Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Many upgrades to the property and amenities. Restaurants, auto mechanics, gas station and shopping centers are close by. Scenic and off the beaten path. The Ridge / Bozzuto, is a great place to live. I have lived here over 7 years, getting ready to sign a new lease. Bozzuto, has been doing so much, with so many good things to making it even better than it already is. The new office will be finished soon. The gym I bet will be so amazing. Living here at THE RIDGE/ BOZZUTO! This has been home to me for over 7 years now. I love living here. It is comfortable, people are nice. It has a lot here, pool Gym, Events at times. Also they have COBU with groups you can join to get to meet your neighbors. Go for walks, book club, & more. There is so much around here. Food shops right down the street, restaurants all over Waltham, Ma. I love Waltham, Ma. I raised my kids in Waltham. The Schools are great. I could go on with more, but yes living here, is where I want to live. The Office Staff are nice, and there to help you with what you may need as well as the Maintenance!

Quiet, peaceful, community oriented. Lots of neighbors walking with their dogs around the neighborhood, they're all so cute. The pool is a plus in the summer, life guards were friendly & helpful. I have used the BBQ Grills in the pool area and had a nice mini-vacation day to relax without travelling.

I absolutely love the Ridge. It’s so beautiful and the staff are amazing. The gym is so clean and all new equipment. The pool is like being on a little island. The grounds are so beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Apartments are beautiful with nice appliances and finishes. Staff is responsive. Renovation QA was a little disappointing - coatings not burned off oven, our new washer and fridge have both needed maintenance visits. But the maintenance staff are very responsive and quick which is awesome.

Loved the place from day 1.. Spacious apartment , spacious bedroom closet space , separate office space , lot of sunlight , quiet neighbours , clean property area maintenance , well maintained beautiful community center. This place feels like peaceful gem hidden off of busy Lexington St . Added plus is having Lexington St shops in walkable distance . Apartment buildings are located on a little hill , offerings beautiful views of both sunrise & sunset from same apartment complex from 2 different sides of hill. All in all ...very nice experience so far and looking forward to having great stay here.

Trash dumped everywhere by residents, and broken glass all over the place. Leasing does nothing about it and then pretends no one has complained about it before. They allow residents to toss trash into the woods around their community, so if that's the type of person you are, maybe this place is for you.

The residents dump open trash bags out into public spaces regularly. I've contacted management many times about this and they don't even clean it up. Currently there is broken wine bottles all over the grass along with rotting food, packages, and toilet paper. It's disgusting and embarrassing. I've called the manager many times and not once have I even gotten a call back. Stay away and choose a better place to live

The Ridge is a great place to live & call home. I am going on my 8 th year living here, & I am very happy. They have a great pool. Looks like a resort! You can relax on the patio furniture & get some Sun or go in the pool. Also a gym. They have some events. The office & maintenance workers are so nice. There are so many things they do to add to making this such a great place to call home!

So far the resident experience has been great! The office team is extremely helpful with the application and move in process. While moving is never a fun process, getting settled and enjoying the community has been wonderful so far! Having the pool open (an amazing amentity!) just a week after my move in was a great way to "treat" myself to some relaxation time after the hard work of moving! :) Looking forward to my time here!

The support & physical assistance I've recieved from my neighbors is far more than I expected. Living in this community reminds me of the days when neighbors greeted each other. Lovely and attentive staff! Maintenance is usually quite responsive had a few issues but nothing crazy. Community is very dog friendly and I enjoy being a dog owner in the community however some people really need to clean up after their dogs.

Have lived in the community for 2 years and it's been great. The grounds are well maintained, and the office staff are great. I have not had any issues; the neighbors are pleasant. the unit itself is well maintained, and they come with in unit washer and dryers. It's a nice place to live and there is ample parking :-) planning on staying as long as I can!

The staff is always so friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Things are always clean and maintained and all of the frequent small improvements really do make a difference. I love the view most of all. Definitely recommend.

For the most part enjoy living at The Ridge! The staff are helpful and very kind, it is nice to have access to a gym at all hours and the events they put on are nice. My only issue in general is how thin the walls are. Not only does it lead to hearing most conversations from neighbors if you try to listen but the thin walls paired with the large windows make the apartments difficult to keep cool in the summer/hot in the winter. I am always cold in the winter no matter how high the heat is set at, it does not help. The apartments though are fairly spacious and have a good layout.

I'm blessed to live in a quiet peaceful community. Leasing staff is always to lend a helping hand & I love seeing maintenance crew driving around the community in their golf carts. When I wave, they always wave back with a smile

I love living in my apartment. Everything here is taken care of. Washer & dryer in apartment. Big rooms. There is a pool that is so nice with lounge chairs and grill. The gym has all new equipment. The grounds are kept nice as well as the buildings. I love having the porch. I had family over for Christmas yesterday and it was such a nice time. It is so nice to have a modern apartment. They plow all the snow away. So many places near by in walking distance. Restaurants, stores, coffee shops, and so much more! The staff in the office is always so nice. Also the maintenance are wonderful and fix anything you may need fixed. There are different groups you can join here. Book club, pets, chat, Bible study, walking group, and other things like food trucks some times. I would really recommend living here! There are schools right down the street. There is so much to say about living here! Enjoy your Holidays!

Three years have passed since I moved in this apartment. This is so quiet place which I really love. The package concierge and maintenance service is always so helpful. Public space is always neat and tidy which tells people in the apartment are all nice and friendly.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with ample natural light. Modern Kitchen Appliances and well-maintained bathroom. Convenient location near public transport and grocery stores. Overall, a comfortable living space.

Great location and nice apartments but very disappointing the smoke free policy is not enforced! Several people still smoking in their units and on their balcony have made living here unenjoyable.

Since day one I have had a great experience here. All of the staff (office to maintenance). If I call for anything they respond quickly. I have not had many issues at all. The apartment and grounds are well kept so there is no need to complain. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment in quiet neighborhood with great staff and neighbors, this is the place for you.

Easy move-in experience and loving my first months here! The apartment is super spacious and very homey. Having a washer in unit and two bathrooms is such a blinks. But the real hit is the built on desk.

I have really nice experience living at Ridge Apt. This complex apartments have a lot of parking lot and the environment is a peaceful and clean. My neighbors are so friendly and respectful. The ladies at the leasing office are always willing to help the residents.

So far it’s been great living here! Moved in about a week ago, all maintenance issues have been solved within 24hrs and there was an easy and fast checkin process to obtain keys. Leasing office is friendly and helpful, a very quiet environment.
Its been almost a month since moving here. So far I have to say I love it. The complex is clean, neighbors are friendly, and the staff has been so welcoming and helpful.
