I’ve been here going on 3 years and overall pretty satisfied. Nothing is perfect, landscaping could be improved. The maintenance staff are quick to fix any appliance or plumbing issues.

Overall, the community facilities are very nice. Would like to see an attempt by management to repair the hurricane damage. They are unsightly for such a nice complex. Some are so easy as removing the tree stumps that are knocked over. We were told that there would be grass installed to cover bare unsightly areas. When will grass be installed? The residents here are a cross section of our country. Some are not friendly at all and do not even respond to my greeting. Management needs to make individual residents responsible for their pets. A large pet urine spot just to the left outside of my entry door. My individual move in was a mess and the apartment was not prepared for a move in. I responded to management in their request for a move in survey to contact me personally for my comments. Have heard nothing. At times feel a sense of management versus tenants. The contract for moving in is long, complex and advantage to management. Overall, I am pleased that I moved into the complex.

The place is really going down hill the grounds look awful nothing is fixed from the hurricane trash compactor is all broken people stealing packages in the mail room because there's no cameras dog poop everywhere it's gross

Landscaping could use some TLC. Thin walls, can hear everything, especially other doors in hall slamming/people talking in hall. Neighbor across hall has trash out almost 24/7, spillage from said trash in hall and in front of my door. Office staff is friendly and attentive. Overall peaceful community.

Having some maintenance problems, it took them almost a week to come look at the problem, but was eventually resolved. Person upstairs plays loud music and drums at night during the week. Office staff was notified, but I was told that I would have to call the cops that the office staff can’t do anything about it

Cockroach’s in my apartment. No other neighbors are having issues. Pest control has been out before and the problem keeps arising. I live on the 2nd floor and it has me grossed out and concerned.

My faucet in the kitchen does not work. It is very loose. I put in a work order. That work order is complete, but yet the faucet is not fixed. I also put in a work order for my icemaker because it’s not making ice. The maintenance people said it’s been completed. The icemaker is still not making ice. Having buyers remorse moving here. I can say that for sure.

Typical apartment complex. Groundskeeping around the buildings is terrible. Even before the recent hurricanes. Charges for recycling where everything ends up in a landfill anyway because of total non-management by manager. Mandatory insurance & cable companies. Unnecessary charges for garbage collection, etc.

The hallways are filthy! As I walk the grounds there is garbage in the landscaping. The complex needs to be spruced up! Since I first started renting the development has gone downhill

Everyone is so Kind and Friendly…. I Love that all the pets around here are so friendly…..Everyone here are from different backgrounds and states…..We are all trying to make it feel as close as possible to Home. The Management Team and all who work here are so helpful… I appreciate The Reserve at Venice….

I moved in yesterday and the apartment is very nice and well maintained. The application process was quick and straightforward. I’m excited about using the gym and pool in the future, as they are both really nice. The staff members I have encountered have been very friendly and helpful.

As a stay at home mom with many kids, these amenities were a must have. The amount space in the apartments is perfect for the whole family. Having modern appliances and access to different grocery stores near by were also a plus

The Reserve in Venice, FL has a wonderful staff that communicates well with the residents. The apartment felt so safe during Hurricane Helene. Very well maintained grounds and pool area.

Quiet, respectful community. Close to grocery store, beach, hospital (work) and interstate. Management communicates well via text and email. Occasional food trucks are nice.

Having lived at the reserve since it's inception I have noticed that amenities have steadily gone down hill. The pool furniture needs to be replaced. The cooking grills need to also be replaced. Further, the fire pits and hot tub don't work and the landscaping is atrocious. Whenever I ask about these issues I keep getting the same answer that they are working on it. However, when called upon the maintenance dept has been totally professional and very timely. Corporate has to part with the funds to repair these amenities

We’ve absolutely loved everything about The Reserve at Venice so far. Everyone in the office is beyond exceptional. Andrew is absolutely amazing, such a kind person and always helps with any questions or concerns. 10/10! Definitely would recommend living here!

The Reserve at Venice is great place to live. Friendly neighbors. If anything problems with ac etc maintenance team is hear to respond and access the situation. I enjoy the food trucks .

Have been living here for 2 months now and love it. Everyone I’ve interacted with have been friendly. Some nights finding parking in front of my building can be difficult but other than that it’s been great. The view of the reserve is beautiful.

Application process was fast and easy. My phone calls and questions were always answered. The apartment complex itself is clean and modern. The residents seem to be nice thus far.

The Reserve at Venice is a quiet community. Most of the residents are friendly and office staff and maintenance crew are very helpful. I just wish the walls were thicker so you can’t hear others.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Reserve at Venice. As a single woman in her mid 20's, I felt completely safe living in a 1 bedroom apartment here. I loved the amenities & the close proximity to Casey Key. I highly recommend living at The Reserve!

Everybody on the staff is amazing love living here and renewed my lease for another year. They keep everything very impeccably clean and they really are just wonderful people and they can’t help you enough when you have a problem the whole management team fantastic

Excellent place to live. Beautiful and well kept inside and out. Pleasure living there. Pool and amenities are beautiful. Maintenance can can sometimes take longer than expected. I love the food trucks that come from time to time. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Sometimes in life we make mistakes that lock us in for a year. This is one of those mistakes. Avoid this place like the plague or you will be sorry. Don't take my word for it, come live here. You'll see. Make sure to get an apartment on the top floor though or you will hear your neighbors moving around at all times of the day and night. There is no insulation in the floor and since they aren't carpeted you will hear everything going on upstairs. I work from home and the person upstairs must be home all day too and they are just as loud as can be making it impossible to work without headphones in. Office management is ineffective with the noise issue, I've tried. There's nothing you can do but wait until the lease is up and move out. I'm embarrassed I signed a lease here and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy unless they absolutely needed a place to live to be near Venice and don't mind paying an arm and a leg for it. I will literally be celebrating when this lease is up and I'm out of here. There are better apartments around, my advice is to avoid this place or you will be sorry.

Do not live here. This place is gross. Fire ants everywhere, office staff is rude, rent is atrocious, and they seem to have a mold issue in the units from speaking with other tenants. Incredibly gross rental experience for us. Thankfully we moved out recently.
