Property Ratings at The Reserve at Rivington
The staff follows thru, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The place is absolutely spotless and they continue to keep it that way, for example they are reseeding area the grass has had issues. The pool and clubhouse are fantastic. I can't list a single problem I have personally experienced.

I’m not sure what the others are talking about Ive had nothing but a great experience here the staff is amazing they never give us any issues the community is great and well maintained. Maintenance is very helpful and they respond quickly. The photos on here are exactly what the community and the apartments look like. Anybody who’s had a bad experience with them must be a bad tenant but idk… lol complaining about rent being high is absurd because it’s literally high everywhere its the market … my point is rivington is amazing don’t let the bad reviews scare you away pay rent on time go to the resident events and enjoy your space you’ll have no issues :)
There is no where to park. No solutions. Awful management.
The apartments were poorly built, awful ventilation, uncaring staff. They will talk you up a good sale but will not follow through on things. In 6 months about 7 different people were in and out as office staff. If you make request, they respond as if it’s a favor. Before moving in so many issues had to be corrected. It took months of calls, request, time, and breathing treatments to survive! When shootings happen then didn’t inform all residents for safety and security ( luckily neighbors chat and care). This place has lots of traffic in and out. For months half the amenities weren’t available. It looks pretty but don’t throw your money away!
The rent is extremely high for what it is and the apartment are not well ventilated. They will lure you in at a starting rate then when you’re all settled in, they will start raising the price. I recommend you to look around or do a thorough research before applying to move. The parking lot is a joke. They need to fix the parking lot where there are potholes here and there.
