Needs to be investigated. No one is ever in the office. The charges are constantly rising and my lease has not change. Needs to be investigated. Windows don’t raise not up to date.
NO AMENITIES, WORK ORDERS NEVER DONE and units are shabby and falling apart the entire complex needs work! Don't move here!
Very happy here so far in my one bedroom especially for the money. Been here just over a year now and transferred apartments my second year to a renovated unit, much nicer and management was very helpful with the move.
Claim they are renovating this apartment complex but has yet to put a fire alarm in my apartment. Put a work order this morning to change stove,it’s now 4pm and no stove front desk lady said all she can do is put another work order in.

Since taking over the property a few months ago the new management has been diligently working on upgrading all vacant units and addressing the urgent maintenance issues that were left unaddressed for months and in many cases, years, by the previous management. While we are trying to address everyone's concern in a timely manner we ask for patience as we work on addressing the most urgent issues, which are those that can lead to injury or loss of property to our tenants. All non-urgent issues are addressed within 48 hours of being reported. Requesting a new stove in the morning and expecting a replacement in a matter of hours is simply not a reasonable request. The stove for this tenant was ultimately replaced within our maintenance window.
I have been living at The Ridge for a few years since it is close to my job. Since the change to the new management they have actually handled all my maintenance issues that the previous landlord ignored. They have also made other improvements to my apartment since I do not want to leave. I am happy about the change in management.

The amenities must be what they plan on adding when they renovate them. There is no security system, there is no volleyball court, there are no grills or an area for grills, the apartments do not have dish washers. The property manager is not always there, even if you come by or call during office hours. The 2 bedrooms are not worth $700. Maybe once they complete all renovations, that everything will be true, but as of right now it is not. The previous owners did not take good care of the apartments, but it seems as if the new owners are completing renovations that will change all of that.

Thank you for your feedback. As the new management, we have been working diligently in improving the common areas and the apartments. While some of the amenities are to be added in the next few months, others have already taken place. The office managers do occasionally have to step out of the office but we are available via phone 24/7. The new apartments are under renovations and do in fact have dish washers in the unit. We are excited to share the pictures of the renovated apartments as we hope to grow a better community for The Ridge Apartments. The owners of this apartments hired roofers to work without giving notice to us and has them working at 6:45 A.M Saturday and Sumfay morning. I personally work night shift and could not sleep in on my day off. It's clear to me that they don't care for their tenants. They also towed my uncles car because it was in their way because "material can fall on the car" don't come rent here
