The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Towne Crossing
I am a South Louisiana Native who moved to Texas to experience something other than Louisiana for a bit. Stayed here from Nov 2023 - Nov 2024 and this place is top notch and excellent. Nestled on the outskirts of northern Longview which is a very convenient peaceful location. Zero complaints. Had I not deeply missed Louisiana, my family, and my friends, I would have never left.

Place was run right when Kim was manager and has gone downhill since she left. No security. Loud parties at the pool all hours. This is not a nice family complex anymore. Place is run down. Used to be a reputable complex. Do not bring your family here.

We moved from California to Longview, but it was such a relief to find a wonderful apartment complex that we called home for 9 months. We loved everything from the management to the infrastructure. Kim the manager is a wonderful, she was always there for any need that we had, she is really nice, and caring and responsive The apartment was very modern, top of the line. Also this apartment complex is gated very secure!! Thank you
These people will try to cheat you out of every penny of your security deposit. I waited for the 30 days they promise you and then 2 weeks after and still did not receive my deposit back I called the front office in Longview, they kept telling me they would check and call back and I would never get a call. Then I finally call them and asked for there corporate number in Dallas and after about 5 tries got someone to answer, but got the same result. So I tried to call back and no one would answer so I had to leave a message saying I was going to get my lawyer involved and they called back literally 5 min later. It's sad I had to threaten them with a lawsuit for them to call me back. I finally got my deposit check and they only gave me 2/3 of what they told me they would. It was a nightmare!!!
Absolutely love this place. It is true that a first impression is a lasting impression. I have been happy with them since day one. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the building and the staff were so friendly....love this place!!!!
Even though these are a little pricy they have very nice staff, apartments, and a great location!
