Delaware, Ohio is a bustling community about 30 miles north of Columbus. Ohio Wesleyan University resides in downtown Ohio and brings a college town feel to the area. To the west of the Olentangy River in downtown, you’ll find an abundance of incredible, family-owned restaurants such as Son of Thurman. This local burger eatery has been in business and family-owned since 1942. Another great place to support locally-owned businesses is Staas Brewing Company.
The Delaware Municipal Airport is located in town, as well as three different golf courses and multiple parks. About eight miles north of downtown Delaware, you’ll find Delaware Lake and State Park. There you’ll have access to River Run Park where you can kayak/canoe down the Olentangy River. After you find your apartment in Delaware, make sure to visit local eateries downtown and take a trip down the river for incredible views of Ohio’s natural beauty.

Zack and Brittany were very accommodating to us ,as we applied for our lease. We have been here almost 2 months and they are taking great care of the community, which we love. The Maintenance Supervisor John is awesome and takes care of any concerns in a timely manner.

This was by far the easiest move my husband and i ever made. Staff was top notch on making it a smooth move in and making sure our needs were met want. We have been here about a month and we are settling in and it feels like home. :)

Not quite a month here and absolutely love it!! My wife and I moved here to be closer to family and work. We travel a lot for work but love coming home to a new and peaceful place to be off the road for a reset. Can’t wait to be able to attend some of the social events in the coming months. The whole rental/move in process was so easy with a special shout out to Zach. He is very knowledgeable of the Wilcox residences and made some excellent suggestions. It is a new complex and we are starting to see the social side of the complex and are very excited. The enthusiasm of Zach and Brittany is infectious. So glad we chose The Residences at Lucy Ridge.

First off, let me say this community is absolutely amazing! It’s definitely one of those communities; once you move in, you won’t leave. I’ve lived in Delaware my entire life and rented plenty of apartments here. My last complex was Trotters Landin in Delaware, and unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience there which prompted me to take a look at Lucy Ridge. My first impression of Lucy ridge was it felt like home and they took their time to make these units absolutely beautiful and the prices are amazing compared to other properties in Delaware! When I arrived for a tour Zack immediately helped us and you can tell he genuinely cares about the well being of his residents ( same with Brittany as well ). Never once was he pushy, which I really liked! Brittany and Zack took the time to show each unit and let us make the decision on which one was more suitable. They never pushed us to pick the more expensive unit. Once we decided to submit an application they made it very easy and we had an approval within 24 hours. Once we moved in we attended their Super Bowl party. They dedicated a lot of effort and time to make this event perfect which it absolutely was. They really make it feel like home rather than an apartment and I’m excited for my future with Lucy Ridge!

My husband and I were going to be new to the area and we knew during this move we wanted to be in a newer neighborhood as we are expecting our first child. During my tour at Lucy Ridge, Brittany made me feel like home. She answered all my questions with care and made sure I had all the information I needed. After some follow up calls with Brittany and Zach, I knew right away that Lucy Ridge was going to be home and the perfect place for us to bring our little one to. After having a very hard time when searching for a new place my roommates and I came across the Residents at Lucy Ridge. From the very beginning the leasing agents were so communicative, friendly, and so willing to help make this process so much easier! I can’t say enough good things about how far they went to make us feel at home here and how flexible the move in process was because of people like Zach at the leasing office!!! Not to mention he is a coffee expert and dog lover! My pups were welcomed to our new home with new toys and lots of treats!
