Love the amenities, the view from balcony. The staff is great and leasing was seamless. They host community events which is great for new residents to meet neighbors. Hoping to stay here for many years.

I’m already loving it here! The move in process was smooth and stress free, which made everything so much easier. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate how welcoming the community feels. The amenities are definitely my favorite part they make day to day living so much more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far, and I’m excited to settle in and make this place feel like home.

Living at The Rise honestly feels like being in one big house with all your friends and family. The leasing office throws little get togethers every now and then and it just makes the whole vibe feel so homey and fun! :)

Nice neighborhood and feel safe in my unit and know my car is secure too! I love that the amenities are clean and accessible. Also, having trash picked up at your door is a real time saver.

Ashlyn was so helpful when I stopped by. The propertiy is beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

So far, so GREAT! It has been pleasant being a resident. The community is welcoming and the office is inviting. I’m afraid I may never leave. Also, the location is PERFECT.

Great building and amenities plus a really friendly and helpful staff! Only drawback is the surrounding area isn’t the greatest but once inside the building everything is good

I love the location! It’s peaceful and quiet here while also being in a very large city. The apartment is very clean and well kept, and I love the layout! Moving in was easy and I’m excited to be in this community

The leasing office staff were beyond helpful and kind in their assistance during the pre-moving phase, during moving, and post-move-in. The location is super convenient for students at UTHSC.

It has just been little while but everything seems nice and the staff very helpful. Amenities are excellent as well. Liking my stay so far !

Awesome. The facility is extremely safe with amazing amenities. I love the space in my apartment as well as the wonderful scenery I can view out of my window of the pool resort area.

I loved everything about The Rise experience from the staff, to the safety, and the apartment itself. When I called all my questions were answered and the view is nice.

The Rise is the best place to rent in Memphis. The staff is professional, fun, and they run a tight ship. The place is well taken care of with the best amenities. Maintenance is quick, and always with a smile. I can’t say enough good about my 2 1/2 years of living here.

Was looking for a 1 bed apartment all across downtown and had a wonderful experience at the rise. I would frequently call and ask questions and was always made to feel welcome and comfortable asking anything that came to mind. Ashlynn answered my calls frequently and was always extremely helpful and nice. She helped me throughout the simple process of applying and I was very happy. Amazing service and extremely nice apartments. So excited to move in.

The rise is amazing! In such a great location with an up and coming neighborhood. Everyone is so nice! We have appreciated living here for the past few years.

Everyone I’ve encountered has been super nice and friendly. The community is well kept and beautiful. There’s a couple restaurants here and there that you can easily walk to and others that are a quick drive away.

I have lived at The Rise for 2 years and absolutely love it! My studio is my sacred space, and the whole side is filled with huge windows that let the light pour in all day. The grounds and staff are lovely. Any maintenance issue is dealt with right away with professionalism. I feel safe parking my car in the garage. I don't think you can find a better place to live in Memphis!

I’m a 2nd time resident at The Rise! I love the modern look of the kitchen, appliances & hardwood floors. It’s a vibe. The amenities are top-notch! Amazing club room & the fitness center! I look forward to laying by the pool summer 2025. The maintenance crew is amazing, fast and professional! Downside #1. Not much space for my things. This could be rectified by building storage in the garage area for residence willing to pay for the extra space!. I moved here from a big house looking to downsize and save some cash. Downside #2. There’s no ramp leading to the second building from the garage. A ramp for handicap residence or guests would be ideal, and also great for hauling wagons of groceries and other necessities. When you live at the second building you either have to take the long way around to avoid the stairs from the elevator or park, then unload, then go park in the garage. I hope this helps! I’m looking forward to the next year and change!

The sound of the fountains is probably the best amenity, in my opinion. I've always had a love for the sound of water and/or rain sounds. Now I don't have to go on YouTube for it.

This is the most beautiful apartment complex! They have very modern amenities and units! I am having a great time since I have moved in! I feel very secure while living here. And I can’t forget about the leasing agents, they are so sweet and kind!

Since moving back to Memphis, after 14 years, I refused to pay rent and have to replace stolen property, broken car windows, etc. You get the picture. After viewing the Rise apartments, I seen first hand why the have almost a 5 star rating. They definitely deserve it and "Victoria" made the process with applying and being approved as most as silk. The whole team in the leasing office had great energy and had smiles on their faces. Nowadays, that says a lot. Move in date set for 11/1/2024. Definitely worth a tour.

I've been touring a few different locations around the medical district and was recommended this place by a co-worker. She mentioned the rise and I set up an appointment to tour. Victoria helped show me the property, it was good vibes all around. Even a few guests were friendly. I already notified them I'll be moving in

Got a tour here after searching the internet for awhile , visited a few places but really fell in love with the landing. The gym was kept very clean , professional staff, and the pool looked lovely. Victoria was kind to show me all the amenities and rooms offered.

I love that this place has washer and dryer. I have so much space. I live the gym but I wish they had more machines. I didnt get a chance to go to the pool yet.

My apartment is spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light. High-quality finishes and modern appliances make it comfortable and stylish. Community amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, beautiful pool, and cozy lounge, are well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. The sense of community is strong, with regular events fostering connections among residents. Security measures are excellent, providing peace of mind. The Rise Apartments perfectly blend luxury, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Overall an ok experience. The noise at the pool is really disturbing. The parking is inconvenient. Amenities are nice. Gym layout doesn’t accommodate people who just want to work out in front of a mirror. Too much equipment that us never used.

The Rise is in a spectacular location, very close to downtown! All of the amenities are wonderful, and rent prices are fairly reasonable. I highly recommend it, especially for law school students and/or medical school students.

I like my neighbors and everyone seems nice. I just wish we had more events for us especially now that the weather is warming up. Other than that, I think The Rise is a great place to live.

The Rise Apartments is by far the best apartment in town. The staff is amazing, the amenities are fantastic, and the price is extremely competitive compared to similar apartments.

I absolutely have loved everything about my stay so far! The people are so welcoming and nice , it’s quiet & so many things to choose from in the area when it comes to activities!

This was a quick and easy process for move in, took only 6 days in all. It would have been sooner but i needed a few things situated and ran into the weekend

Has been a great experience so far. Apartment layouts are spacious and there is lots of natural light. Good area for dogs. Trash pickup is timely and haven’t had any issues yet

Amenities are great! To bad security is not strong and that makes residents feel insecure. There has been a number of incidents in the back part of 2 building and still security just happened sporadically but not consistently

The whole staff at The Rise have been extremely helpful, accommodating and kind. I am thankful for an easy move in where my space feels a lot bigger than I anticipated. They have made these apartments well in the floor planning to be able to create a space that you want to be in.

I love the rise. The staff is helpful and kind. The facility stays clean and well taken care of by the tenets. Everyone is respectful of the property. The attached garage and night time security is a game changer. Just resigned

This has been an MVP experience from first contact to getting keys on move-in day. Keldra is an ALLSTAR The amenities are top tier Appliances are brand new (appear to be) The walk in closet is massive with built in floating wardrobe

I have had a great experience at the Rise! 10/10 would recommend. I don’t experience many of the negative aspects of living in Memphis such as car break ins, damages/pest problems, etc. The staff are lovely as well.

I moved in this past week to The Rise and it had been one of the best move in experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m already in love with my space and the property. Security here is top notch, and there is never a moment that I do not feel safe. Hallways and amenity spaces are spotless, and the management is absolutely the best. 10/10 recommend!!

My experience has been wonderful. The leasing agents do everything they can to make sure the tenants are happy. I am also extremely happy with the maintenance workers. They are prompt and make sure everything is working perfectly.

I've been here for 2 years and I can truly say that this is the best! The staff is really kind, professional and answer all inquiries extremely quick.

The Rise has been the best apartment complex I've ever lived so far in my life. I wanted to have the downtown Memphis experience and I got it for better or worse. Being walking distance from Fedexforum, Autozone, Edge Alley, High Cotton, Evelyn and Olive and Sabor Caribe has been amazing. 5/5
