The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Roberta
"The Roberta" is in a great location! It is very safe, and beautiful with trees and flowers everywhere. It is about a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, Safeway, CVS, and many restaurants. If you walk a little farther (about 10 minutes away) you have access to the Friendship Heights metro station, along with the Mazza Gallerie! It is also one of the most affordable apartment complexes in the area. That being said, you get what you pay for. The décor inside is a bit dated, and there are a few bugs (roaches and flies.) The management company is usually pretty responsive with any issues. But, we've had quite a few within the first 3 months. If you are looking for a simple affordable place in DC, this is the place for you! If you're looking for a more "luxurious" residence, not so much.
