has their own even Studios. Central Air/Huge Kitchens/Spacious/Big Closets/Induction Stovetop/Close to Transportation/CVS downstairs/SMOKEHOUSE coming soon : ).....Cons - I don't care for microwaves but some do and the units don't come with them. Not a con for me/ Love the Induction Stovetop but you'll need to get new pots & pans. They do offer a complimentary set but not sure if that was a leasing special or for everyone. All in all this is a great place to live in.

Living at the Rockwell truly feels like luxury living. The details and high end finishes really make all the difference. The rooftop deck is amazing and peaceful with great views. I'm so happy I choose to move here.

Love this location so much. I lived in downtown New Roc before and although its only a few blocks away it feels like I'm in the suburbs w/ downtown around the corner. I like having both. The tranquility is priceless. Parking is so easy. I don't have to wait 30mins for valet to get my car to go to work or run to the supermarket or walk across the street in the rain to another parking lot - that was the worst. The building is absolutely beautiful. The apartments are huge. I'm in a 1bedroom and its super spacious. Donna is a gem! I don't see myself moving for a very long time.

Very Impressive Construction. Not the cookie cutter stuff you see in all the other new buildings. Trust me I know, I looked at every other place within a 10 mile radius and this place is a GEM!!! Highly recommend if your looking for good quality apartment living and great service.

Stopped by the other day to tour an apartment and was blown away. Everything from the apartment layouts, the amount of space you get, and the amazing staff, sold me. Can’t wait to move in!!

I love living here, it was such a good choice. You definitely get your moneys worth. The quality of everything inside the apartment is the best of any apartment I've ever lived in. The office is very responsive and the location is perfect. They have onsite parking and a beautiful rooftop and resident lounge. CVS downstairs is very convenient. 5 Stars all the way.
