The Retreat at Seven Bridges

Enjoy talking to neighbors about our common interests...our furry babies. The community is very new to me and I am learning about the neighborhood and resources that's available.

Need to update their appliances for sure, they are outdated and do not work properly. Lint gets absolutely everywhere if you decide to dry clothes, which will take about 2.5 hours minimum too and require 2 dryer cycles

I was pleasantly surprised when the Dryer crew came to their cleanup of the dryer vent--they were very courteous and accommodating. Actually, asked me if I had to contain my cats--they were willing to allow me time to do so. As was the case, my cats were already under the bed!! They were very efficient and left the place in good shape!!

We have really enjoyed living here over the last 3 years. Its a great community- everyone is very friendly, it feels safe and it is conveniently located near tons of stores and other places in Woodridge.

Beth is amazing! Her daughter was just as wonderful! I have never felt more comfortable and welcomed! I super excited about my new place and can't wait to embrace this new journey of mine. The apartment is super cozy and different than many others that I looked at. The amenities are beautiful and the walk path behind it is breath taking!

The community is very welcoming and friendly. There are no safety concerns. The amenities are absolutely wonderful. There is a lot to offer and amenities are well maintained.

Very clean and quiet neighborhood! The people wave and are very nice. I love my apartment. My washer and dryer are awesome! I hope to get a parking garage soon also!

I love the community and how clean it is. The only thing that lacks is the fitness room, not much rap but I do love that there is a sauna available to the residents.

I have nothing but praise for my experience here at Seven Bridges!! Especially now--since I have a garage!! Maintenance has been great --prompt response and everything was done very well.

This community has been wonderful the past few months! We just renewed our lease and can't wait to continue living here!! The staff is also wonderful.

Since I live over 3 garages, the door from the hallway into the garage slams so hard, I've had things fall off my walls. I've mentioned it twice but nothing is done about it. If I would have known about this, or it at the very least was divulged to me, I would have picked another unit. Now I'm stuck.

We just began our third year at the 7 bridges and we are completely loving it. From the responsive on-site staff, to the ease of making a maintenance request, it is so easy to enjoy our time here and not have to worry about the horror stories you hear from other leasing offices!

Seamless move in process. Attention to detail and very kind staff. I was able to sign my lease and move in within a week. Very attentive with emails and phone calls.

We are very pleased with the office personnel as well as the maintenance team. They are all very responsive to our needs. We very much enjoy living here.

The location is amazing and the staff go out of their way to make the application process and move-in, a pleasant experience. I love the app as well! It makes communication so much more efficient!

I am so happy to report that my my experience here at Seven Bridges has now become fantastic!! I now have a garage--that is a stupendous benefit!! Especially, it will be nice for the winter months and I don't have to worry about walking to my car in bad weather--since I am elderly!!

We moved to The Retreat at Seven Bridges site unseen. Elyse and Beth were wonderful! Elyse took a video of the apartment for us, so we could see it better. Once we got here we were so happy with our apartment! We knew we made the right choice. We had a couple of repairs, and maintenance was there the same day! We are very happy to call this home!

I've been here for over 12 years. I've lived in 4 different units. I've always had a positive experience with the management staff and maintenance is always prompt and professional.

I'm amazed at how willing the staff is willing to work with you to resolve issues and actually help their residents. It makes it feel like they genuinely care about their residents and it's not just a business transaction.

We have loved our experience here for almost the past 2 years. It has been a perfect place for me and my 2 boys. It is quiet and is so close to so many things that are in walking distance. I love going in the back for a nice long walk

It's a quiet neighborhood. Everyone I've run into are very nice, respectful and helpful! Great place to live. The amenities are wonderful. Parking can be a little tricky when you are coming in the evening. Maintenance is very quick to fix any problems.

We just moved and they made it so easy. Everyone here is so welcoming and so nice. Looks like we are going to love it! The apartment was super clean at move in and can not wait to settle in.

Amazing area to move into with so many main streets and plazas of stores to explore. The apartment is beautiful and felt like home right away.

Really clean and friendly neighborhood right next to Seven Bridges Mall & Golf Club. Maintenance is quick and responsive as well as the leasing office for any issues. Nice pool & clubhouse

Very friendly staff. Elysie was very accomodating. The newly refurbished kitchen was very nice and the built in washer and dryer is very very nice.

Amazing first apartment. My fiancé and I moved in during the fall and we love it here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our neighbors are kind and the workers are amazing.

Calm and refreshing environment. I can live a less crowded and quiet life. I like it compared to my city apartments. The office is really helpful and welcoming, addressing all our needs promptly.

I enjoy living here. I especially want to thank the maintenance group---they are very responsive!! The issues have always been resolved. The snow was removed in a timely manner--which is great!!

My sisters and I love it so much here!!! The landscaping always looks so beautiful. Reminds me of being on a vacation!! The community is so wonderful.

My buildling is extremely quiet and very well kept and whenever there is a problem, maintenance responds with the hour. My building manager Beth is the best. She's always available, professional, polite and courtesy. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to live in a peaceful, tranquil well kept place. My rent goes up every year but I continue to pay it because the building and the management team are absolutely outstanding!

This has been home the last 12 years. The location is perfect. Lots of places to go to nearby. Love all the restaurants. Love going on walks and meeting people.

I love this place!! It is very quiet and the people are friendly. Whenever I have called maintenance, they have been very responsive and helpful. The office has also been very helpful and pleasant. Just wish that I have a garage!! Waiting patiently!!

My neighbors are friendly and it’s a community I feel safe in. I enjoy the amenities, I get to host my friends and it’s always a fun visit for them.

Moved into the Retreat in June of 2023 and have really enjoyed my time. The community is very friendly, clean, and has great amenities. The leasing office is responsive and the maintenance crew is available at any time to help fix any issues that have come about in our apartment.

Love it here!! Great people, great staff!! It's like a home away from home. Everyone is so nice here and they treat you like family. We have a fantastic time at the pool in the summertime.

We love our apartment and the service provided. I love being able to pick up the phone and have a handyman come and fix whatever is needed quickly. My son also started HS this year and the bus is right outside the apartment, so its very convenient,

This is such an incredible community! From the way the front office staff is quick and responsive to how the maintenance crew really takes the time to get to know the residents and truly wants to make their living environment comfortable. Overall it's an incredible team!

The lease agents are very kind and flexible to your specific situation. The apartment is very modern and cozy. The neighborhood is pleasant with a lot of walk paths and green areas. The clubhouse is great too.

Everyone in the community I've met have been very friendly, and the girls in the office are dolls, always helpful and pleasant. The maintenance staff are also very efficient and friendly. I've been here 1 1/2 yrs and find the community wonderful.
