Best neighborhood in NE. Buckhead. I am so lucky to spend the past 9 years here with such amazing residents. I cannot wait to enjoy the Blue Heron nature trails that is in our backyard.

I love living here. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the office manager lefts some packages for me in the hallway of a building that can only be accessed by residences and they were stolen within an hour. But that’s not the manager of apartment complex’s fault. Just a bummer

I like living here but I wish there were trash chutes in the building, that they collected trash every day, and that my building wasn't so close to Roswell Road (or at least that the sound of cars driving by wasn't so loud).

Thank you Jinkinson for taking the time to rate our community with 4 stars. I hope that your will find our valet trash service that is 5 days a week more sanitary then a trash chutes. This service does help control with cleanliness, odor and pest issues. We honestly feel that with only having 4 floors this is the best service to offer. The complex is simple, safe and quiet (and attracts a similar type of neighbor). I was scared to death to move into an apartment because I had never lived in one. Management made it so easy -- Helen was beyond helpful and she never made me feel like an inconvenience or "just one of the numbers." I'm going on year 3 and renewing was a no-brainer. As a bonus, we are walkable to the Blue Heron which is a hidden gem in Buckhead.... to wrap it up.... Nature and nice people await you!

I love living here! The location is convenient to so many things. There is a gorgeous nature preserve (Blue Heron) adjoining the property with walking trails that is accessible from the property via a gate. The pool and club room are beautiful and welcoming. There’s a well equipped fitness center. The best part, though? The people! Helen and Michael from the leasing office know everyone - (even the dogs) by name. The maintenance crew is efficient and personable. fellow residents say hello to each other and are true neighbors.

My wife and I have been here for 3 years and we love the community and the staff. Helen is a great leasing manager. She is always thinking about us by throwing little gatherings and it always smells nice in the office. Due the community being small it’s a blessing to have a maintenance issue and it’s handle immediately. The upkeep here is phenomenal and we appreciate it.

Still unpacking from the move less than 24 hours ago but, so far, this place has been amazing. We look forward to making this our home and being a part of this community. This apartment complex is amazing. The pool could be bigger but it's a small, quiet complex with good amenities and great customer service. The maintenance crew is always timely as well.

Helen, the property manager, has managed this property to the upmost valuable way that is possible, wow! I don't know how she does it but she's managed to keep me satisfied for the past 5 years! So much that I don't want to move because I risk moving to a community where the property manager doesn't possess the same qualities as Helen. Having a safe, clean and peaceful place to stay is one thing but the way the person who manages the property, holds more weight. Would recommend a thousand percent.

Overall great living experience. They do a good job keeping premises clean. There are some things outside the control of management ie: sounds here and there through walls but it’s not bad. Residence is quiet. People are friendly. Staff are respectful and friendly. Love the location to park.

Moving in was really easy. Helen was excellent and very sweet. The gate is a little hard to open with your remote and the elevators are never running up to speed but besides those little things it's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and maintenance is very friendly.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MEGAN AND HELEN!!!! I wanted to live in the city but wanted peace and quiet. I have stayed at several properties in and out of the city over the past 12 years. This property has provided space, respectful neighbors, and peace. Some subtle neighbor noises because it’s an partner but no loud music in and out of the building. Megan and Helen are genuine, respectful, open and professional people. I’m moving to a house and wish they could come too!

I just moved here from NY and I love living here! The staff is amazing and have been super helpful. The apartments and common areas are really well maintained. The maintenance staff is courteous and timely. In addition to the great complex, having the Blue Heron in my backyard is wonderful. If you are considering living in Buckhead, this is the place to be.

Just amazing! This is the quietest place I have lived in Atlanta! A few months ago, I renewed my lease because I enjoy living here so much. The management staff of this complex are so awesome & extremely helpful! I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home that is very safe.

I have lived at The Residences at Chastain for one year now and I can assure you that living here is one of the best decisions you will make! I currently work in the multifamily industry, and let me tell you, the entire staff here does such an amazing job day in and day out...they really are the best!! Helen and Megan in the leasing office are always so incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the maintenance staff is always prompt and efficient in fixing any issues. The grounds are always extremely well-kept and the amenities are fantastic! The actual apartments are furnished with sleek appliances and beautiful finishes (especially in the kitchens)! All in all, I absolutely love my apartment, and plan on staying here for years to come! (:

I lived at the Residences of Chastain for 3 year wonderful years! It was a 6/5 star experience. I am sad to be leaving (moving for work), but I hope others will have the same experience that I had!?? -STAFF: Helen and Megan in the front office are incredible! Besides being great at their jobs, they are also very friendly and will get to know you on a personal level. Maintenance is fast and friendly every time, too! ?-UNITS: high ceilings, great appliances, spacious bathrooms, plenty of storage/closets, wonderful porches, tall windows with AMAZING views! ?-AMENITIES: clean pool/grill area, sufficient gym that was never overly crowded, great lounging room with coffee machine, ample parking? -COMMUNITY: right next to a large nature preserve and VERY close to a nice Chik-fil-A and Publix! Chastain park is less than a mile away and is perfect for walking and running.? -NEIGHBORS: everybody is friendly and quiet! ?-PETS: this place is very pet friendly. I learned more pet names then neighbor names while living here! The staff does a good job at providing ways for residences to easily dispose of pet waste (I never saw dog poop on the property in my three years here) ?-PESTS: despite living by a nature preserve, the complex has regular pest control to keep bugs away!?

It’s quiet, clean, well maintained and next to walking trails. Oh, and the gate always works! But what makes this place truly special is the management team led by Helen. It’s almost impossible to find people who work in the leasing office who are so caring, warm, friendly and genuine. They do go the extra mile and they do care about their residents. I cannot say enough about them. They are the real deal. My dogs are treated like people in the office and it is the first apartment I have lived in where residents actually go in and hang out just to enjoy the company of Helen and Meghan.

Super friendly property management team, always willing to go the extra mile. They made my move during Covid super easy and very happy here. Great location and units are perfect. Had a minor maintenance issue, and the staff was here immediately to resolve it.

Helen (the property manager) is so hospitable! Any issue I've had with any other resident, maintenance, or billing has always been handled swiftly and in a beautiful manner. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and seems to be very secure. I've been here since July in the midst of this pandemic and have no complaints.

Since moving in a few years ago, this property has been nothing short of fantastic. Helen and Megan in the leasing office are friendly, attentive and accommodating. The maintenance staff is quick to address any issues that come up. This place is very pet friendly and we always see some pets out for a walk during the day. It's close enough to downtown/Midtown/etc. for a quick Uber/Lyft but kind of secluded in north Buckhead. Close to Blue Heron Nature Preserve too, which was just redone with new nature trails. I used to apartment hop every year or so but haven't had a reason to here. Would definitely recommend.

I love it here. Moved in June, 2020 and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff is super helpful and just all around amazing people. They are kind, friendly and pleasant. They are personable and even know my dogs’ names which makes me feel at home. The complex is small, quiet and clean. Biggest bonus - it is 10 short steps from the Blue Heron trail and less than a 2 miles from Chastain park. Love it and my dogs love it here too, which is what is most important to me.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about The Residence at Chastain! We moved here from out of state and it's been the best experience from the beginning. Helen and Megan are always accommodating and always remember who you are and even your dog :) The place is always clean, quiet, and full of friendly people with even friendlier dogs. Great location right next to a huge nature preserve and 4 min away from the best park, Chastain Park. The apartment facilities are all up to date and exactly what you see in photos, is exactly what you get in your apartment. You can't go wrong with choosing this place!

I love it here! The apartments and amenities are super nice and conveniently located to some fun spots around town like Bartaco and Johnny's Hideaway. All of the people that live here are super friendly and all of the staff are amazing. I toured with Megan and still to this day like to go to the office to chat with her and Helen, there's usually drinks or food out too which is always a bonus.

I am currently stuck in front of gate 1am because my key fob was deactivated again. This happens all the Time and is dangerous. I have to park my vehicle outside of garage where there is frequent complaints of accidents. Please do not look at this place. CHEAP, bad management, and constantly issues with property being maintained.

I am sorry you are having a problem operating your gate fob. As no gate fobs have been deactivated this week it may be a problem that can be resolved quickly. Please come to the office with your fob and we will be happy to test it for you or replace with another one. We are always available to assist with any problems and have a technician on call that could assist at any hour if you need him. As far as accidents on the property, A notice was sent regarding 1 accident last month as a courtesy for a resident to see if anyone might have seen the incident. If you know of other accidents and would like to report them to the office, I would be happy to look into it. I do believe the only other accident that I have heard of in the past 5 years is a resident backing into another residents car and she handled the situation with the owner of the car personally.
